00:00You're fired. You're fired. You've completely messed it up. You're fired
00:12Previously on The Apprentice gonna be a long day a long day of a good grilling
00:18Candidates were challenged just like a seat being stand if you want
00:23Business plans picked apart. Do you want my opinion on boozy bar? Yeah
00:26I think it sounds like the kind of thing that my mum would get excited about are you joking you
00:31want me to look at that and in the boardroom
00:33My advice to you is please do not give up your day job
00:37Priyash's mobile bar ran dry. It is with regret that you're fired
00:42Lawrence failed to seal the deal. I don't have any confidence in your business
00:47You're fired and Dan's plans didn't stack up your numbers are like a jungle
00:53I'm not completely sure whether you understand them yourself. You're fired
00:57Now Karishma and Pasha go head-to-head
01:124 a.m
01:14For the finalists
01:16Hello one last task
01:19One last task
01:19Good morning. Lord Sugar would like to meet you at the Gladstone Library in central London
01:24The cars will be outside in 30 minutes. Gladstone Library
01:2830 minutes
01:34As the youngest here at 21, I'm sure people did underestimate me coming into this
01:40But I've proved to everyone that I might be young, but I am here for the win
01:45I'm so close that I cannot let this opportunity go
01:51Business is in my blood my dad my granddad my great-granddad all legendary businessmen
01:56But I am the first businesswoman of my family
01:59This is definitely going to be a turning point in my career
02:02Potentially the most important 48 hours of my life because this could be where everything for me changes
02:20In the heart of Westminster
02:23The Gladstone Library
02:26A building steeped in history and tradition
02:45Good morning
02:46Good morning Lord Sugar
02:47Welcome to the Gladstone Library at 1 Whitehall Place
02:52Founded in 1892
02:55This was a meeting place for people to make the most important decisions of the day
03:01So it's fitting that we are here
03:03Because in a couple of days time I'm going to be making a very big decision of my own
03:0920 years ago I hired my first apprentice in this process
03:14Someone hungry with great potential
03:17And that's still what I'm looking for today
03:20So for your final task I'd like you to launch your businesses
03:24You need to create a brand and an advertising campaign
03:27And then you'll have to pitch to me and leading industry experts
03:32Afterwards we'll meet in the boardroom
03:35Where one of you will become my next business partner
03:38Now I don't expect you to do this alone
03:41So I've organised a few familiar faces to help
04:04Welcome back
04:05Now I've got a coin here
04:07So heads or tails, Karishma?
04:10Tails
04:11Unfortunately, no
04:14Pasha
04:15You choose your first assistant
04:18Megan
04:23Karishma
04:26Rothner
04:26I miss you
04:31Kieran
04:34Carrington
04:37Hey girl
04:39Levi
04:41Well done
04:42Thank you
04:43Lawrence
04:47My brother
04:50Pray pray
04:53And best till last, Vanessa
04:58I miss you
05:00Good, well, remember
05:02Only one of you can win my £250,000 investment
05:07So give it everything you've got
05:09Good luck and I'll see you in a few days time
05:12Off you go
05:13Thank you
05:15Two days to prove that plans with promise
05:18Can become successful start-ups
05:21Guys, I'm so excited to see you all
05:24Honestly
05:24I'm so excited
05:25Get you that win now
05:26I know
05:27Getting her supporters up to speed
05:29Honestly, like I've got my home girls and my brother
05:32I need you all to give me all your energy so that I can bring this home
05:36Let's do this
05:38Karishma
05:39Yes, the aim of this brand is to push skincare products into the market
05:43But the real aim is for people to actually fall in love with their skin
05:48Skincare changed my perception of myself
05:50When I was 18 years old, I was diagnosed with cystic acne
05:54My reflection in the mirror was so intimidating to me
05:57I avoid looking in a mirror for two years straight
05:59Really nice that you can personalise it and it goes back to you
06:02Exactly, and I think the USP is the humanisation of my brand
06:05And I've got a degree in biomedical sciences
06:08So I understand dermatology
06:09We want science to be the centre of this
06:12But I want nature to be the focus of it
06:16I love this
06:18I'm feeling so excited right now
06:20My team has really understood the vision of my brand
06:23They're very supportive
06:24Which makes me feel so proud to be working with them
06:26And there's no greater feeling
06:28I met Lord Sugar's advisors a few days ago
06:31They said that the branding needs to be more luxury
06:33More classy
06:34And we need to make it look more expensive
06:37So that's something I want everyone to keep in mind
06:42Across the hall
06:43My business is a recruitment company within the private healthcare sector
06:47So I help care home managers, nursing home managers, nursery managers
06:53Basically find staff
06:55Putting her recruits in the picture
06:57But there are 30,000 recruitment agencies in the UK
07:01So what I'm here to prove to Lord Sugar
07:04It's how am I standing out in such a huge market
07:07Pasha
07:09My USP is myself
07:12Being obviously 21
07:14The brand name as well
07:16My middle name is Anne
07:18And a really popular term in the healthcare sector is on-call
07:22So I had Anne-call
07:26But in the interviews, Claudine did mention that when you say Anne-call
07:31It sounds like your Anne-call
07:33Your Anne-call, yeah
07:33So what I was thinking is Anne's calling
07:38Or Anne-calling
07:39You definitely want the word Anne in there
07:41I like the idea of it
07:43Because it's my company
07:44And I do want that element of me in it
07:47Yeah
07:50Pasha's middle name is Anne
07:52And for some reason she's absolutely wedded to using the name Anne
07:55As part of her brand name
07:57I hope she drops that idea
07:59Because Anne is not relevant to Pasha
08:01And Anne-call, well, it's one of the worst names I've ever heard
08:05Me being that main touch of the company is what I want to keep
08:09So Anne I do like and I think we're going to stick with that
08:15Me and Roth now are going to go and do the product and branding
08:18Dividing her disciples
08:19And the other team will be focused on the ad
08:22Carrington, your sub-team leader of course
08:24As the social media buddy herself
08:26Beauty boss Karishma
08:28In terms of what I want for this TV ad
08:31What I had in my head was a visual of a girl looking in the mirror
08:35Feeling insecure
08:36Or Lawrence like trying to look at his muscles in the mirror
08:38Like thinking, why are my muscles not bigger
08:40Then a girl thinking, my dark circles, they're so obvious
08:43Maybe stretch marks, scarring, acne, burns, whatever
08:46Putting more and more makeup on, trying to put more concealer on
08:49Trying to cover up everything
08:50And then we show, bam, she falls in love with her skin
08:53Yeah
08:53So what we can have is a girl feeling her skin
08:55The sun is shining, we've got really brilliant lighting on her skin
08:58Her skin is popping, natural skin, no makeup guys
09:00Make sure your skin looks juicy
09:02If the voiceover is in a strong feminine voice
09:05Something along the lines of be the love of your own life
09:07Fall in love with your skin, be the sun
09:09Always remember to end it with be the sun
09:13Karishma is incredibly passionate about her business
09:15And she really wants the team to do well with her brand
09:18However, she hasn't given them much room
09:20The instructions have been so specific
09:22There may have been no old friends necessary
09:24Because she could do it all by herself
09:25I'm trusting you guys with this, I want to bring this home
09:31Staffing her squad
09:33Meg, Levi and Kieran, you're going to be doing the advert
09:36Recruitment pro, Pasha
09:38And Megan, you're going to be my sub-team leader
09:41What do you want your advert to show?
