00:16very excited to be at watches and wonders this is our first appearance on this platform and it's
00:23it's an important moment and milestone for us because we have been celebrating the 150 years
00:29anniversary last year so we want to start the next chapter of Audemars Piguet history together
00:36with the rest of the industry and we believe this platform is a great opportunity to connect
00:41with the other players in the industry to learn from each other and to celebrate this wonderful
00:47watchmaking industry we are very proud to be present in Geneva in the center of Geneva for
00:57the next three months actually up until the end of June with the AP lab which is a very unique
01:03format that is basically a space of engagement with our watchmakers a space of learning a space
01:11of discovery opened really to everybody to the public to the kids families anybody wants to learn
01:17about watchmaking if you look at all the data women I've been working in watchmaking for centuries
01:29they played important roles so we have a wonderful designers you know the martigage a clean dinner with
01:35wristwatches were invented for women and if you look at the data for 2030 45% of women will be
01:44buying
01:44mechanical watches so definitely there is interest from women we see women growing in the purchase
01:51of a high-end complication and definitely it's a space for us of development for me it's important
01:57also to break the narrative that there are watches for men watches for women I don't believe in that
02:03because this is not what women or men ask there is a blend between these two segments of watches and
02:11now people just love complicated watches they just love watches
02:18lots of things are exciting me I must say it's a very vibrant time for watchmaking although it's a
02:25tough moment for the broad industry but we see lots of creativity I'm very happy to have our stand
02:32very close to the independent brands there is a vibrant creativity there is the really the desire
02:37to continue pushing the boundaries so what we think is possible from a mechanical standpoint but
02:43also from a decoration standpoint that's why I'm very pleased that to use the platform of the watches
02:49and wonders to launch the new project over the map again which is called atelier d'etablisseur is a
02:54very ambitious and exciting project where we give a tribute to the system of established such that's
03:01that was living in in the watchmaking many years ago and it pays tribute to the collaboration with
03:08external designers so we're going to launch three new completely different watches one is called the
03:15etablisseur galette the other one is called the etablisseur nomad and then we have the etablisseur
03:19peacock three very different watches that bring together the sour fare the decorations the the artistic view of
03:29watchmaking together with the latest design
