00:00And so what's going to happen is that these home plate umpires are going to get embarrassed over and over
00:05and over and over again because they're constantly going to be wrong.
00:08You can't help the human error of standing behind a catcher trying to see where the ball crosses the plate,
00:14not where the catcher frames it, but where it crosses the plate and getting that consistently right.
00:18I remember saying this when we first brought this up like three months ago, the ref, the umpires would prefer
00:24full ABS because then there's no debate.
00:28Then they don't have to worry about being embarrassed on a daily and nightly basis.
00:33As we saw this opening weekend, it was bad for some of these umpires.
00:36But some of the calls that were overturned was also barely.
00:40I mean, it was, of course, the baseball by a middle of millimeter, of course.
00:44But when you have like seven in a row that go against you as an umpire, you're like, dude, what
00:49are we even doing here?
00:49I would say that going into this, I had Chris's opinion, which is don't give me a challenge system.
00:54Just give me the whole thing and three days into the baseball season, I feel the exact same way.
