A video purporting to show a police officer in Tobago beating a woman is receiving the attention of police on the island .
This was confirmed by Assistant Commissioner of Police Rishi Singh who told TV6 News the video was received by police last Saturday and is under active investigation. More from Elizabeth Williams.
