00:50But we still struggled with her just, I called it tornadoing the apartment.

01:08I would reset the apartment exactly nicely how we like it.
01:20A full day would go by, and I'd be like, oh my god, she didn't trash the place.
01:26It was all these little exciting steps.

01:34It took a long time, but we got to this place where she felt safe in her space.

01:48I would always approach her and let her smell my hand before I would actually touch her.
