00:01For over 22 years, A Place in the Sun has been helping couples find their dream homes abroad.
00:07Getting a bit of a tingly feeling. Are you?
00:10Loving it, loving it.
00:12Creating hundreds of happy households across the world.
00:15Oh, it's gorgeous. Beautiful.
00:17Shall we do it? Yeah.
00:18Look, we're all welling up here.
00:20In this series, we'll be revisiting some of them to find out what happened next.
00:25Can I get a high five? Yeah.
00:27Oh, yeah.
00:29Today, Jean Johansson goes walkies near Tamar in central Portugal.
00:33With Alison and Mike, who she helped buy a property three years ago.
00:37Have you ever regretted your decision? Not at all. Not at all.
00:40From the moment, we saw it. I think we just knew this was the place.
00:46Well, Ben Hellman is just outside the holiday hotspot of Torrevieca,
00:51catching up with Whitney and Rose, who he helped find a holiday home a couple of years ago.
00:55You two are looking younger. I'm getting older. This is amazing.
00:58All right? That's what the Spanish life does for you.
01:00Yeah, is it? Is it? It's all this good living.
01:12This is the life for me. Scenic rivers and castles. The Portuguese countryside truly has it all.
01:19So it's no surprise that Alison and Mike wanted to create their own adventures here when we went house hunting
01:25around the beautiful city of Tamar.
01:27To get to Tamar in central Portugal, you fly into Lisbon Airport, which takes less than three hours from the
01:34UK.
01:34And then it's around an hour and a quarter's drive.
01:38Tamar is one of Portugal's most historic towns, full of stunning architecture dating back to the 12th century.
01:45But it's the beautiful countryside surrounding the town where I'd be carrying out what turned out to be a fantastic
01:52house hunt.
01:54It was back in 2021 when Mike and Alison asked us to find them a holiday home in the countryside
02:00close to Tamar for their maximum budget of £116,000.
02:05They love Portugal because it allows them to dine al fresco.
02:09I mean, I don't think we'd ever not eat outside if we could, you know, very occasionally.
02:13At Christmas we were there, weren't we? We did eat inside for Christmas.
02:16But did we? Did we eat outside? I don't know.
02:18I first met them at the spectacular viewpoint overlooking Tamar to find out what they were after in their perfect
02:25property.
02:26Well, we hope three bedrooms, if that's possible, with maybe some land.
02:33And there's a possibility that when we sort of come to retirement that we might also bring my dad across.
02:41So, maybe a bit of space, you know, or something that we could convert outside.
02:45Or an annex or something you could convert.
02:47My first property was in the village of Charles.
02:50I'd found Mike and Alison this two-bedroom house with a guest annex.
02:54And it made a great first impression.
02:56It looks just gorgeous. So cute.
02:59We've really captured what we're looking for.
03:01Good Kerber feel? Yes. Very much so.
03:04Yeah, really attractive.
03:06And that continued once we got inside.
03:09Oh, this looks lovely.
03:11Is this your style then, with the beams, that country kitchen feel?
03:14Yeah, yeah. No, it's lovely. Really nice. Beautiful.
03:17Do you cook, you two?
03:18Yes, yeah, I'm the main cook, yeah.
03:20Well, actually, you're right.
03:22So I'd cooked myself up my first contender.
03:25And had another appetising treat lined up with property number two.
03:28This three-bedroom bungalow priced a touch over Mike and Alison's budget,
03:33but it was negotiable to their top end and was definitely to their taste.
03:38Ah, Jane, this looks amazing.
03:41Really nice. Yeah.
03:42Lovely setting.
03:43And look at the views.
03:44Yeah, I mean, it's stunning. It's so beautiful.
03:46Really nice.
03:47The style of this property and the size, it just ticks a lot of boxes.
03:51Inside, we checked out the living room first.
03:54It's got a really nice feel about it.
03:56It's lovely.
03:56Lovely floors.
03:57And just nice and bright.
03:59Nice and bright.
04:00Really nice.
04:00And a little bar.
04:01Oh, yeah.
04:03That's nice, yeah.
04:04Really nice feature.
04:05I could sort of see this working.
04:06Yeah, it's a really nice open plan cleaning house.
04:08It's lovely.
04:09Before taking a look at the main bedroom.
04:12Oh, it's lovely.
04:13It's a really nice size room, yeah.
04:15Beautiful with all the storage, which is perfect for me
04:18because I do love my clothes.
