00:00Crimson Desert just launched a brand new patch with hopes of resolving some players' complaints
00:03around controls and storage issues, alongside boss fight difficulties. The dev also states
00:08this is the first of many changes to come.
00:10We have been listening closely to your feedback and doing our best to make improvements to
00:14the game. Specifically, the devs acknowledge that we are aware of the discomfort many players
00:18have experienced with the controls, and we are currently preparing a patch to address
00:21this. We also want to apologise for not providing keyboard and mouse players with a satisfactory
00:26gameplay experience.
00:27This first patch has improved the response speed of interaction UI, jump inputs, and
00:32added additional shortcuts to keyboard and mouse, with more to follow. Elsewhere, the devs have
00:36added more abyss nexuses across the continent of Pywell to improve fast travel via teleportation,
00:41and added the private storage that can be used to store items from your inventory. The storage
00:46can be found both at the initial temporary lodgings in an end, and at the Howling Hill camp.
00:50Other highlights include collectibles and orvains now being discovered automatically when you
00:53are within a certain proximity, and certain unnamed enemies and bosses getting both their attack
00:58and health nerfed.
00:59Petal Abyss is far from done though, noting that we are currently reviewing various gameplay
01:02elements based on your feedback and will roll out further improvements and fixes in subsequent
01:06updates. We remain committed to improving Crimson Desert and your experience in Pywell.
