00:15to save a bit of money and when I was kind of compiling all this stuff I noticed that there
00:20are some really cheap pieces of tech typically I do like EDC's that are like premium luxe I'm
00:25hooking you guys up with like a budget EDC stuff that you can save money on especially with this guy
00:31right here so this is like the main centerpiece of this this is the new MacBook Neo this is $599

00:39even like $499 with a student discount it is like near impossible to find something of this value
00:44if you're just using this for like basic like web browsing productivity you're watching like
00:48YouTube videos I'll just be checking my emails while I'm on my trip I won't be doing too much
00:52editing like knock on wood which this still can do like basic stuff this is like insane value you
00:58know that this comes in four different colorways citrus is the funkiest one the reasons why they've
01:03kept it like so cheap or they've managed to do that a couple different things this is the first like
01:07non-unibody MacBook you've got two pieces of aluminum the second one which I've noticed the most is the
01:13trackpad it's no longer their magic trackpad it's multi-touch it's not as like premium it doesn't have
01:18the haptics and feels you know maybe not as premium as most other Apple stuff the second one on the
01:23keyboard it's no longer backlit you've got the uh like color match keys it's like in an off white
01:28slash yellow another big thing for me was the charging speeds and the ports you've only got usb
01:323 and usb 2 so really slow charging speeds especially with the 20 watt brick that they give you
01:38but if you are willing to look all past that you've still got full mac os it is running off
01:43of the a18 pro
01:44chip this is unreal money for what you're getting the build of it obviously aluminum still the
01:49display liquid retina get the base model on a student discount and just stick like an ssd on it
01:54which is what i have here this is like just one that i've got from samsung they compete but um
01:59i just picked this off of amazon it's cheap it's 500 gigs it more than doubles the storage on this
02:04and this was i think like 50 or 60 bucks uh they've really come down in price especially for like
02:09these older and slower ones that is solid kit right there that is like 500 ish like dollars
02:15combined for your computer which is nuts the next thing that you'll want like on budget is obviously
02:21your main like phone device so i've got two so if you want to stick within the apple ecosystem the
02:27brand new iphone 17e you can also get it in this funky colorway of pink i feel like we've seen
02:32a lot
02:33of like pink tech or we're about to see some this year some great value for this for me the
02:37big changes
02:38are it has mag safe so uh great if you already have like accessories you can snap onto the back

03:21what makes this so cool they just really remind me of like retro tech or like 90s tech you've got

03:31they call their glyph system so on the back as an example if i rock a ringtone
03:41you can see it kind of like going off and you can set that for different like notifications

05:08theme of nothing so these are the new nothing headphones a like a denotes their like budget or
05:14their like cheaper lineup they used to have like the nothing headphones one but these are 200
05:20and when you look at what you typically get off like amazon like a pair of like anchor headphones
05:24or you know some of the cheaper ones that are 100 150 pay the extra 50 more for a pair

05:31like really cool the sound quality is like nice for this price point nice deep bass obviously like
05:36active noise cancelling and if you pair this with one of your pink phones whichever pink device you want
