00:44It's a senior dog without back legs that I had adopted and cared for until she passed in 2024.
00:50I truly felt like Lucy had put me right there in that parking lot.
00:53It was over a month that she was neglected and people passed her by and nobody helped.
01:00If we would have caught this early on, she wouldn't be in this condition.
01:05She would have had her surgery.

01:08We're here now and she's very, very loved.
