01:08Welcome, welcome, welcome to The Tonight Show.
01:11That's right.
01:12We're here.
01:13You made it.
01:15Well, guys, it was another absolutely freezing day
01:18here in New York City.
01:19Oh, my gosh.
01:20It was so cold, I went to LaGuardia
01:22just to be groped by the TSA.
01:24I'm like, go for it, go for it.
01:26You can't even feel anything down there.
01:27Go for it.
01:29If you find it, good luck.
01:31I don't know what to say.
01:32It was so cold, I didn't Uber to work.
01:34I luged.
01:36Right.
01:38Seriously, I haven't been this frozen
01:40since I watched heated rivalry with my grandmother.
01:42I mean, that's how...
01:45It is brutal out there.
01:48It is so cold, Al Roker went on hot ones
01:50and shoved the wings down his pants.
01:52I didn't know what just happened.
01:55Let's get to some news here.
01:56Today, President Trump delivered a speech
01:58at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland,
02:00and at one point, he called Greenland a piece of ice.
02:05In response, the people of Greenland
02:07called Trump a piece of something else.
02:08Oh, right.
02:11And people are talking about this.
02:18People are talking about this.
02:19During his speech, Trump insisted that the U.S.
02:21acquiring Greenland said that he won't use force to get it.
02:25When asked how he'll get Greenland's Trump stuff
02:27to McNuggets in his cheeks and said,
02:29I'm going to make them an offer they can't refuse.
02:34I'm going to make them an offer they can't refuse.
02:40It's an impression of some guy doing an impression.
02:43It's like a turd ducking.
02:45Yeah.
02:47Meanwhile, I read that, uh, Trump ducking.
02:50Uh, I read that European leaders at the forum
02:53planned to stage an intervention with Trump
02:55about his desire to own Greenland.
02:57Yeah, it's the only intervention where the group
02:59tells one person,
03:00you're giving us a drinking problem.
03:01Okay?
03:03You're giving us.
03:04Did you guys see this?
03:05On the way to Switzerland,
03:06Trump had to turn back shortly after takeoff
03:08due to a minor issue on Air Force One.
03:11Oh, minor issue?
03:13You mean Epstein?
03:14Oh.
03:16What?
03:17Oh, no.
03:18No, no, no, minor.
03:19What's that?
03:20No, a minor electrical issue.
03:22Oh, electrical issue.
03:22Yeah, yeah.
03:23A minor electrical.
03:25Okay, my bad.
03:26Yeah.
03:27No problem.
03:29A minor electrical issue on Air Force One
03:31happened after Trump tried to plug in a tanning bed
03:33and his hairdryer in at the same time.
03:39More news from Switzerland.
03:40Yesterday, while giving a speech,
03:42French President Emmanuel Macron
03:43wore a pair of aviators.
03:45Take a look at this.
03:46Yeah.
03:48Yeah.
03:49Yeah, he said the reason for wearing the glasses
03:50was to cover up an unsightly eye condition,
03:52but I don't know.
03:53It kind of sounds like it let it go to his head.
03:55I mean, check out this clip.
03:57Business leaders, your majesties,
04:00distinguished heads of state and governments,
04:02chickens, cheeky babies, cool cats, daddios,
04:06dweeboids, chums, hot momos, posers,
04:09nerds, nerdettes, dream boats, squares,
04:11grease poles, and foreign dignitaries.
04:15Let's not all flip our lid, you dig?
04:17Yeah.
04:18He changed it a little bit.
04:19Cut to his head.
04:24Hey, I read that J.D. Vance and his wife, Usha,
04:27announced that they were pregnant with their fourth child.
04:29Yeah, that'll be nice to hear the pitter-patter
04:31of little feet around the White House
04:32that aren't Marco Rubio's.
04:37Yeah, J.D. Vance and his wife are having another baby.
04:40Well, that can be a lot of work,
04:41so I've got a little advice for the vice president.
04:44Having a newborn can be tough.
04:46When they're born, they come out screaming,
04:48you know, like...
04:49No! Get those lights off!
04:53They can be up all night,
04:54and then they're sleeping all day.
04:56You know, like...
