00:49On April 16, we will be having the special payout para sa mga TNBS drivers.
00:55Gayun din po on April 17, para naman sa MC Taxi and Service Delivery Riders.
01:02And then may special payout tayo for tricycle and jeepney drivers.
01:07Ito yung mga pahabol at mga hindi nakapag-claim on April 14 and 15.
01:12And on April 18 to 19, we will be having the special payout for MC Taxi and Delivery Riders.
01:20Apat lang po ang payout sites natin para sa mga TNBS, MC Taxi, at mga Service Delivery Riders.
01:27Ito po ay matatagpuan sa Caloocan.
01:33We have the Caloocan Sports Complex.
01:35Sa Quezon City naman po ay ang Quezon City Memorial Circle.
01:39Sa Makati City, we will be having the Makati Coliseum as additional venue site.
01:44And TLC Park Concert Ground sa Taguig City naman po.
01:48So, yung mga TNBS drivers, MC Taxi, at mga Service Delivery Riders,
01:52maring magtungo sa alinman sa mga lugar na nabanggit ko kung ano yung pinakamalapit sa kanila.
01:59So, that's for our special payouts this week.
02:01Okay. As a follow-up lang po, compared dun sa mga nauna natin payouts,
02:05have you done any improvements para po mas maging mabilis, mas mabilis, mas maayos yung ating mga pagbibigay?
02:11Well, yes. Actually, kaninang umaga, last 8 kanina,
02:13nagkaroon tayo ng pagpupulong with LTFRB, TNCs, ganyan din po yung mga transport organizations.
02:20Nang sa gayon, maging maayos at mas maging mabilis yung pamamahagi natin ng tulong.
02:25So, what we did is to strengthen our coordination with this organization
02:30so that yung mga drivers po ay maabisuhan kung saan magtutungo,
02:35anong oras at anong araw sila pupunta doon sa mga payoutsides.
02:39And also, Joshua, we also requested itong mga TNCs na ipadala yung kanilang mga representatives
02:48who are very knowledgeable about this cash relief assistance and the processes that we undertook
02:53para sila po ang makasama natin na sumagot sa mga katanungan ng ating pong mga drivers.
02:59And gayon din po, we requested na kausapin nila yung kanila pong mga drivers, mga members,
03:06na magtungo lamang sa scheduled date at sa mga designated payoutsides para hindi maging magulo, no?
03:12Unlike in the previous payout sessions that we had.
03:16Okay. Well, I guess we have to reiterate this because may mga tanong pa rin yung ating mga kabayan,
03:21lalo na yung mga bilipisyaryo, na kung pwede daw bang representante o authorized na person na lang
03:27ang kanila ipadala, lalo na kung hindi nila kayang bumiay o pumunta doon sa payoutsides.
03:31Bakit paliwanan na po, Asik? Bakit mahaladan na sila yung personal na kumuha ng kanilang mga financial assistance?
03:36Alam mo, Joshua, what we're trying to prevent here is having ghost drivers, no?
03:42Yung pong hindi naman talaga mga eligible, hindi naman po existing,
03:47wala po talaga sa kanilang mga lugar, may nagki-claim para po sa kanila.
03:51The reason why we're doing or requiring physical presence of our drivers is parang ano na to, Joshua,
03:58parang know your client procedure so that when we proceed na to the adoption of digital systems,
04:05nakapag-verify na tayo, tapos na yung verification process,
04:09and it will be easy for us to use electronic wallets for the distribution of financial aid,
04:17primarily because we've already established the fact that these individuals are alive,
04:23they're here in the country, and yung pong mga accounts na ipapakita po sa amin
04:28are indeed the accounts of these drivers.
04:31Alright. Asik, panghuli na naman po, merong inaasahang rollback tomorrow sa presyo ng langis.
04:37Napag-usapan na po ba kung itutuloy ba itong pamimigay natin ng financial assistance sa ating mga kumbaya?
04:42Well, Joshua, we're looking at the situation in the social protection lens,
04:47na even if magkaroon ng rollback, magkaroon ng development sa sitwasyon, mag-improve ito,
04:54mahihirapan po yung mga poor and vulnerable populations na makarecover as quickly as we wanted them to.
05:02Kaya kinakailangan na supportahan pa rin natin sila at magpigay pa rin tayo ng financial assistance
05:08para matugunan nila yung kanilang pangunahing pangangailangan.
05:12As I've mentioned, Josh, hindi automatiko o hindi mabilis yung pag-recover nila
05:17from the adverse impact of the crisis that we are currently experiencing.
