33:56So, Carbone Beach is the fifth year we're doing it,
33:58aligns with Formula One in Miami.
34:00It's basically the biggest, best supper club,
34:03kind of a throwback to when there was a performance
34:05while you were having dinner, the whole days, you know,
34:07maybe Frank was working the room, you know.

34:09You open a nice bottle of wine,
34:11and we, you know, we feed about 600 people a night
34:13for the weekend, so we make thousands of meatballs,
34:15and we're gonna show you how to make some.