04:57This is taxpayer money.
04:58When the president said,
04:59we're going to do foreign aid,
05:00but we're going to do foreign aid for countries...
05:02Of course, they can't talk,
05:04so they struggle to communicate.
05:06You know, like...
05:08Ha!
05:12They only speak in baby talk.
05:14You know, like...
05:16Bing, bing, bing, bing, bing, shoo!
05:21The main focus is milk.
05:23You know, like...
05:24Whole milk.
05:26And it's whole with a W.
05:30Oh!
05:32Oh, no!
05:33You always know when they're, well,
05:36going to the bathroom.
05:38Ah!
05:39Ah!
05:40Ah!
05:41Ah!
05:42Blah!
05:44But after all that work,
05:46it's worth it when they look at you
05:47and show you love.
05:49Kind of like...
05:53In the end,
05:54just know that one day
05:55he'll say his first words.
05:56You know, like...
05:57Daddy, you're my daddy.
05:59I hope that helps.
06:08Well, switching gears,
06:10I saw that Lego just unveiled
06:11the 2,000-piece Golden Retriever set.
06:14Yeah, it's perfect for anyone
06:15who's always tripping over their dog
06:17and thinking,
06:17oh, if only this were made out of Legos.
06:22Well, this is going viral.
06:23The cast of Hamnet
06:24had a massive dance break
06:26to Rihanna's song,
06:27We Found Love,
06:28when they wrapped production.
06:29After such an intense, long production,
06:31I'm sure that the cast
06:32loved relieving some stress.
06:33Take a look.
06:34It's really fun.
06:39We found love in a hopeless place.
06:43We found love in a hopeless place.
06:51Isn't that great?
06:52Aw.
06:53That brings a smile to my face.

07:32Thank you, Quest.
07:32Don't worry, everyone.
07:33We'll cut out all this, okay?
07:35We'll cut all this out.
07:36In other news,
07:37the skunk is...
07:38God, this is ridiculous.
07:40Come on.
07:41Take your time, man.
07:41You can do this.
07:42Okay, okay.
07:43Let's try it one more time.
07:44Otherwise, I'm just skipping
07:45the whole thing.
07:46In other news,
07:47the sun is currently releasing
07:48the largest solar radiation storm
07:50in over 20 years.

10:15Person one said, eggs.
10:16Person two said, rent.
10:18Person three said, did you give them the answers?

12:27Hi.
12:28I love you.
12:29Welcome back to the show.
12:30It's always great to see you.
12:31It's so great to see you.
12:32And I want to say happy birthday, Amir.
12:34Yeah, Questlove's birthday.
12:36Happy birthday.
12:38We're so lucky to have you.
12:40Yes, we are.
12:41Aw, that's very nice.
12:42We're lucky to have you in our world.
12:44You're busy, busy, busy.
12:46It's busy.
12:47Producing and starring in this new film.
12:49I saw over the summer, by the way,
12:50it went viral because you were on stage with Role Model.
12:53Yes.
12:54You were Sally.
12:55I was Sally.
12:56Yes.
12:56Role Model's Madison Square Garden concert
12:59because we were making a movie together.
13:02He's an actor as well.
13:03Tucker Pillsbury is his actor name.
13:06Tucker Pillsbury?
13:07Yes.
13:09That's fantastic.
13:11That's Role Model's name.
13:12Yes.
13:12That's so good.
13:13So he was doing the show at MSG.
13:14But you came out and surprised everybody.
13:16Were you nervous?
13:16I was so scared.
13:19Like, that's crazy that people do that.
13:21It is, right?
13:22I mean, you all do that.
13:23Yeah, the roots do it.
13:23To get up in front of that many people is insane.
13:26But you had to dance.
13:27But it went viral.
13:28Everyone loved it.
13:29I wore it.
13:30My son, my 14-year-old, started a clothing line called Devante.
13:34Of course he did.
13:35And thank you.
13:36I'm very proud of him.
13:37Come on.
13:37That's gold right there.
13:39And so he really just did it all on his own.
13:42And so I wore one of his shirts on stage.
13:45So I just kind of felt like a banner for him.
13:48It was very exciting.