09:43Okay, so my USP is that one-on-one with the care home managers
09:48So I had something in mind of a manager really struggling
09:53Very busy doing rotors
09:56And then us having that conversation with her
09:58Sounds a bit boring
10:02Well, this is about what we do
10:05That one-on-one is very rare
10:07Yeah, but we can have fun with this
10:08You want people to be engaged
10:10Not go, oh, there's another TV advert
10:12Which I'm going to flick over
10:13Healthcare is a very serious market
10:16The people I'm going to be pitching to tomorrow
10:19Are not going to be watching me as a joke
10:21They're going to be watching me as someone
10:22Yeah, but you need to stand out
10:24I've got some ideas
10:27Kieran sounds like he wants to create a bit of a playful, jokey advert
10:33But I need people to look at me and take me serious
10:37So hopefully he understands that and he doesn't take it too far
10:40This opportunity could literally change my life
10:42Yeah
10:43So it's not a joke
10:44Please do not mess it up
10:47I'm trusting you
10:48I've got it
10:48Yeah, I've got it
10:50Cool
10:50Good luck, see you later, all right
10:55Midday
10:56Today, half of each team will plan TV ads
11:00While the finalists build their brands
11:04I'm so glad that you came back today
11:06I feel like I gave the TV advert team such a clear brief
11:09And I hope that they deliver
11:10Because obviously this time around I can't bring anyone back
11:13Yeah, exactly
11:13If it messes up, it's me
11:15It's me on the line
11:19Back at the library
11:20I have a lot of skills in editing, social media, so this is right on my street
11:24I love a bit of acting, so put me right in there as well
11:27Look at this teamwork
11:28This is amazing
11:29With Karishma's campaign crew all aligned
11:32Let me set the scene
11:33Okay
11:34Person in the office
11:36Super stressed, on the phone, puts the phone down
11:39I just need some more staff
11:42Pushing his plans for Pasha's promo, Kieran
11:45Next thing you know, shoot to the driveway, fast car comes in
11:49The handbrake turns on the driveway, the recruiter steps out of the car
11:53And it's almost like you're the superhero to save the day
11:57I think that's just going to be too silly, not serious enough
12:01Because it is professional
12:02I've got it, guys
12:04So we can literally come up with a map and then arrows
12:07Blasting off and then like to you, you're on FaceTime
12:10Then Levi's on FaceTime
12:12It's like, I can cover the whole of the UK
12:14We've got to stick to what they briefed this morning with Pasha
12:17Where she said it weren't a bit serious
12:19It's private healthcare, like it's not a funny matter
12:21So I feel like we just need to convey that message with the advert
12:25Sorry, Kieran
12:28Levi and Megan are playing it too safe
12:30Everything I say is getting shut down
12:32Pasha put me here for a reason
12:33Because she knows that I'll make it stand out
12:35And she knows that it'll be a bit outrageous
12:37She says she wants it sensible, yes
12:39But something that makes it stand out, I don't think there's an issue with
12:42So to start off with, we're going to have Levi, he's really stressed out
12:45Phone down, argh
12:47Then I walk out at door
12:48Then Kieran's asleep in his scrubs
12:51I'm like, why can't I get good staff?
12:53That's nice
12:54Maybe you throw the phone at me
12:56I'm serious, this has got to be fun
12:59No, no
13:05Across town
13:06Hello
13:08Creative agency, Isabel
13:10My mum always refers to me as diligent
13:12So I was thinking maybe
13:15Anne's diligent staffing
13:17Brainstorming names for her budding business
13:20Just sounds a bit too long for a company
13:23Anne's calling
13:25That might sound like a call centre
13:27Pasha and Priyash
13:29I do like the idea of Anne
13:32Yeah
13:32But I'm second guessing it now
13:34I think steer away from the use of the word Anne
13:37A lot of people won't understand it
13:38Okay, we don't have much time
13:41I mean, do you have any other ideas?
13:44I'm thinking as well
13:44Um
13:48Um
13:52One-to-one care
13:54Yeah
13:55That's more of like a tagline
13:56Yeah
13:58Um
13:59Come on, give me some buzzwords
14:02So I can work with just words
14:04Um
14:07Sorry, I'm going back for one second
14:10Um
14:15Um
14:16I'm feeling so stressed
14:17It's a lot harder than I thought
14:19But I want it to be something that I support
14:22If I don't support the name of the brand
14:24Then it's not going to look good
14:26So, yeah, it's a struggle
14:29Oh, I really need to get this sorted
14:31Because we haven't got all day
14:36What?
14:39Be the sun was an initial tagline for me
14:41But I also think
14:44Be the sun could be a great name
14:45For Karishma, name ticked off
14:48It's all about being the centre of your solar system
14:50Yeah
14:51It's all about self-love and empowerment
14:53And being the focus of your life
14:55And that does start with skin
14:56Next, lay down her logo
14:59Be the sun
15:00You like it, Hannah?
15:01Yeah, she likes it, she likes it, she likes it
15:04But for a tagline
15:05I need something that sends that message
15:07That love your skin
15:08It's a skin love story
15:10So, maybe a skin love story
15:12I love a skin love story
15:13Okay, could I have it on the right, please?
15:16Yep, that's perfect
15:17Could we bold and sun?
15:19Yep
15:20If we could try this in a burgundy maroon shade, please
15:24I love that
15:24It gives luxury
15:25And now what I need to add to this
15:27Is an illustration of a half sun
15:29And I want it on the edge of the end
15:31I want the rays to be smaller
15:33More smaller, more smaller, more smaller
15:35Yep, perfect
15:35Can we zoom out, let's just see that
15:37What do you think?
