00:00But because it's punching above its weight this season, care of some impressive drives from young gun Oliver Behrman.
00:08The Brits' 7th place in Australia and a 5th in China, as some of its bigger rivals faltered,
00:15has netted Haas 17 points for 4th overall in the Constructors' standings, one behind McLaren.
00:24The results also reflect Behrman's improvement going into his sophomore season,
00:28following three standout stand-ins for Ferrari and Haas in 2024 and an impressive rookie campaign last year,
00:37including his season-best 4th in Mexico.
00:42It was a year that I certainly learned a lot, not only about myself as a person, as an athlete,
00:47but also about Formula 1.
00:51You know, I've really increased my knowledge base in an infinite scale,
00:56because I've been put in experiences that you just can't learn for prior to experiencing them.
01:05And that continues into his second full season with Haas in 2026, with the learning curve unraveling in front of
01:12him.
01:14I'm most excited to return to all of these circuits, having experienced a race weekend there,
01:20understood how the track evolves through the weekend, how the tyres perform throughout the weekend,
01:26you know, what changes which may have tripped me up last year am I more ready for now.
01:33And so far it's working, with Behrman beating his veteran F1 teammate Esteban Ocon in all metrics,
01:39qualifying 2-0, sprint qualifying 1-0, racers 2-0, and sprint racers 1-0.
01:46It's also 17 points to zero.
01:52Meaning that it's advantage Behrman in the early part of F1's new era,
01:57one that is testing the grid in so many different ways.
02:00to clear the grid in from the bottom of F1's.