04:20They then went off on their own.
04:22Ah, so this is the kitchen, right?
04:24All right. Oh, it's a lovely space.
04:25Yeah.
04:26Wormtops are nice.
04:27Lovely.
04:27But maybe a little bit tired.
04:29Yeah.
04:30You can definitely see the potential of it.
04:31Yeah.
04:32Before meeting back up with me for the final verdict.
04:35We love it, yeah.
04:36It's just got so much space, so much potential.
04:40Yeah, it's really nice.
04:40Yeah.
04:40It's a lovely house, yeah.
04:42Yeah, yeah.
04:43This was definitely Mike and Alison's favourite so far,
04:46and I knew I had a lot to live up to with property number three.
04:50This three bedroom bungalow painted a very distinctive colour.
04:53Once again, a bit over budget, but with some flexibility on price.
04:58I'm not getting the same energy I've had at my two previous properties,
05:01I must have met.
05:02It is a bit more urbanised.
05:04It feels a bit more closed in.
05:05It's just there's a lot of houses close to this one, and the proximity as well,
05:11it doesn't feel that you're on your own.
05:13They were a bit keener on the inside.
05:15Yeah, it's a nice space in here.
05:17Yeah, it is.
05:18Yeah, it feels very homely.
05:19Yeah.
05:19Very, very pretty in here.
05:21Yeah.
05:21But the location left this bungalow on the back burner, though Mike and Alison didn't
05:26completely rule it out.
05:28Property number four, this four bedroom house was the biggest place we'd seen so far,
05:32but did need a bit of work doing to it.
05:36So this is the living room, Mike.
05:38Oh, okay.
05:39Yeah, it's not bad actually, is it?
05:41It's just a very tired looking house.
05:42Quite nice with the double patio doors as well.
05:45Yeah, yeah, onto the balcony.
05:46Onto the balcony.
05:46Oh, this is lovely.
05:49Great view.
05:50Gosh, what a view.
05:51Yeah, it's lovely.
05:52And it's got the wraparound balcony, which we really like.
05:54Yes.
05:55Nice bit of space.
05:56There's lots of potential, isn't there?
05:58Yeah, there is lots of potential.
05:58Are you still telling me this could be a contender?
06:00It might be!
06:02I was not expecting that!
06:06So we were four properties in and Alison and Mike hadn't ruled anywhere out,
06:11though property two seemed to be the front runner.
06:13But I still had to show them my final place.
06:16This three bedroom former farmhouse in a rural location.
06:20Priced quite a bit over budget, though I'd been told there was a lot of flexibility on that.
06:26Oh, this is nice, Jane.
06:28Oh, this is nice.
06:29Last we come as the tile.
06:30Yeah, I like the log burner, that's really nice.
06:32Not a lot of work to do at all, is there?
06:33Yeah, nice.
06:34Very, very nice.
06:35Very sweet.
06:36What are your instincts telling you at this point?
06:38You've confused me now.
06:40I think you've thrown a bit of a curveball in for it.
06:43That's okay.
06:44Is it a good curveball?
06:45It's a good curveball.
06:47Yeah, it's a good thing.
06:47Right?
06:48Yeah.
06:48So with my final place also in the running, Alison and Mike had no less than five contenders
06:54to choose from, and they went for property two.
06:57The three bedroom bungalow priced at just over £120,500.
07:02Because we're cash buyers and we think we want to put quite a keen offer in, you know,
07:06because there is work to do on it, we'd probably like to go in at £105,500.
07:09Why not?
07:10Why wouldn't we try?
07:11That offer was rejected and after a bit of back and forth, the vendor came back with
07:16a price he was happy with.
07:18The agent has said that the owner won't accept anything less than £114,500.
07:25I have to bat it over to you guys.
07:27We've got to do it, have we?
07:28Yeah, I think we've got to go for it, yeah.
07:30And a phone call later, Alison and Mike had their house.
07:33You have a deal!
07:35Such good news!
07:36Oh, I'm so pleased for you.
07:39Brilliant.
07:39How are you feeling, Alison?
07:41Really emotional, actually.
07:42It's okay.
07:43Yeah, yeah.
07:43It's really good.
07:45Just fantastic news, isn't it, Mike?
07:46It's amazing.
07:47It's really good.
07:48Thank you so much.
07:49Are those happy tears?
07:50Yeah.
07:50Happy tears.
07:51Aw, I'm so pleased for you, Alison.