15:38I like that
15:40My main concern is they've landed on a name
15:43Which actually feels a bit more like a sun cream
15:45Rather than a skincare brand
15:47They could have gone for something a bit more obvious
15:49Rather than too abstract
15:50The sun is the main focus here
15:52Brilliant
15:53It stands out
15:54Simple, effective
15:55And clean
15:56And clean
15:57Luxury
15:57I like it
16:01Real approach recruitment
16:02That was quite good
16:04For Pasha and Priyash
16:05Name finally nailed
16:07Because it is a real approach
16:09Yeah, and it's you getting that
16:10Yeah, I really like that one actually
16:12Still to build a brand identity
16:16Okay, so I want real approach to be on one line
16:20Okay
16:21And then I want recruitment to be underneath it
16:23Yep
16:23Can you put a circle around the real approach, recruitment and oval?
16:27Like that
16:28I quite like that
16:29Yeah
16:30Because this name doesn't have anything to do with care in it
16:33Yeah
16:34I want to have something, like a little symbol
16:36Like a heart rate or something
16:38Or like a doctor's, like a nurse outfit or something
16:41No, not a nurse outfit
16:42Erm
16:44Or
16:44Like a pacemaker machine or something
16:48Erm
16:49What are they called?
16:50Oh, the thing that doctors wear
16:51Xylem, is it as
16:52Stellos
16:53Yeah, the skyloscopes that doctors wear, right?
16:56Slef
16:57Slef
16:57Slef
16:58Scef
16:58Scefascope
16:59Scefascope?
17:01Scefascope
17:03I think Pasha's forgotten that she's a young, new mover and shaker into this market
17:08She's 21
17:09She ought to be thinking of something exciting and fun and different
17:14But the logo she's come up with is very generic, very boring, very vanilla
17:21Cool, done
17:22It has a slefascope on it
17:25It looks, recruitment, vibe
17:27So
17:28Yeah, I think it's the best that we could have done
17:30In the timeframe, yeah
17:31Yeah
17:354pm
17:35Southwest London
17:37We're going to have three of us
17:38It's going to be an over-the-shoulder shot
17:40Into the mirror
17:41And we're all going to be looking at different imperfections or something that we're insecure about
17:45Kicking off Karishma's commercial
17:47So looking at the blackheads on your nose
17:50Trying to squeeze them
17:52Look disgusted
17:53Then step back
17:54Yeah
17:54Carrington, Lawrence and Vanessa
17:56Scars
17:57And look distressed
17:58Do that head on them
17:59Yeah
18:00And then you're done
18:02Beautiful
18:03And let's move on
18:05Next we're going to put oil here
18:06Yeah
18:07Yeah, that's what I really like essentially
18:09Okay
18:09Okay
18:10And action
18:12Yeah, that's nice
18:14Yeah
18:16Chest
18:16Yeah
18:17Show me the brow a little bit
18:21Yeah
18:22Yeah
18:24More neck
18:25Because I think that would be nice quite short with the bright on your chest
18:28Yeah, that's nice
18:29And cut
18:30Next
18:31Just be mindful
18:33My shots shouldn't just be about my chest
18:35Yeah
18:38I'm quite happy
18:39I put my blood, sweat and tears into this and a bit of oil too
18:42My only concern would be that it just looked like other content that wasn't what we were assigned to do
18:48today
18:48We've got to try and get the voiceover sorted
18:50Vanessa, could you try something and it's going to probably sound quite cringe when I say it
18:53Could you do like a really breathy version of it?
18:56Sure
18:56But not too sexy because it's not that kind of movie
18:58Yeah, action is running
18:59Be The Sun
19:00A skin loss story
19:02Designed by nature
19:03Defined by science
19:05I liked it
19:06I think that's perfect
19:07Yeah
19:07Yeah
19:10Clean beds
19:11Carol's meds
19:12Order more bedding
19:13Send invoices
19:15I just need more stuff
19:17Across town
19:19We'll do that again
19:20Just like
19:21Yeah
19:21Take that post-it note off
19:22Or like write one and stick it on
19:24Yeah like screw it up, throw it
19:24No
19:25You don't have to be too aggressive
19:26Charged with keeping Kieran under control
19:29I think
19:30To gauge the audience
19:32I think you go straight in
19:34Mental
19:34No, just look angry
19:35Oh, phone
19:36Sub-team leader Megan
19:38Hello
19:39Hey
19:40How are you doing?
19:42Yeah, good
19:42We've done the logo
19:44So it's real approach recruitment
19:48Did you not go with the Anne in the end?
19:50No
19:50It was sort of like nobody knows you for Anne
19:52It doesn't say anything about the company
19:54Cool
19:55We're just doing the ad now, filming it
19:57Would you like some drama in this?
20:00I just feel like it needs something
20:02Kieran, when you say drama, make it realistic
20:05I'm talking like you could potentially throw his mug on the floor in anger or something like that
20:09Just to catch
20:09Not throwing a mug on the floor
20:11Well no, but you see what I mean
20:12No, they wouldn't be throwing a mug on the floor
20:14Because that's very unprofessional
20:15Yeah, don't worry
20:16Don't worry, I've got it under control, it's fine
20:18All good
20:19Yeah, don't worry about it
20:20You can leave it with us
20:21Good luck
20:23Kieran and his ideas
20:24I actually don't know where they come from
20:27I just
20:27His ideas are bonkers
20:29Throwing a mug on the floor
20:31Puffa bonkers
20:32So from that call it does sound like Pasha wants to stick down the serious route
20:35Which I think we need to just stick with
20:37Yeah
20:37She's been quite adamant on that
20:38So I want to make sure that we stick with that
20:40No smashing mugs on the floor
20:41You don't want people falling asleep watching it
20:43Shall we crack on with this then?
