00:02Let's start our food adventure at Palaya Shrimp Farm.
00:05And now, we're going to make our gain ingredients.
00:20One of the most delicious recipes you can do is ceviche.
00:27So for our ceviche, we have bell pepper, green, and red.
00:32We have two different types of acid.
00:35We have lime juice, and of course, yung ating pilingar.
00:41Salt, some sugar, pepper, sibuyas, and of course, yung ating chilies.
01:08Pero kung Mexican ang tema ng inyong summer food trip, subukan nyo rin gumawa ng shrimp pajitas.
01:14Season lang natin yung ating shrimp ng salt, pepper, oregano, and cumin.
01:26Balansihan lang natin ng konting asim by adding an hour lime juice.
01:35And let's give it a mix.
01:45Painit muna natin yung ating flour tortilla.
01:49Ayan, pwede na natin siyang i-flip.
02:01So drop lang natin yung ating onions.