13:49We actually have a clip.
13:50Take a look.
13:53And he had a solid head.
13:56That feeling's coming around.
14:00Please don't go falling in love.
14:03Come on.
14:04That's fun.
14:05Hey.
14:06That's how you do it.
14:09The Oscar nominations come out tomorrow.
14:12And I know you've won an Oscar.
14:14Yeah.
14:15Very lucky.
14:18Yeah, here you are holding the Oscar.
14:19What do you remember about Oscar night?
14:22Um, well, I was pregnant, as you see, with my son, who's now 14.
14:26Wow.
14:27And, um, everyone thought...
14:28You've been showing him off since, uh...
14:30Yeah, basically since he was in utero.
14:32But everyone thought I was going to, like, give birth on stage.
14:35And I was, like, four months pregnant.
14:37I was like, I'm just real short.
14:38Dude, I'm not even halfway done.
14:39I'm like, short girls show real fast.
14:42Uh, why, yeah.
14:43Is it tough on heels when you're...
14:46It's scary.
14:47You think you're going to, like, fall on your face.
14:49Right?
14:49Yeah.
14:50Yeah, but you did the...
14:51I did it.
14:51You crushed it, yeah.
14:52Thanks.
14:53That's nice.
14:56You've been acting professionally since you were 12, I want to say.
14:59Yeah.
15:00I did the professional...
15:01I actually turned 12 while I was shooting that movie.
15:04Really?
15:04Here in New York City, yeah.
15:06But I was shocked to find out your superlative in your yearbook
15:09had nothing to do with acting.
15:11Can you tell everyone what your superlative was?
15:13It's really embarrassing, though.
15:14I like...
15:15Thanks for your laugh.
15:17Well, I was already an actress in high school.
15:19Yes.
15:20And, like, there were superlatives, like, most likely to win an Oscar,
15:24most likely...
15:25Not for you.
15:25I did not get those.
15:26No.
15:26I got most likely to be on Jeopardy.
15:28There you go!
15:29That's what I'm...
15:31I was, like, such a dork.
15:34I was, like, known for...
15:35I always had, like, Whiteout on my hands,
15:37and I had, like, a really big backpack.
15:39No!
15:42Have you ever been asked to be on Jeopardy?
15:44I was.
15:45I was asked to be on, like, you know, like, Celebrity Jeopardy,
15:48and I was very...
15:50Have you ever done it?
15:51Are you kidding me?
15:52No.
15:53Wheel of Fortune, maybe.
15:54That's more my speed.
15:56I've worked my way up.
15:57No, I think you start with Madison Square Garden,
15:59then you do Jeopardy.
16:00Okay.
16:00Yeah, yeah, yeah.
16:01That's the obvious trajectory.
16:02That's the obvious trajectory.
16:03Yeah, yeah.
16:04In addition to acting, you've become a powerhouse producer.
16:08Congratulations.
16:08You're about to...
16:09Arco is the animated film we're going to talk about,
16:12but also you're about to go to Sundance Film Festival.
16:15Yes.
16:15Tell me about this one.
16:16So, Arco is the animated film
16:18that's going to be out in theaters this week,
16:20which is so beautiful.
16:22It's crazy.
16:22I'm so proud of it.
16:24Yeah, what a great look.
16:25It's first-time director, all hand-drawn.
16:27Beautiful look to it.
16:28Super inspiring and adventurous for kids.
16:31What's the Sundance film?
16:32And the Sundance film is called The Gallerist.
16:34It's a movie by Kathy Yan,
16:36and I play a gallerist in it.
16:38It's kind of an art world satire.
16:40Yeah.
16:40And it's an amazing cast,
16:43and I'm really, really excited about it.
16:45Well, there's a great cast in Arco, by the way.
16:47The voices in Arco.
16:48Yes.
16:49It's everybody.
16:49So, we got Will Ferrell.
16:50Come on.
16:51Which is like...
16:53Come on.
16:53He's the best.
16:55America Ferreira.
16:55I love her, too.
16:56The greatest.
16:59Andy Samberg.
17:00That's all I need.
17:02That's all I need.
17:03Ruffalo.
