00:00We were on retreat for the last three days and I know the chief secretary as well as the relevant
00:07secretaries met to look at the bill, the legislation going forward to central government.

00:21She described the tragic jet ski death of Angelica Jogi as heartbreaking.
00:27I have children. I have an eight year old and it is unimaginable to see you come for a vacation
00:35and something like this happens.

00:51Meantime, commenting on a more efficient transportation service for Tobago, she referred to a policy directive for the next fiscal
00:59year and beyond.
01:01Once you have an efficient transportation, it actually is indicative of development.
01:05And we are trying to develop, Secretary Panton and I spoke about energy efficient buses.
01:11This is something that we are looking into, maybe on a smaller scale, a smaller number and smaller buses, smaller
01:17actual vessels, the energy efficient ones to do the rural areas of Tobago.