07:54I could see you fell in love with that property.
07:56Yeah, we did.
07:56We both did.
07:56I think you're going to make it into something special.
07:58We really are, yeah.
08:00I hope you'll come and see us.
08:01Aw, well, you don't have to ask me twice.
08:03Cheers, guys.
08:04Cheers, cheers, cheers.
08:05Aw, cheers.
08:06Cheers, cheers.
08:07Cheers.
08:10Three years on, I'm back in the stunning part of Portugal,
08:14finally taking Alison and Mike up on that offer.
08:17I can't wait to see them and hear what's been going on.
08:22Hiya.
08:23Hello.
08:25Lovely to see you.
08:26Lovely to see you.
08:27Lovely to see you, honestly.
08:28Hiya, Jane.
08:29Lovely to see you.
08:29Lovely to see you.
08:30Yeah.
08:31How are you?
08:32Yeah, really well, thank you.
08:33Lovely to see you.
08:34Can you believe this?
08:35I know, we were just saying three years.
08:37So you're enjoying loads of lovely holidays here?
08:39Yeah.
08:39Well, actually...
08:41It's not a holiday home anymore.
08:42It's no longer holiday.
08:43It's our permanent home.
08:44It's our permanent home.
08:44I can't believe this has gone from a holiday home
08:46to you live in here full time, like in three years.
08:48I know, there's a lot that's happened.
08:50Yes, and I can't wait to hear all about it
08:52and I really can't wait to see the house.
08:54Oh, the house?
08:54I can't wait to show you.
08:56Let's do it.
08:57Can we have a look?
08:57It's exciting.
09:00Coming up, I take a tour of Alison and Mike's house
09:03and find out what they've done to it in the past three years.
09:07So here we are.
09:08It's a bit different from when we started.
09:11It's completely different.
09:13And this colour, love it, love, love, love.
09:21Today I'm in Bales, just outside the town of Tamar in central Portugal
09:26with Alison and Mike.
09:28Three years ago I helped them find a three bedroom house
09:30and now I can't wait to have another look at it
09:33and find out more about why they decided to move out here permanently.
09:38So here we are.
09:39It's a bit different from when we started.
09:42It's completely different.
09:44And this colour, love it, love, love, love.
09:46Well, when we walk down into the little village at the bottom,
09:50the locals there sort of say,
09:52ah, you live in Casa Rosa.
09:54And we haven't given it a name yet.
09:56So it's going to be called Casa Rosa.
09:57But I think it will be Casa Rosa.
09:58And look at this garden!
09:59Ah, I know.
10:01But I bet it's took a lot of hours to get it like this.
10:04Oh, it took a lot of hours.
10:04You did it mostly on your own as well, didn't you?
10:06Yeah, I did a lot of matting
10:07and then over the top with the shingles.
10:10So the guy was coming from the builders' merch
10:12and quite a lot to drop off loads of shingles.
10:15To the crazy lady that's doing the garden on her own.
10:18With the blue sky there, it just looks so perfect.
10:21I'm so happy for you.
10:23We are really happy.
10:24It's just everything we wanted and more, to be honest.
10:27Lovely, it's brilliant.
10:27So, beautiful.
10:29This is just such a gorgeous property.
10:30I'm looking forward to you two showing me round for a change.
10:33And we've got some additions to the family as well we'd like you to.
10:35Oh, yes, I haven't told you yet.
10:38That's exciting!
10:39Come on, come and have a look.
10:43So here we are.
10:45Yes, come on in, Jane.
10:46Come through.
10:47Still got the same tiles as the original.
10:49I'm so glad you kept these tiles.
10:51I like these.
10:52I love the tiles.
10:53So come and see what we've done to the living room.
10:56Oh, look at them!
10:59Look at them!
11:00Hello!
11:01That's Ruby.
11:02And this is Mattia.
11:03They're lovely!
11:04So they're both rescue dogs and they are just the best.
11:07Oh, they're great.
11:08And this room...
11:10You've changed the complete feel of the room.
11:12You've really made it home.
11:13Got our new furniture in there rather than the old...
11:15So much later!
11:17And it feels a nice cosy space now, doesn't it?
11:20If I go back to the UK for any reason, I cannot wait to come back.
11:24I just...
11:24That's a good thing.
11:25I feel my roots are here.
11:27You feel like you're coming home when you come here, strangely.
11:29It sort of turns on its head.
11:30I'm not surprised because of what you've done with this property.