17:03Oh, of course.
17:05Throwing a little Ruffalo in there.
17:07And Flea.
17:08Yes!
17:09By the way, have you heard Flea's new jazz album?
17:12No.
17:13Have you heard that?
17:14Flea's new jazz album?
17:15Ooh.
17:16I'll check it out.
17:17Secret sauce.
17:18I'll check that out.
17:19Yeah, it's going to be really good.
17:21It's been nominated for all sorts of awards.
17:23I'm just going to read through a couple.
17:24It was nominated for Best Animated Feature
17:26at the Critics' Choice Awards.
17:27Come on.
17:28It was nominated for Best Animated Motion Picture
17:30at the Golden Globe Awards.
17:31It won Best Animated Feature
17:33at the National Board of Review Awards.
17:35Come on now.
17:36Natalie Portman.
17:40And you and Mark are getting rave reviews as well.
17:43How do we sum up what the film's kind of about?
17:46I love the theme of it and the idea.
17:48So, there's a boy, Arco,
17:50who steals his sister's time travel cape.
17:53He lives in the future.
17:54And he time travels to his past,
17:57which is also our future,
17:58and meets a girl there named Iris.
18:00And together, they kind of learn
18:02how to imagine a different way of the world being.
18:06It's so good.
18:07It's so...
18:08It's very beautiful.
18:09I'm very proud of it.
18:10And I feel like I can say it
18:12because I'm, you know, the mere producer.
18:15The director is incredible.
18:17It's his first movie.
18:18Yeah, who is the director?
18:18His name's Hugo Bienvenue,
18:20and he's a young French filmmaker.
18:22And what drew you to this film?
18:24The first time he showed me the animatic,
18:27which was so beautiful.
18:29The style, I don't know what...
18:30The style is so stunning.
18:31I don't know how to compare it.
18:32I don't know how to compare it.
18:33And he said to me,
18:34it's about a memory of the future.
18:37And I was like, that's...
18:38That's so cool.
18:39Such an amazing way to describe...
18:40I'm getting a tattoo.
18:41I'm getting a tattoo.
18:42Hello.
18:43Yes.
18:43Yes.
18:44But where?
18:45It could be...
18:46Of course, my abs.
18:48Where all the good ones go, man.
18:49Best place.
18:51Everyone's looking at the beach, man.
18:53I want to show a clip.
18:55Here's a scene from Natalie Portman's Arco.
18:57Take a look.
18:58Calm down.
19:00It won't hurt you.
19:01It's Mickey.
19:02It took care of you.
19:04What's your name?
19:07Arco.
19:08Arco what?
19:10Arco Durrell.
19:13You don't exist.
19:15You don't.
19:16But Mickey, he's right here.
19:17Do not exist.
19:19Do not exist.
19:20Exist.
19:21You don't.
19:21Mickey, what's the matter with you?
19:23Do not exist.
19:26Mickey, are you there?
19:27Make sense.
19:29Whoa.
19:30He made a crash.
19:32Is it dead?
19:33Of course not.
19:34Robots don't die.
19:36Oh, come on now.
19:38Natalie Portman, everybody!
19:42Arco opens in New York and L.A. this Friday
19:45and in theaters everywhere January 30th.
19:47Natalie and I are doing something fun after the break.
19:49Stick around, everybody!
19:51Come on to the beat wall.
19:53Party having people guaranteed the beat like having a ball.
19:56Another thing that fans are loving, by the way,
19:58is Jonathan's run.
20:00The way he runs.
20:01Oh, God.
20:02Do you hear about this?
20:04How could I not hear about this?
20:06I don't know, but did you pick a certain run?
20:08I love, you know.
20:18Welcome back, everybody.
20:20We're hanging out with Natalie Portman.
20:21Come on!
20:25We are about to play the Whisper Challenge.
20:32Whisper Challenge.
20:35Here's how the game works.
20:37One person puts on these headphones with loud music playing.
20:39You can play this at home if you want to.
20:41And then the other person picks up a card,
20:43reads the random word or phrase on that card,
20:46and the person wearing headphones has to try and guess
20:48what they just said.