20:45I stir it
20:495pm
20:52Oh dear Kriyash
20:54While Pasha shoots us short for social media
20:57Top tip number one
20:59Make sure you understand the job that you're applying for
21:03In Nottingham at Boots HQ
21:05This face mask
21:07Brightens, tightens and fights
21:10So it's going to be the bright tight fight face mask
21:12Developing a new product for her beauty brand
21:15So we need to think what helps fight inflammation
21:18Yep
21:18What brightens the skin and what tightens the skin
21:21Biomedical science grad Karishma
21:24I'm in my element today
21:25You're the expert so you can teach me
21:29Right so I'm going to take a little sample of the face mask base
21:33Yep
21:34This is exciting
21:35Bam
21:36I want to stay away from anything that's not natural
21:38Right
21:39Now hyaluronic acid for me is a big one
21:40Something that a lot of people turn to when it's got dry skin
21:43Okay
21:44But also it allows skin rejuvenation
21:46Okay
21:46Vitamin E
21:47This is really what accelerates that skin healing process
21:51Oh
21:51Love that
21:52Aloe vera
21:53It tightens the skin
21:54It helps with scar healing
21:55Yeah
21:56I think it's a great ingredient
21:57Go for it
21:57Bam
21:58Jojoba oil is literally referred to as liquid gold
22:01Like it's so healing and it's so incredible for the body
22:04Bam
22:04We've added quite a lot of things now
22:06We still need to add niacinamide
22:09It's really good for collagen production
22:11Yep
22:11And green tea
22:12I'm hoping for a nice thick rich texture
22:15Yes
22:16Wow look at that
22:16It's got a really nice little shine to it
22:18It actually looks luxury
22:19Yeah
22:22Karishma is an absolute element in there
22:24She's a lady who knows her stuff
22:26But let's hope she doesn't get too carried away
22:28Because she's throwing everything at this
22:29Sometimes less is more with luxury
22:31And I hope she hasn't gone too overboard
22:33I'm so excited to pitch this
22:35But it's just when they ask you questions and say
22:36You've got about seven solid products here
22:39Why didn't you just go for two to three?
22:40I'm confident
22:41This is what I'm pitching tomorrow
22:43This is what Lord Sugar will be investing in
22:46Okay
22:487pm
22:49Can't seem to get the staff round here
22:51Nobody's reliable
22:52Oi you!
22:54You're fired!
22:55Yeah see I like that
22:56That was great
22:56Ads wrapped up
22:58That's nice
22:59That is nice
23:00Cut
23:02Good stuff
23:04Brands built
23:04Real approach recruitment
23:06Has your back
23:07Okay
23:08Amazing
23:09Thank you so much
23:10Very welcome
23:10Thanks for your help
23:11Tomorrow
23:12The big pitch
23:227am
23:23So we came up with be the sun
23:24You know be the sun
23:26Be the sunshine
23:26Be the light
23:27And our tagline being a skin love story
23:30For both finalists
23:31The only thing that might come up is whether it is sun cream
23:35The important thing here is sparking curiosity
23:37And the more I look at it the more I love it
23:39The big reveal of their brands
23:42For the logo
23:44For the logo
23:44The brand name and tagline
23:45We wanted something that speaks for the company
23:48Yeah
23:48And is true to who we are
23:50Yeah
23:50And has a bit of a storyline as well
23:57Nice
23:59I think you've hit the right name for your recruitment
24:01It don't pop out much
24:05No
24:05I didn't want it to pop out
24:06Do you not
24:07Okie dokes
24:07Do you know what it is
24:08I wanted something that I can imagine going out on leaflets
24:11Going out on flyers
24:12Being on my emails
24:13If you see that
24:15You know it's a recruitment company
24:16And then you've got the stethoscope
24:18That represents medical
24:23The name
24:23I like the name
24:24Real Approach Recruitment
24:25I really do
24:26But I just think the logo
24:27The colours didn't really pop
24:29But I don't think it looked very professional
24:31Oh I'm glad you like it
24:32Yeah
24:35On the other team
24:36So we were lab scientists for the day
24:38Obviously I've got background in biomedical science
24:41So I was back at home
24:42She was in her element guys
24:43Yeah it was fun
24:45Presenting her product
24:46I'm excited for you to see it
24:47It is the Bright Tight Fight face mask
24:51Karishma
24:52I can really stand behind every single ingredient in here
24:55But I want to know what you guys all think of this
24:57I like the feeling of it
24:58It's quite creamy and smooth
25:00It's like a very neutral premium smell
25:02It's you know
25:03It doesn't feel fake
25:04It just feels very natural
25:05I'm a big fan
25:06It's going to be a very effective face mask
25:08And I believe that I can sell this today
25:10Yeah
25:10To the people at the pitch
25:12I think so
25:12Yeah you've already sold it to us
25:14Yeah
25:14I had such a great response from the team
25:19I know about skincare
25:20I know about the industry
25:21There is a lot of pressure on me today
25:23But I feel like if there's anyone who can sell
25:25The new era of skincare
25:27It's me
25:27I can see that you guys believe in me so much
25:29And I'm very very grateful for that energy today
25:31We're going to crack on with this pitch
25:34See you later girls
25:35See you guys
25:46Good luck
25:48See you later
26:04And then we're going to cut to a scene where
26:06He's basically firing someone
26:08Calling the shots
26:09We can start from here
26:10So press play and I'll tell you to stop
26:13Carrington
26:14And cut
26:16Okay
26:17We'll move on to the next scene please
26:20And action
26:21Why am I rubbing like that?
26:23Goodness me
26:25Oh god Vanessa
26:27Just take it all out
26:28Delete
26:29Then we move on to me
26:31One of myself there
26:34And delete the other two please
26:36When it touches my face
26:37Can we include that bit as well?
26:39That's nice
26:39Then the next bit is us coming out
26:42And is this Lawrence again?
26:44Even shorter
26:46Shorter
26:46Let's go on to the next please
26:48Myself there
26:50Yeah that's a nice shot
26:51I don't know if we should use this one on you
26:53Because I think my one was a little bit better
26:55I think I'm posting on the close-up shot of me doing it closer
26:57Okay
26:58Can we put me first?
27:00And then Vanessa last
27:01From here
27:02All the way to there
27:03And cut from here
27:05Yeah
27:06Nice
27:06And that could make the main one
27:11Sometimes you've got to do things by yourself
27:13I warned those two earlier that I will be bulldozing
27:15There's a lot riding on this
27:16And as Subtinida it is on my head
27:19I'm here to help Karishma
27:20I don't want no mistakes
27:21I want it to look amazing
27:23Be the sun
27:24A skim of story
27:26That's nice
27:27Great
27:302pm
27:30One Marlabo
27:34In just two hours
27:36Oh
27:37Wow
27:37The finalists will pitch their business to Lord Sugar
27:40Oh I love it
27:43And leading industry experts
27:45There are massive brands here
27:47How do you feel?
27:48That's a big stage
27:49That's a big stage
27:50If my dad saw me speak today
27:52He'd be like
27:52That's my girl
27:53I raised her well
27:56Okay
27:57Honestly just seeing it now
27:59I'm literally shaking
28:02God bless her
28:03Before they take to the stage
28:05Yeah I'm with you sir
28:07For both teams
28:08Oi you
28:09You're fired
28:10Oh I love that
28:11A chance to check out their ads
28:13I'm excited to see it
28:20Naturally better
28:22Start with your skin
28:24Be the sun
28:25A skin love story
28:28Designed by nature
28:29Defined by science
28:32I knew you liked it
28:34Really?