11:32It just...
11:34It just feels right.
11:36It does.
11:36It absolutely was the right one, Jane.
11:39I mean, this room just looks great.
11:40And what about the kitchen?
11:41We changed the sink.
11:42We put a new oven in and lights in and we put a new hob in
11:46and we've got a nice new fridge in there and things like that.
11:48So we just made it a bit more livable.
11:49Where's the bar?
11:51It's gone, Jane.
11:51You got rid of it?
11:53But that is a lovely area you've made there.
11:55Yeah.
11:56So it's a nice area for dining.
11:59Yeah.
11:59A lot can happen in three years.
12:01I mean, we were coming out of a pandemic when we did our search.
12:04The world was such a crazy place and I always thought
12:07we were both so brave because everything was so uncertain in the world
12:10but you two were taking such a big decision at that crazy time.
12:15I think...
12:16I always wanted to live abroad but I think, you know,
12:19you'll always find an excuse not to do something.
12:22Let's just get on and do it.
12:23Yeah, now three years on, here we are.
12:24And I remember you talking about your dad and a lot of the properties
12:27it was a, let's find a room for your dad, for him to come and stay as a being over.
12:31He was keen but then...
12:33He wants to maintain his independence at the moment.
12:35Right.
12:35So that's what you need to do.
12:36Which is fair enough.
12:37So we always have that in the back burner if he wants to come with us.
12:40I want to see more.
12:41Come on then.
12:42Let's show you the bedroom.
12:43Let's go and show you the bedrooms.
12:45So this is our bedroom.
12:47Changed since you last saw it, Jane.
12:49Oh, yes.
12:49Look, you've completely changed it.
12:51You've made it so light and bright and fresh.
12:53Yes, and we still want to paint the wardrobe as well.
12:56Yeah, that'll be great.
12:57That'll make it even lighter.
12:59Such a great amount of storage and this bit to have a sofa in your bedroom.
13:03It's just a great size, isn't it?
13:04And then you're en suite as well.
13:06We've done some bits and pieces in this to make it more liveable,
13:08but in the end we want to upgrade it completely.
13:09And we're going to do some work on the house to make it a little bit more energy efficient,
13:13looking at insulation and things like that.
13:15So we'd like to be in it more, you know, low impact.
13:18You've done a really fabulous job with it.
13:20The house is great on the inside.
13:22I'd love to see the outside.
13:23Let's show you the garden.
13:24Let's show you the garden.
13:26This is just making me so happy.
13:28I mean, it felt right three years ago, but now I know it's right.
13:36It's changed a lot since you've been here.
13:38Oh, I mean...
13:39Ah, yes, Jane, it's...
13:41Hello!
13:42A lot different.
13:44You've changed it completely.
13:46It's taken a lot of, again, matting and shinkling, Jane.
13:50Well done, you.
13:52And this goes with our outside living, which is what we've always really loved.
13:54Outside space was so important to you.
13:57It's lovely.
13:57And now I can see why with what you've done with this.
14:00Yeah.
14:00And little area over there.
14:02Yeah, for the dogs.
14:03For the dogs, for the show down there.
14:05Because I remember standing in the garden with you,
14:07and I was worried you'd be a bit overwhelmed
14:10because it's a lot of land you've got with this property.
14:11It's a lot of land, but we love it.
14:13I think when the family come, it gives us space as well.
14:16So we've had probably up to six of us out here, haven't we?
14:19Yeah, yeah.
14:19When they all come.
14:21And we've had barbecues and things.
14:23I built the barbecue as well.
14:24Oh, very nice.
14:26Yeah.
14:26And we're going to have a barbecue for lunch.
14:27Would you like to join us?
14:29Oh, yes, please.
14:30Now you're talking.
14:31Yeah, let's get some kebabs on the grill, Mike.
14:33Yeah, definitely.
14:34Let's do it.
14:37Lovely.
14:38I'm so impressed with what Alison and Mike have done
14:41to what is now their permanent home.
14:43And I'm looking forward to having an outdoor meal with them.
14:46Let's not forget that's why they wanted to buy a property in Portugal
14:49in the first place.
14:52So when I left you, we all had a bit of a cry, I think,
14:55when you made the offer on the property.
14:57It was a bit exciting, wasn't it?
14:58Honestly.
14:58How did it go after that?
15:00I think it almost felt a little bit surreal, didn't it?
