00:00It is Masters Weekend here, and I got to start it out with the defending champion, Rory McIlroy,
00:05and he had a really outstanding opening round.
00:09You know, he's on the leaderboard, obviously a couple shots off,
00:11and as we're talking right now, we're in the weekend here.
00:14So you tell me, you think his chances of winning this championship
00:18and being a back-to-back champion?
00:22I think once Rory won last year and completed the Grand Slam,
00:26only six people have ever done it, which is, think about that.
00:31It's ridiculous how big of an accomplishment that is, and he did it.
00:35So he got that off his back because it was on his back.
00:39I mean, it was 11 years he had a chance to do it,
00:42and that's how hard it is to win majors, right?
00:44But what I said on the radio show over the last couple years, last year, I mean,
00:51I'm going to tell you right now, Rory McIlroy will get to 10 major championships.
00:55I'm telling you right now.
00:56Wow.
00:57Wow.
00:57And not because I know everything, but because he's free, okay?
01:02After the Masters last year, he was a little messed up.
01:04He's like, oh, my God, who knows what we'd have been like.
01:07I might have retired if I won.
01:10So he didn't play great after that as far as the majors were concerned,
01:14but he's gotten healthy again.
01:15He had a little – his golf swing is as good as it's ever been.
01:18He's putting beautifully.
01:20He has – I shouldn't say nothing to lose.
01:22He wants to leave – he wants to be the greatest European player ever.
01:25See, so he's got a little bit of work to do.

01:35Two Masters.
01:35Anyway, so Faldo has six.
01:39Rory wants to be the best European ever, so he's got work to do.
01:43But I think he's going to get to 10.

01:45He's still that good.
01:46The longest driver out there.
01:49However, this isn't surprising me at Augusta National whatsoever.
01:52Whether he wins or not is a different story,
01:53but most defending guys don't come out with –
01:56throw a little five under at you, you know, in the morning.

02:02But as the weekend goes, but he's already done it once.