28:34Yeah
28:35Really nice
28:36Honestly smashed it
28:37I feel confident
28:38I'm gonna play that
28:39They're gonna be looking yes
28:40This is good
28:41I feel like they're probably expecting a very traditional serious pitch
28:44But what I want to do is let my personality shine through as much as possible
28:47Come across as human
28:49Funny
28:50Charismatic
28:51But very intelligent
28:52She knows her stuff
28:53I've got this
28:54I've got this
28:55Let's do this
28:55You've got this
28:59Nice
28:594pm
29:01Doors open to some of the biggest names from the beauty business and the world of recruitment
29:07As well as previous winners and other legends from the last 20 years
29:12Alan got involved in The Apprentice because he wanted to get young people interested in business
29:17You've got to be honest and you've got to have a really good business plan and you've got to have
29:21paid attention to the detail
29:23But always be straightforward
29:24If you're not straight with him you're gone
29:27Before pitches kick off
29:29Hello
29:31How are you?
29:32You look gorgeous
29:33For the finalists
29:35Pasha
29:36Hello
29:36How are you doing? I'm Ricky
29:37Nice to meet you
29:38Likewise
29:38A last minute pep talk
29:42How are you feeling more importantly?
29:44Nervous
29:45Of course
29:45Of course
29:46Yeah
29:46But I feel ready
29:47Yeah
29:47And obviously I haven't done anything like this before
29:50Yeah
29:50But I'm just passionate and I'm excited
29:52Yeah
29:52So I hope that that comes across
29:54You've just got to make sure people know that you want it
29:56Yeah
29:57Like 13, 14 years ago I was able to do what you were doing
30:00Which is incredible
30:01Get your business started
30:01And it still exists and it's growing exponentially year on year
30:04So this will be you in 15 years time
30:06Yeah
30:06It's so exciting
30:08I've done a lot to prove myself in this process
30:10Yeah
30:11But now it's that final moment of putting on a show that people remember
30:15Yeah
30:15Being memorable
30:16Well no one knows your business better than you
30:18And this I think will be such a good platform to launch your business
30:22For me it was really life changing
30:24And I think for you it will be the same opportunity
30:26So you've just got to stay calm
30:29And present what you know which is your business
30:31It's your baby you've created it
30:33But you're going to do really really great
30:34Thank you
30:35You're going to do great
30:35We'll look out for you in the crowd
30:36So thank you after that as well
30:38Give me a love on you
30:38Definitely that was so helpful
30:40Thank you so much
30:41Good luck darling
30:51First to pitch
30:53Let's go
30:54Pasha
31:05Hello everyone
31:06It is an absolute pleasure to be here today
31:09Now I started in recruitment as a rookie three years ago
31:13And three years later I'm stood here on this stage
31:17The youngest ever candidate to be here at 21
31:20So it's an honour and a dream come true
31:22My passion for the recruitment world is unlike no other
31:26I live and breathe this job
31:29Very good
31:30So let me tell you a little bit about my company
31:35Real approach of recruitment
31:37One on one support that you deserve
31:40I am here to have that one on one relationship with candidates, with managers
31:45I want them to know that I understand and I'm here to support you no matter what
31:51Now the market is absolutely crazy
31:55There's 30,000 agencies in the UK
31:59So yes standing out in a big crowd is going to be hard
32:03It's definitely not going to be easy
32:05But with my determination, my story and what I want to communicate
32:09We can really take this to the next set
32:12Next I'm going to show you my TV advert
32:15I hope you guys enjoy
32:18Can't seem to get the staff round here
32:20Nobody's real angle
32:21Oi you, you're fired
32:24Hi Kieran, it's Megan from Real Approach Recruitment
32:27Got you a job and you're going to start tomorrow
32:29Amazing, I'll see you tomorrow
32:32Now everyone goes to interviews
32:34No matter how old you are
32:36If your first interview is at 30
32:38It doesn't matter
32:39I'm here to help
32:40So please enjoy my social media video
32:43Top tip number one
32:46Understand what job you are applying for
32:49Top tip number two
32:51Show your open to training and development
32:54Top tip number three
32:56Show your passion and your enthusiasm
32:59Ready to take that first step?
33:01What are you waiting for?
33:03I hope you all enjoyed
33:04This is a new company
33:06But the limits and the goals are really endless
33:09I have the success
33:11I understand what managers are looking for
33:14I know the demand
33:16And I have that one-on-one relationship with candidates
33:19Thank you everyone
33:20And I open the floor to any questions
33:27Hi I'm Jordan, I'm the manager of the Sidemen
33:29The UK's biggest YouTube group with over 130 million subscribers
33:32Social media is so important to this
33:35I think your video kind of lacked that clear context
33:37And that hook at the start
33:38So how are you going to make sure that your social media strategy
33:41Is as engaging as it possibly can be?
33:43What I wanted to show you is just a glimpse of the potential
33:47Initially I want someone to watch that video
33:49And be like, she cares
33:51And that is the ultimate goal for me
33:54But thank you so much
33:55No pleasure
33:55Thank you for that
33:57Hello Lorraine Twist-Hayes
33:58Well done Pasha, that was amazing
34:01And I particularly like your dress
34:03So brilliant work there
34:04Thank you
34:06Got to look at the part
34:07How do you think you're going to differentiate your company?
34:10Not you, because you're brilliant
34:12But your company
34:14So with my company, I want that one-on-one support
34:18I've been doing it for three years
34:19I've never met a manager that I've dealt with ever
34:22Because I say to my director
34:24Let me go out to the care homes that I work with
34:27Because they'll appreciate that
34:28They'll remember you
34:29But that one-on-one approach
34:31Is something that recruitment agencies are forgetting to do
34:34Yes
34:35Right now, it just feels like we are just the annoying salesperson
34:38And I don't want that for the recruitment industry
34:41Brilliant
34:41Thank you and good luck
34:42Thank you
34:43Well thank you so much everyone for your questions
34:46Your undivided time today
34:48Thank you
34:49Good night
34:57Thank you
34:58You smashed it
34:59You did really well
35:02I'm so proud
35:03Honestly
35:03You did so well
35:06Honestly, I don't know how you did that
35:08You did so good
35:09Honestly
35:09I just feel that proud of you
35:14For Lord Sugar
35:16It was a wonderful presentation
35:17I mean, she's 21 years old
35:20Expert feedback
35:21What was your impression of her?
