00:25But since you want passive income or extra income, nagtayo ka ng business.
00:30Ano ba itong negosyo mo?
00:32Actually po, I started with a pandemic, during pandemic that was 2020 with a skincare brand.
00:39And then, nag-expand po siya sa health and wellness products, healthier choice for Filipino snacking.
00:47It's made with fresh tofu, malunggay flakes, sesame seed, and other healthier ingredients.
00:55And it has malunggay, which is tayo po talaga sa Pilipinas, very abundant.
00:59And maganda po talaga yung quality ng malunggay natin sa Pilipinas.
01:02Bakit nagustuhan mo pumasok sa pagnenegosyo?
01:05Actually, feeling ko po, it's really my passion to create brands and products.
01:09Hindi lang yan yung mga products na na-create ko.
01:12So, I create products and brands for other people as well.
01:15Sa mga natutunan mo sa pagkakreate ng produkto, hindi lang para sa sarili mo, para sa ibang tao din.
01:21What advice can you give to those people who also wants to have their own business?
01:25Start with what you have.
01:27Tingnan mo muna kung ano yung meron ka o ano yung kakulangan sa paligid mo.
01:32You can start.
01:32Yung iba po kasi nangangarap agad ng mataas, ng malayo, or na hindi nila ma-figure out where and what
01:39to start.
01:40My advice is to start kung ano yung nakikita mong pangailangan o kakulangan ng mga tao sa paligid mo, sa
01:47community mo.
01:48And then from there, you can build.
01:50How do you balance your time?
01:51Because right now, you're an employee.
01:53Meron ka pa po bang oras sa negosyo mo?
01:55Along the way, wala namang po perfect.
01:57Pero throughout my journey, natutunan ko po how to delegate.
02:02Meron po akong mga tao na kailangang at pinagkakatiwalaan para makatulong po sa akin.
02:08And tingin ko po, hindi talaga siya 50-50 na balance.
02:13May mga pagkakataon na mas mapaprioritize mo itong isang bagay.
02:17May pagkakataon naman na yung family mo, yung work mo, yung business mo.
02:21But delegate and batching po siguro yung nag-work sa akin.
02:25What are your challenges or struggles along the way?
02:28Since yung ano po talaga, may anak din ako, I have a toddler and I have a teen.
02:32Tapos I have a full-time work which is 9 to 10 hours and building business.
02:36So yung po talaga yung pinaka-challenge ko.
02:40And I learned to manage it, not time management eh, energy management ang natutunan ko.
02:46Bakit importante magnegosyo ang bawat mamamayang Pilipino?
02:50It's not just because of the money, but for freedom.
02:54Freedom to uplift your family and freedom to create opportunities for other Filipino people.