20:49Natalie, you will put the headphones on first.
20:51I will read what's on the card,
20:52and you'll guess what I am saying.
20:53Let me turn the music on.
20:55Ready for this?
21:00It's working?
21:02All right, good.
21:03Here we go.

23:34I can't even.
23:34I haven't said the word marsupial in 20 years.
23:37All right.
23:37Wow.
23:38Marsupial.
23:38Holy moly.
23:40Yeah.
23:40All right.
23:40They don't necessarily get easier, right?
23:42Okay.

23:43Here we go, bud.
23:44Good?
23:45Yeah.
23:46Hmm.

25:13Last one.
25:13This is for all the marbles.
25:14We got this, bud.
25:15Okay.
25:17Yeah?
25:18Okay.
25:20Peter Piper.
25:21Bring it back, Mom.
25:23Bring it back one more time, Mom.
25:28Peter Piper picked a pack of pickled peppers.
25:31What are you talking about?
25:32What is...
25:33Are you having a...
25:34Are you having a stroke?
25:36Is this one word?
25:38Peter.
25:39Pencil.
25:40Piper.
25:41Pack me.
25:43Picked.
25:44Pete.
25:45A peck.
25:46A baddie.
25:47Pete a baddie.
25:49A pickled peppers.
25:50Pickled peppers.
25:51Peter Piper picked a pack of pickled peppers.
25:54Yes!
25:57I'm exhausted!
25:59I'm exhausted.
26:01Natalie Portman, everybody!
26:02Her new film, Arco, opens in New York and L.A.
26:05this Friday.
26:06The theaters everywhere.
26:07January 30th.
26:09More tonight's show after the break.
26:10Stick around.
26:10You clap your hands.
26:12Your hands are clapped.
26:13And if I ask you, you feel a better answer back.
26:16Burgundy.
26:17Cadillac.
26:18Cold rhyming.
26:19And designer with that thing of my...
26:22See, got a whole plan about a first string.
26:27You know our next guest as Jonathan Byers in Stranger Things, which is streaming now on Netflix.
26:38He's also starring in season four of the show Industry, which airs new episodes Sundays at 9pm on HBO and
26:44HBO Max.
26:45Please welcome Charlie Heaton.
27:07Charlie!
27:10Charlie Heaton, welcome to the show.
27:13Finally.
27:14Finally.
27:14We're meeting and talking.
27:15Five seasons.
27:16You were so great in the show.
27:18And I want to get into all things Stranger Things.
27:21You know, there's a trend on the Internet now.
27:242026 is 2016.
27:26Like, right?
27:27It's the new 2016.
27:28And people are showing photos of what they were doing in 2016.
27:33And I was wondering, did you do that trend?
27:36I, unbeknownst to myself, might have done that trend.
27:40Yeah, maybe.
27:41You're not really on the social.
27:42So, I'm not.
27:43No, I'm not.
27:43I don't do social media, so I don't.
27:45Yeah, that's not really.
27:46I don't really know the trends.
27:47But what is the trend?
27:49Should we share?
27:50You just show basically what you did in 2016.
27:52And what's the point?
27:58That you existed in 2016.
28:00Okay, I did. I did.
28:01You did exist, yeah.
28:02But you brought us.
28:03You're doing the trend right.
28:04We're about to do it right now.
28:05You brought us a photo that you took in your dressing room in 2016.
28:09And then a photo that you took recently.
28:12Yeah, kind of.
28:13Yeah, so that is my first ever day on set.
28:20Um, 2016.
28:21I think it would have been, like, October.
28:23And then this was my last ever day on set.
28:28Which was death.
28:30Yeah.
28:31What do you remember about this guy?
28:33Man, I remember being terrified of this haircut.
28:37I literally, you know, you do.
28:39You go in.
28:40They were excited.
28:41That's my hair, by the way.
28:42So they, you know, they bowl cut me.
28:44You have a full bowl cut.
28:45And I think it was like, I was almost like sending it to my dad.
28:48He's an 80s.
28:48You know, he was in the 80s.
28:49I was like, Dad, check this out.
28:50You're gonna love this.
28:51Yeah, it's so 80s.