35:23She's very passionate
35:24Wonderful personality
35:25If she could bring recruiters in around her
35:27With that same level of passion and energy
35:30I think she'd do really well
35:31And drive them and motivate them
35:32Absolutely
35:32Yeah, yeah
35:33I know that the market's a little bit tough at the moment
35:37It is a challenging time in recruitment but it will change
35:40She's focusing on health and care
35:42Mm-hmm
35:43That is a huge sector
35:44And it's going to grow
35:45Because we're all getting older
35:48And I think that
35:49You know, she seems pretty fearless to me
35:51So this would be a good person in her back
35:53You know, young energetic person
35:54Get out there and have a go
35:55Yeah
35:56I mean, wants to lose
35:59Next to take the stage
36:02Karishma
36:11Welcome ladies and gentlemen
36:12I want to introduce you all
36:14To Be The Sun
36:15A skin love story
36:17Believe it or not
36:18That is what my skin looked like
36:20When I was 18 years old
36:22And it completely consumed me
36:23I had acne
36:24I had scarring
36:25I was so insecure
36:27And I turned to pretty much
36:29Every skincare brand out there
36:31A lot of you are sitting in the audience here today
36:32So thank you for supporting me on my skin journey
36:35Unfortunately nothing worked for too long
36:38And then
36:45But the one thing me and my ex have in common
36:47Is that we constantly kept looking for better options in the market
36:51Stand up comedian
36:53Those two girls
36:54They don't have the same amount of confidence
36:57This girl
36:57She was scared
36:58She was shy
36:59And she believed that her skin introduced her
37:01Before she could introduce herself
37:03In every room that she walked into
37:06And that girl
37:07Well she wears her skin like armour
37:08She wears her skin very proud
37:10Very loud
37:11And she stands before you today
37:12Excited to talk about
37:14The newest scientific discoveries in skincare
37:19So I would like to introduce an advert that my team created
37:27Naturally better
37:29Start with your skin
37:31Be the sun
37:32A skin love story
37:34Design my nature
37:35Defined by science
37:39It's a class to everyone
37:40Yeah
37:44So why is be the sun different from all the other brands in this room today?
37:47As a biomedical scientist
37:49As a biomedical scientist
37:49I wanted to come up with a brand
37:51That uses very versatile products
37:54And attacks an array of situations with your skin
37:57This is the Bright Tight and Fight face mask
38:00And you can all find it on your tables right now
38:04So this is a great product
38:06That a genius has come up with
38:08Woo
38:09Woo
38:10Woo
38:10Woo
38:11Woo
38:12I would like to remind you
38:14That my name is Karishma Vijay
38:16And I would like to open the 40 questions
38:18Woo
38:19Woo
38:20Woo
38:20Woo
38:20Woo
38:21Woo
38:21Woo
38:22Woo
38:22Woo
38:22Woo
38:23Woo
38:24Wait
38:25Woo
38:25Thank you so much
38:27Woo
38:27Woo
38:28Weук
38:29Woo
38:29Woo
38:29Woo
38:30Woo
38:30Woo
38:31Woo
38:40Woo
38:41There is a lot of ingredients and actives in your products and a lot of benefits.
38:45How are you going to cut through?
38:46Yes, there's a lot of competition in the market.
38:49The competition is so fierce.
38:50But one thing that we can't deny is that social media will play an act in inviting those new customers
38:55in.
38:56How?
38:57We're going to really focus on real stories and real results.
38:59The power of social media is all about how you tell a story.
39:03And we're great storytellers here at Be The Sun.
39:06So we hope that we can do that.
39:07And I hope I answered your question.
39:09Thank you so much.
39:11Hi, I'm Alice, the Director of Beauty at Boots.
39:13And congratulations on such an incredible pitch.
39:15I'd really love to talk about the branding.
39:17You've talked so passionately about your skin love story.
39:21I wonder if you've got the name and the tagline the wrong way around.
39:23Like, a skin love story feels like your main story.
39:27Now, the reason Be The Sun is the name of our brand is because it is the number one message
39:32we're trying to drive forward.
39:34Being the center of your solar system.
39:36And I believe that Be The Sun resonates with men, with women, with young girls who are struggling with who
39:41they are.
39:42So that is why I wanted the name to be loud and proud.
39:45Be the sun.
39:46Be the light of your own life.
39:48Be the love of your own life.
39:49Well, this has been absolutely fun.
39:52Such an honor.
39:53And I know there's still some questions which you can send to my assistant because I must wrap this up.
39:58But this was such an incredible opportunity standing in front of such esteemed men and women, established business people.
40:06I wish to be in your chair one day, and I hope you enjoyed my pitch.
40:12How are you?
40:13How are you?
40:13How are you?
40:14How are you?
40:14How are you?
40:16You're amazing.
40:17Personally, I feel like everyone there wants to invest in you.
40:20Honestly, Karishma, you're our son.
40:22You are the son.
40:25Karishma, she's an amazing young lady.
40:28What did you think of her?
40:29Honestly, I think I'll buy whatever she's selling, actually.
40:32It doesn't matter.
40:33And I'll take the skin, too.
40:34It looks great.
40:35She's not just a salesperson.
40:37I mean, she's actually got a science degree.
40:39I think the challenge for me is the beauty industry now is just so crowded.
40:43And creating one viral product is easier than ever.
40:47But actually sustaining that and becoming a long-term brand is actually quite challenging because the next brand is always
40:54on your coattails.
40:55She's fantastic communication.
40:57She's fantastic from a science perspective.
40:59But the real business acumen of scaling a brand is where she's going to really need your support.
41:06This really was a once in a lifetime opportunity that I could only have seen in my wildest dreams.
41:11I think I've done everything that I possibly could have to convince Lord Sugar that I should be his next
41:18business partner.
41:20What is going on?
41:21I don't even remember what just happened in there.
41:23I just know that it was a great feeling.
41:25This pitch was everything that I could do.
41:27I'll go to the boardroom tomorrow and hopefully Lord Sugar believes the same.
41:32Tonight, there's nothing more the finalists can do.
41:37Tomorrow, the final showdown in the boardroom.
41:49How are you feeling?
41:50Are you nervous?
41:51Yeah, I am nervous.
41:52I feel like yesterday I put on this pitch and I had the whole audience laughing.
41:56But it might be like, did you come here to make jokes?
41:58Or did you come here for business?
41:59This whole process has really built me up as a person.
42:02Try and put me on that stage week one, I would have been like, you're having a laugh.
42:06Like, I cannot do that.
42:08It comes down to today.
42:09So let's do our thing in that boardroom.
