00:19Yeah Cam is like you know the glue of this program
00:22That a lot of people don't know about
00:23You know he works extremely hard
00:25He is extremely passionate
00:26He loves the players unconditionally
00:28He really does
00:29And he's extremely smart
00:31He's a very very talented coach
00:33He actually has coached our edges for the last two years
00:36You know if I'm being quite honest
00:38He's coached those guys
00:40And done a fantastic job with them
00:41He's got really good players in his room
00:43You know that's a big part of it
00:44You know the better your players are
00:46The better coach you're going to be
00:46And he's pushing them each and every day
00:49So I think we're excited for Cam
00:51I'm happy that he got promoted
00:53You know to this position
00:54And I think there'll be no drop off