28:53And what do you remember about this guy?
28:56Man, he was really sad.
28:58Was he?
28:59He was really sad, yeah.
29:01Was that your last day of filming?
29:02Yeah, that was the last day.
29:04So, I guess, at this point, I think spoilers are...
29:08Spoilers are fine, I guess.
29:11This was the rooftop scene that we shot with Maya and Joe.
29:15It was so sweet and so good.
29:17I got to say, your scene with Natalia, with Nancy,
29:20the breakup scene was fantastic.
29:23That was good.
29:24That was some great acting right there, bud.
29:26Yeah, thanks, man.
29:27That was a gift of a scene.
29:29You know, we are reading of that.
29:32We get to read about six months before.
29:34You know, we do the final table read of those episodes.
29:36And me and Natalia were sat across from each other.
29:39And, you know, we're reading this scene,
29:41and we read the first line that, I hate the clash.
29:43And everyone went still.
29:45We both looked up.
29:46And we were like, wow.
29:47And we go through the scene, and we get to the un-proposal.
29:49And it was just, yeah, the writing.
29:51It was really beautiful.
29:53The un-proposal, that's right.
29:54The un-proposal, yeah, yeah.
29:55Yeah, I saw online.
29:56A lot of people were confused.
29:57They didn't understand what this...
29:58There was an online discourse.
30:01And it kind of confused me, because I was like,
30:03well, why didn't people understand it's a breakup?
30:06And then I kind of remembered that, like, a lot of the audience
30:09are pretty young.
30:10Yes, they're very young.
30:11Yeah, yeah.
30:11But it is one of the best breakup scenes.
30:14And, yeah.
30:15Speaking of season five, by the way, Jonathan and Steve
30:18are really competing for Nancy's attention.
30:22And a lot of people freaked out that you were the one
30:24that saved Steve's life.
30:26Yeah.
30:27Yeah, come on.
30:28Come on.
30:29You saved the...
30:30Finally.
30:31We actually have a video of a group of fans' reaction
30:34in theaters when this happened.
30:35Take a look at this.
30:36Okay.
30:38No!
30:39No!
30:41Steve!
30:44What the ?
30:49Yeah!
30:54That's right!
30:55Wow!
30:56That's how you do it!
30:57Wow!
30:57Come on!
30:58Oh, yeah!
31:00What do you think of that when you read that in the script?
31:02Oh!
31:02Um, it was just a sweet moment.
31:05I mean, me and Joe were so close.
31:06I mean, me and Joe were so close.
31:06You know, we've been so close for so many years.
31:08So, to have that together, it was like,
31:10finally, Jonathan gets, like, a moment.
31:13Oh, for all the Team Steve...
31:14I like...
31:14I love Team Steve, by the way.
31:15I am a bit more Team Steve.
31:16But for all those people, it was like,
31:18finally, they can give Jonathan, like, credit for, like,
31:21one good thing.
31:22No!
31:23He's so good.
31:25He can take great pictures.
31:26He's really a talented photographer.
31:28Yes, great.
31:28I got to say, in the final battle against the Mind Flayer,
31:31you get to use a flamethrower.
31:33I do, yeah.
31:34And this is...
31:35Come on, this guy.
31:38What the...
31:39What was that like?
31:40Who came up with that idea?
31:42I like how cool it looks.
31:43Like, in that shot, it looks so...
31:45It looks really cool.
31:46Yes!
31:47So, um, essentially,
31:49I think there's always been this competition
31:51throughout every season.
31:52Obviously, Nancy gets amazing, right?
31:54She gets all the guns and all the weapons.
31:56She's badass, yeah.
31:56She's badass. She's amazing.
31:57But every season, where all the boys
31:59are trying to compete for a weapon.
32:01So, this season came around,
32:03and the question came up of, like,
32:05what's gonna happen this season?
32:06And, uh, Russ was like,
32:08dude, man, you're gonna get a flamethrower.
32:10It's gonna be sweet, dude.
32:12That's how they talk.
32:13You know.
32:14You're doing the...
32:15Yeah, he was like, no, it's really sweet.
