00:00Men love darkness rather than light. Unfortunately, we have a tendency to love darkness. We have an inclination to lean
00:11towards darkness. Have mercy on us, God. This is what he had to come.
00:17Men love darkness, meaning that men are, we prefer darkness. We embrace darkness. Help us, our sinful nature embraces darkness
00:27and it attaches itself to darkness. I know someone is saying, I'm not that bad of a person, but when
00:33we look at ourselves compared to the righteousness of God, oh, we are attached to darkness.
00:41This sin nature attaches itself. So when we're talking about darkness, we're talking about deception. We're talking about sin. We're
00:50talking about rebellion. We are at, men are at rebellion with God. Oh, that's why Christ stepped into the world.
00:58Men are spiritually blind without Christ. This is the darkness. When men see the light of Christ, and they see
01:08the darkness of the world, and they see the darkness of their own nature, men chose to crucify the Christ.
01:16They crucify the Christ because the light of Christ exposes men. It exposes what's in our hearts. It exposes the
01:25foundness inside of us. Christ wants to remove that foundness inside of us and help us.
01:32Christ has helped us when he came into the world and gave himself for us. He is our only help.
01:40So the Bible says, men love darkness. We prefer darkness. The darkness that flows from our hearts naturally. Help us
01:52today, God. Have mercy on us. Darkness flows from our hearts.
01:56Oh, wicked, evil corruption flows from our hearts. And this is the problem with humanity. The problem that we have
02:04is not that we need more information. We don't need more information.
02:09What church are you from? We go to different churches. So I go to Light of the Desert Baptist and
02:15Mesa.
02:15The problem with humanity is not lack of information, but the problem of darkness, the problem of humanity is a
02:23love for darkness.
02:24And may some are you from darkness.
02:50away