15:03Yes, because we made the promissory contract,
15:05which is the first instance when you make an agreement
15:08to buy the property, which is quite good because it secures
15:11from both the vendors and our perspective point of view.
15:14I know the process can get tricky, especially when there's documents
15:18to be translated and things like that.
15:19How did you find it?
15:20Was it smooth?
15:22It was very good.
15:22We got really good support from our solicitor.
15:24Yes, very good.
15:25And the estate agent was very good.
15:28And no, it went very smoothly.
15:30The notary was straightforward, wasn't it?
15:32They translated into English for us, didn't they?
15:34So it was really good.
15:35It was really very straightforward.
15:37So you could only be here 1980 days on paper,
15:40but there are ways, things that you can apply for.
15:43So what route did you go down?
15:44We did the retirement, which was the D7 visa.
15:47OK.
15:48And actually, it was OK.
15:49Once you, again, a lot of people pay to have that done,
15:53but we thought we'd try it ourselves and we'll understand it.
15:56Yeah, we had a couple of pick-ups while Alison first did it,
15:59but from that we learned.
16:00When I did it, it was much easier, wasn't it?
16:02Much, much easier process for mine, yeah.
16:04We had all the documents.
16:05We knew exactly what, you know, we needed.
16:08Mm-hm.
16:08So it was much easier.
16:09So you got all the paperwork done, you come here,
16:13start looking at the amount of work that needs done, I mean.
16:16We must have put some more money into the property.
16:19I think altogether we probably spent about £10,000
16:20on bits and pieces and painting and, you know,
16:23a horrendous amount of money.
16:25The painting was a big outlay.
16:27Yeah, painting, insulating the roof.
16:29It was a big space, yeah.
16:30Yeah, it's a great big space,
16:31so potentially we're going to develop that into something.
16:33With all the people you've got coming over,
16:35maybe, like, a little apartment.
16:36A separate wing up there would be really nice, so...
16:39Yeah, yeah, yeah.
16:39And how are you finding life in general,
16:41in terms of, like, bills, utility bills and heating costs,
16:45and how's it comparing?
16:46Good, yes, it's very good, yeah.
16:48Council tax is so much less, isn't it?
16:50I mean, it's something like 65 euros a year, something like that.
16:54Is that a year?
16:55A year?
16:55Yeah, yeah.
16:56Each.
16:57It's crazy.
16:58Each, of course, yeah, but, yeah.
16:59Yeah, yeah, yeah.
16:59Oh, gas is colour, and, of course, the fire as well.
17:02We have the logs, so I think we've spent probably about 200 euros on logs this year,
17:08and we've probably spent about 150 euros on gas.
17:11Mm.
17:12Amazing.
17:13What about healthcare, things like that?
17:15Is that easy to sign up to over here?
17:16Yeah, it's very good, yeah.
17:17Lovely service, very thorough, no problem at all.
17:21So you're in the system here?
17:22So I'm in the system.
17:23Yeah, you'll have to join that, yeah, yeah, yeah.
17:25Just nice to know you looked after, if needed, if needed.
17:28I may have an electronic system similar to the NHS app,
17:32but they have their own Portuguese one,
17:33so you can repeat your prescriptions on there,
17:36and you can put down any queries to your doctor,
17:39so everything is very similar, it's just obviously in Portuguese.
17:43Now, remind me, how much did you bag this for in the end?
17:46I think we paid £114,500.
17:49I bet it's grown because I know this area's getting more and more popular.
17:52Have you had it valued since you've lived here?
17:54The estate agent came out, and he's valued it at about,
17:56it was €220,000, which is around about £178,000.
18:03Amazing, isn't it?
18:03Three years, that's amazing.
18:05So we are really pleased to hear that it's gone up,
18:08but we'd never sell it.
18:10No, I can tell.
18:10It's absolutely perfect for us.
18:12This is the dream for me, you know.
18:14I meet so many different couples,
18:16but to actually see you sat here
18:18and the dream become the reality is just gorgeous.
18:21It's absolutely lovely.
18:22Yeah, I mean, we think we're lucky, don't we, really?
18:25Every day I get up and I think, gosh, how lucky are we to have this?
18:29Hello.
18:31So you're doing all those things you can do when you live in a beautiful, hot country?
18:35Yeah.
18:35We're going for a dog walk, so if you'd like to join us later.
18:38Yeah, we need to walk this off.
18:39Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
18:41Thank you so much for this barbecue, mate.