32:16So, all season, I'm excited about getting
32:18to the flamethrower moment,
32:20because it's gonna be really sweet.
32:22But in reality, there's...
32:24I mean, think about it.
32:25There's nothing to do.
32:26It's not...
32:27There's no flames.
32:28There's nothing coming out of this thing.
32:30So, you've got to try and make it look cool,
32:31but it's...
32:32Like, how would you make a fl...
32:33Like, how do you do it, Jimmy?
32:37You better...
32:37You better...
32:38Watch out, man!
32:39Yes, yes.
32:40Yeah, yeah.
32:41Yeah!
32:43Yeah.
32:44Oh, no.
32:47Pretty good.
32:49It's totally awkward.
32:50Yeah, yeah, it's awkward.
32:50So, nothing's coming out of it?
32:51Nothing's coming out of it.
32:52It's got a little light on the end,
32:54and you just...
32:54You just have to scream.
32:56Yeah, just a little flashlight,
32:57and you're just like...
32:59It was great.
33:00Another thing that fans are loving, by the way,
33:02is Jonathan's run.
33:04The way he runs.
33:05Oh, God.
33:07Do you hear about this?
33:08Now, did you pick this?
33:09How could I not hear about this?
33:10I don't know, but did you pick a certain run?
33:12I love, you know...
33:14Yes.
33:15Okay. Yeah, yeah.
33:16This is an acting run.
33:17Total character choice.
33:18Yeah, that's not how you run in real life.
33:20Not at all. I don't run like that.
33:21Never.
33:21No, no, no, no, no.
33:22Just making sure.
33:23Let's look at how your character runs.
33:28Hey, Hopper.
33:30Hopper.
33:31Dancing!
33:39I...
33:41I...
33:43I'll show you.
33:44I'll show you.
33:45Hey, how do I do it?
33:45Where's the camera?
33:46Camera three, yes.
33:47So this is how I run.
33:48I'm gonna show you.
33:49I don't run like that.
33:49No, this is how you run.
33:51Yep.
33:58Do this way, Jimmy!
34:00This way!
34:08It's very great character choice by you.
34:11Yeah, no problem.
34:13Let's talk about your other project, by the way.
34:15Let's talk about industry.
34:16Congratulations.
34:17You're part of another show.
34:20Industry.
34:22Totally different vibe.
34:23Very different vibe.
34:24Yeah.
34:24Is it tough to go from Stranger Things to do a totally different...
34:28You've been with that family for years.
34:30Yeah.
34:31I would be lying if I said it wasn't...
34:33Yeah, it wasn't scary.
34:35Yeah.
34:36Because, you know, you've been on an established cast.
34:38It's a very, like you say, very different vibe.
34:40And then, yeah, joining industry, it's already established,
34:42and you've got to find out how you fit in.
34:45And for those who don't know, it's about, like, the financial world in Britain,
34:49and it's about, like, the worst people trying to, like, one-up each other for power and wealth.
34:54It's, like, the worst of humanity.
34:55So I've been on a show that's about, like, people coming together,
34:59the best of humanity, how we can support each other.
35:01Yes.
35:02And then being like, well, what happens when people just want to tear each other apart?
35:05Yes.
35:06That's what this is about.
35:07Yeah.
35:07Did you know about financing at all before you took this role?
35:10No.
35:11No.
35:11No.
35:12And the good thing is, you can watch it, and you don't need to know about finance.
35:16You don't.
35:17You'll watch it, and you won't understand it, but at the end, you kind of get it.
35:22Okay, good, good.
35:23I want to show a clip.
35:24Here's Charlie Heaton in industry.
35:26Take a look.
35:27Why are you so desperate to get this out of here, half-cooked?
35:29Ah, because Paddy Radden Key for someone will get the scent,
35:32and a serious outlet with budget will beat us to it.
35:35Look, mate, all I'm saying is, the faster we publish, the safer my man will feel going on record.
35:40And you know, I have someone who may, they may play ball in corroborating this.
35:44You know he's too intimidated to do it electronically.
35:47Well, these guys, they're f***ing litigious.
35:49So it either goes out with the changes, or it doesn't go out at all.
35:53Sorry.
35:53Ah.
