00:12Reportedly, the CEO of memory specialist Faison is pretty dour about the future of consumer tech
00:18firms during the AI boom. The tech boss is apparently predicting consumer electronics
00:23will see a large number of failures in 2026. Many system vendors will go bankrupt or exit product
00:31lines due to a lack of memory. Mobile phone production will be reduced to 200 to 250 million
00:37units and PC and TV production will be significantly reduced. So look forward to that, I suppose.
00:44It looks like we're all going to be bunkered up for a while before we can buy RAM again.
