00:00Yeah, I mean, I just wanted to be clear that I would have asked that question if it was Gary
00:04Bettman, if it was Rob Manfred, Roger Goodell, Adam Silver, if I heard that any of and all those commissioners
00:11have come under fire at some point throughout their career, right? And some remain under fire at all times.
00:16She just can't get out of her own way sometimes. Every time there are ways to answer the question, but
00:24she gets defensive and accusing me as being sexist was crazy. And look, the way I asked the question was
00:33after it came three weeks after we asked Adam Silver the same question.
00:37Like, do you anticipate Kathy Engelbert being the commissioner beyond this season? Obviously, she has strained relationships with players. That
00:44was a huge talking point throughout the negotiations.
00:48It's one of the criticisms that she has as a commissioner is is her interpersonal relationships with players and people
00:54around the league. Clearly, it struck a nerve. She totally sidestepped the question, didn't give us an answer at all,
01:02which I think is extremely notable.
01:05And from my point of view, this is an opinion. I believe the way that she answered the question was
01:10extremely telling. And it almost came off as she, you know, it struck a nerve and there was a layer
01:19of insecurity there. Maybe she doesn't know what her what her job security is. And again, like this was just
01:24one misstep in several throughout this press conference.