42:11Let's smash it.
42:17This is a pivotal moment.
42:18This might be the most important day of my life yet.
42:22I'm just a step away from being Lord Sugar's next business partner.
42:25So I'm going in with a fight today.
42:27I'm not going to give up this battle.
42:29I have to get that win.
42:36You can go through to the boardroom now.
42:39I love you.
42:40I love you.
42:42I love you, girl.
43:02Good morning.
43:04So, first of all, a thank you to some of our past candidates
43:10for assisting Pasha and Karishma.
43:14And technically, you can tell your friends you made it in the final.
43:24It's a great achievement.
43:27We could celebrate only if someone knew someone else with a mobile bar.
43:36Anyway, Pasha.
43:38Yes, or Sugar?
43:39I think you started off with a brainstorm.
43:42So I wanted to obviously tell the guys a bit about what I do.
43:45You know, my USP is me and the passion that I have for the role.
43:49Well, in the branding team, there was Priash and myself.
43:54Yourself.
43:55Yeah.
43:55Right.
43:55So tell me about the logo.
43:58It was a stressful morning, to be fair, because I did go in there with a strong idea of having
44:03my middle name as the concept.
44:06And cool, whatever it was called.
44:08Yeah.
44:08So we went through about 16 names.
44:11So you ended up with Real Approach Recruitment.
44:14Yeah.
44:15So I wanted the name to tell a story, because I do feel like the first thing that you hear
44:20when you hear Real Support is who we are.
44:22All right.
44:22Then the TV adverts in Megan, sub-team leader.
44:26Yeah.
44:27And the general theme of the advert is that Levi was angry that he couldn't get any staff.
44:36Was he that angry there was no machine there to dry your shoes or what?
44:40Yeah.
44:42And sitting on the park bench was Ciaran.
44:45You was a bit wooden, like the cat tree that you designed.
44:49Have you got it?
44:50Yeah.
44:51Got the tree up in your living room?
44:52I'm still having nightmares about the tree, little sugar.
44:53Yeah.
44:55Anyway, the pair of you remind me of the Chuckle Brothers.
45:00Ciaran's very creative.
45:02There was a lot of ideas going on.
45:04I think if Ciaran had his way, it would have been a Fast and Furious.
45:07Yeah, no, absolutely.
45:08He wanted a coffee mug being thrown on the floor.
45:11And break turns.
45:12I was just trying to add some excitement into the video.
45:15And they were some suggestions with what I had.
45:18They were crap.
45:21I mean, that's great.
45:22Yeah.
45:24Anyway, you managed to rein him in on those things.
45:28It was a story that was done very well in 20 seconds, and I genuinely think they smashed
45:33it.
45:33It was really good.
45:34Good.
45:35So what did you all think of Pasha?
45:37She's phenomenal.
45:3821-year-old, strong, independent woman, standing around two feet and stands the ground.
45:42So, yeah, she's a phenomenal woman.
45:44I just want to add as well, when you started this process 20 years ago, you really believed
45:49in people and the work ethic.
45:51And I think for what...
45:52She was one year's old.
45:53Yeah, she was.
45:55So to see what she can do at this age, to think what she can do in five years' time,
45:5910 years' time, I think it's insane.
46:02Good.
46:03Okay.
46:04Now, Tim, I think you were with Karisma.
46:08I was?
46:08Yes, I was.
46:09Let's get on to the branding, first of all.
46:12Be the Sun.
46:14Immediately, I would think it's a sun cream.
46:16I don't get that.
46:17So with Be the Sun, it's more about everybody wants to have this sun-kissed golden glow,
46:23but we also wanted to play on the words.
46:25You mean like Donald Trump?
46:27But it's more about how the sun is the centre of our solar system and people live their lives
46:32forgetting that they're the centre of their world.
46:34I love the tagline, a skin love story.
46:37I do like that.
46:38I think that's quite clever.
46:40But Be the Sun, I think as much as you are attached to that name, personally, I would say
46:47that it needs to change.
46:49Anyway, then you went to the laboratory and you knocked up your samples, yeah?
46:55Yeah.
46:56It was so fun to be back in a lab and kind of showing off my scientific knowledge as
47:00well, making a product that is very versatile, so I put as much as I could in there within
47:04the perfect valances.
47:06Well, the kitchen sink, you didn't put that in.
47:09She would have, but she could have, though.
47:11All right.
47:12Then the advert, who made the advert?
47:16So I directed the advert.
47:18Karisma did amazing.
47:19You wanted a quality advert, didn't you?
47:21Yeah.
47:50Yeah.
47:51And I was very impressed.
47:52And I'd just like to add a little sugar.
47:54I've been pretty close with Karisma from the start.
47:57She's not only a great person inside, but she's a fierce and strong businesswoman.
48:01And watching her yesterday, we're the same age, but I feel like a proud mum.
48:04Honestly.
48:05I really did.
48:06Just to round it off, I think Karisma is an ideal candidate.
48:09When I watch her, I'm like, I thought I was the perfect person.
48:12But when I see her, I'm like, I've got so much to do just to become like her.
48:15I want to cry right now.
48:16Sorry.
48:18Good.
48:18Well, I'd like to take this opportunity now of thanking you last candidates for coming
48:24back and assisting.
48:25So if you don't mind, I need to talk to these two people.
48:29Thank you so much.
48:30I love you so much.
48:33It's got this, OK?
48:33Go win this.
48:42Well, ladies, let me say one thing.
48:45Your presentations last night were superb, excellent.
48:51And Pasha, you know, for a 21-year-old, it was quite amazing, really.
48:55Thank you, Lord.
48:55And Karisma, you could have a part-time job as a comedian, I think, on the stage.
49:04It was very, very funny and very natural.
49:06Now, basically, you've got this cream that has got to be manufactured.
49:12What are you going to do with the £250,000, and how are you going to make it into a
49:18multi-million-pound
49:19turnover company?
49:21So the principle of everything that we're going to create is that we want to reduce overconsumption.
49:26Instead of creating four products that they then have to invest in one by one, we create
49:31one that actually covers all those grounds.
49:34Now, these are...
49:35Now, I hear all that, but in order to get volume sales for this thing, you need volume
49:43potential consumers.
49:46And your main method of selling it is going to be how?
49:51The main method would be to push it through not just e-commerce, but social media also.
49:56People like Huda Katan that have created videos for us in 24 hours had 8 million views.
50:01We had 60,000 people trying to buy the product.
50:038 million views, all these young...
50:05You youngsters, all you keep telling me about is I've got 9 million followers, 8 million
50:10of this.
