Tara Fidanian, from Pasadena, California, USA, captured the special family moment while out with her three children, as they stood by a fountain tossing in pennies and making wishes.
The footage shows the children taking turns dropping their coins into the water, enjoying the simple tradition. But when her middle son throws his penny, something unexpected happens.
As the coin sinks into the fountain, it suddenly begins to shine brightly, reflecting the sunlight in a way that makes it appear as though it is glowing.
Caught off guard by the rare and beautiful sight, Tara describes the moment as something truly special, turning an ordinary outing into an unforgettable memory.
Tara said: “It felt like we were witnessing something truly rare and a little bit magical.”
