More testing at 16 degrees
Transcript
00:00All right so here we have one cheap nasty replica i think this failed at 150 slices i think at
00:1219
00:12degrees or something like that it's got a 16 degree edge on it now and that is slicey it is
00:23very very slicey and what we want to see is what does it do with 16 degrees since we are
00:32tightening
00:32our bevels at the moment so let's see what happens at 16 degrees
00:58you
01:52you
02:17all right looks like we found ourselves a nice uh failure point there
02:22uh a very very poor performing knife the hung fu hf 025 in supposedly 14 c 28 n if that's
02:3714 c 28 n it's
02:39the worst 14 c 28 n i've ever had uh and anyway uh the edge has been sharpened to 16
02:49degrees since it
02:51previously did 150 slices at 18 degrees which is pretty freaking
03:02bad not good at all so we're talking pretty freaking abysmal performance
03:13that's 18 degrees so that is now 16 degrees for that edge so let us see what it can do
03:26hey at 16 degrees
03:42that
03:47uh
04:10so
05:41Alright, we're going to call that a failure point, I think.