50:10I'm only interested.
50:11Show me the money.
50:12When we launched in our first month, we did close to £12,000 in sales.
50:16Did you get repeats also?
50:18So many repeat orders.
50:19People are very much addicted to the product, addicted to the quality of the product.
50:23She hasn't got marijuana in it, has it?
50:25No, no.
50:26But we've had hundreds of orders where they haven't just repurchased one, but many.
50:31All right.
50:32Well, Pasha, you're a different kettle of fish, really, in the sense that there's no hard
50:37product to touch.
50:38You're offering a service, right?
50:40Yeah, correct.
50:40So, starting from my £250,000, what are you going to do on day one?
50:47The £250,000 old sugar will go to the start-up costs.
50:51So, it would be the databases, the computers, the salaries.
50:57Right.
50:57As soon as I have that set up, I could do it myself, then I would be able to make
51:01you money
51:02from day one.
51:03Give me the list of the type of people that you place.
51:06So, you've got nurses, who else?
51:08So, it literally can be from cleaners, care assistants, team leaders.
51:13Right.
51:13So, what's the kind of commission of these people?
51:16Starting with the cleaners.
51:17So...
51:18Can't be much, can it?
51:19Lowest at 10% contract.
51:21Yeah.
51:21But this is the thing that I'm doing now.
51:24When I'm pitching to care homes, introducing myself, I'm going in at around the 13% to 15%
51:29rate, which is a lot higher.
51:32So, starting this business, the current market that you're in at the moment, is it buoyant
51:36or is it dead?
51:37With the care home and healthcare side, I do think the market is buoyant and there is a
51:42demand.
51:43The healthcare sector is growing.
51:44It's one of the fastest growing sectors in recruitment.
51:47All right.
51:48Okay.
51:49Well, look, I think I've got a grasp of both of your business ideas.
51:55What I'd like you to do is to step outside for a while and I'll be discussing it with
52:00Baroness Brady and Tim.
52:03And then I'll decide who is going to be my business partner in this 20th year.
52:09Okay?
52:21I have to say, two great finalists and thoroughly well-deserved.
52:26I mean, Karishna has got a very small business, but with some grand ideas of what she wants
52:31to do.
52:31And you've been in that industry.
52:34Oh, yeah, yeah.
52:34So, the perfect partner for her.
52:36And Pasha has got a track record of success in her industry, but has never started a business.
52:41So, she really needs you as well.
52:43Yeah.
52:44So, you would make an ideal partner for either of these two women.
52:48I think it's a great testament to the process.
52:5220 years and still you're able to find great individuals who really need support and mentoring
52:57in order to grow something potentially really big.
53:00In Pasha, you've got somebody with poise, real focus around their industry.
53:04And in Karishma, you've got somebody with heart, yes, a bit of humour, but actually huge amounts
53:09of hustle.
53:10She really wants this.
53:11I think there's great potential in either one of them.
53:13It's a really difficult decision.
53:15Hmm.
53:19Yes, would you send the two of them in, please?
53:21Yes, the two.
53:23You can go through to the boardroom now.
53:42Well, Pasha, if you don't get the investment, what are you going to do?
53:50I'm going to do it myself and my commitment, my drive that I have for someone else's company
53:57is unbelievable.
53:59And if I was doing it for myself, it would be 10 times more.
54:04I'm non-stop and that's because I believe in what I do and I'm ready to put a dent in
54:09the market and that is my ultimate goal.
54:12Right.
54:13And same question to you, Karishma.
54:15If we don't succeed in this, how are you going to move forward?
54:19Because you need a lot of money to build up inventory in stocks, don't you?
54:24So we've already got cash flow coming in.
54:26We've got a great amount of profits already, enough to invest into future products and to
54:30really build an inventory.
54:31Do you need my money then?
54:33I need your money because I want to build faster.
54:36At the moment, I can only order 5,000 to 10,000 units at a time and then I have
54:40to bear in
54:41my salaries, rent, the cost of my warehouse.
54:44But if I had the £250,000, I could go big.
54:47Right.
54:48Lord Sugar, I'm a young woman with determination, grit and drive and I've shown what I can do.
54:56I've shown how much money I can make and it's not just about the money that you're giving
55:00me.
55:00It's about having you next to me, showing me the ropes, your experience in recruitment.
55:05You've already made a millionaire out of it and I know that if you was to have me as
55:09a business partner, I can do the exact same thing for you.
55:12Mm-hmm.
55:13Lord Sugar, you've obviously been in business longer than I've been alive, but this is what
55:16I was born to do.
55:17I believe that business is in my blood.
55:19It's my legacy and I know I can scale this and I can scale it in retailers.
55:24I know that I can scale it through social media.
55:26And yesterday I showed you my personality.
55:28I'm selling my personality and who I am.
55:30Hmm.
55:32So look, ladies, here it is.
55:39Karishma, you know that I've been in this business before.
55:43It's a very, very slippery pole to climb.
55:46And I've done it before and I've made people into very, very significant business people.
55:54And I do like skincare.
56:00Pasha, I've got recruitment companies and I know the recruitment world.
56:06You say this market for care homes and all that stuff is quite buoyant.
56:11And so after deep consideration and listening to you and following you for 12 weeks, you
56:22know, I've come to a conclusion and the conclusion is that I'll be investing in Karishma.
56:40Thank you so much, Lord Sugar.
56:42I absolutely won't let you down.
56:44I came in with a very big dream.
56:45I need you by my side to make it happen.
56:47And I will absolutely not let you down in this process.
56:50Congratulations, Karishma.
56:52Well done, Karishma.
56:52Thank you so much.
56:53Okay.
56:54Thank you so much.
56:56You've both been incredible in the process.
56:58Off you go.
57:00Thank you, Barnes Brady.
57:01Thank you, Tim.
57:06Honestly, well done.
57:08Honestly, I didn't know whether to cry, laugh, like, shake his hands.
57:11Give me a hug.
57:12It's unbelievable.
57:21I feel so proud because I think when I came into this, I felt like a small fish.
57:27Not a small fish no more.
57:28And I know a little chick is not going to regret this one.
57:30He knows you shake hands with the right girl because I'm about to make him more money.
57:33The Rolls Royce is getting an upgrade.
57:3720 candidates, one investment.
57:41For now, Lord Sugar's search is over.
57:49Lord Sugar has officially named his next business partner and the celebrations continue over on BBC2.
57:55I'll be joined by Baroness Brady and Tim Campbell, as well as our winner, Karishma, who will be giving her
58:00very first exclusive interview.
58:02So turn over for unfinished business.