18:42And cheers to your lovely home in Portugal.
18:45Cheers, Jane, and thank you for your support.
18:46No orange juice this time.
18:48Exactly.
18:50Alison and Mike seem to really love their new life here in Tamar,
18:54and I'm so happy for them.
18:56I'm also looking forward to seeing some of the beautiful countryside round here
19:00in the company of their new four-legged friends.
19:03I mean, it doesn't get much better than this view.
19:07It's great, isn't it, Jane?
19:08There's not many dog walks back home that look like this, by the way.
19:12And these two have brought you out.
19:14I mean, they're rescues, so I guess you don't know their history,
19:17so you're starting from scratch with them.
19:19Yeah, so we're doing some training with them.
19:21Yeah.
19:21And the trainer that we have is absolutely brilliant.
19:25Are you learning commands in Portuguese or English?
19:28Well, a little bit of both, actually.
19:30Mateo, junto.
19:32Junto.
19:33Good boy.
19:34Oh, good boy.
19:34Sid.
19:35Good boy, Mateo.
19:37Well done.
19:38Fantastic.
19:39And well done, Alison.
19:40Great.
19:41Well, it worked, so that's a good thing.
19:44But they have.
19:46They're doing recall because hopefully one day we may be able to let them off the lead,
19:51but we need the recall to be much better.
19:54I mean, it's just such a wonderful thing that you did,
19:57because across Europe there's all sort of different attitudes towards dogs, aren't there?
20:01There is.
20:01And we are, as Brits, we're a dog-loving nation, aren't we?
20:04We are a dog-loving nation.
20:05Yeah.
20:06And these dogs are advertised from the local municipal dog rehoming sites.
20:12And the nice thing is they can go to UK, they could go to Holland.
20:17They are all passed for travel.
20:19So, you know, if somebody saw one, liked it, it would be giving a dog, you know, a new
20:25life, a new home.
20:26Yeah.
20:26And it would be a real shame to get a thoroughbred because there's so many rescues available.
20:30Yeah.
20:30You know, out here.
20:31You need to be, you know.
20:32It's obviously meant to be.
20:33They look as if they really enjoy these wogs.
20:35It's a great thing you've done.
20:36It's two less dogs that are without a home, you know.
20:39You've given them a beautiful home.
20:41Yeah.
20:41I helped out with that, you two.
20:43You did.
20:43You made that contribution.
20:45You did.
20:45You found the home and we filled it.
20:47Yeah.
20:48It just makes you feel good.
20:49It's just a nice thing to do.
20:51Yeah.
20:52Oh, lovely.
20:54Look at this.
20:55I know.
20:55It's a lovely spot here.
20:56It's a beautiful spot.
20:56It's a great spot.
20:57Isn't it?
20:58Yeah.
20:58Looking back over that.
20:59I know.
21:00Gorgeous.
21:00So nice.
21:02Yeah.
21:02So you did it three years ago?
21:04I know.
21:05Yeah.
21:05I mean, it's silly to even ask this because I know what the answer is going to be,
21:09but have you ever regretted your decision?
21:12No.
21:12Never.
21:12Not at all.
21:13Not at all.
21:14From the moment we saw it.
21:16Yeah.
21:16I think we just knew this was the place.
21:19Yeah.
21:19And what advice would you have for anybody who's sat at home?
21:22Because we sit and we talk and we make plans that sometimes never happen.
21:25So what would you say to anyone who's thinking about getting a place abroad?
21:28You've got to follow your dreams.
21:31Definitely.
21:31Don't sit there.
21:32Do it.
21:33Definitely.
21:33I mean, it's really worked well for us.
21:35You know, it really is a positive thing for us.
21:37It's been brilliant.
21:37Yeah.
21:37It's really good.
21:38Yeah.
21:38For sure.
21:39And we just enjoyed it so much.
21:40And if you can afford it and it's going to work, you should make it happen.
21:43Yes.
21:44Definitely.
21:44It's been such a pleasure to be part of helping you find the property first and then coming
21:49and seeing this is just like, oh, honestly, it's just been so beautiful.
21:53Well, thanks for sharing.
21:54Yeah, no, not at all.
21:55It's been so lovely to have you, Jane.
21:57You just say all the changes.
21:59It's our journey, really.
22:00It would be really nice.
22:00Oh, you've made your house such a beautiful home.
22:03So I'm going to hand over this little baby to you.
22:06With the rhymes.
22:07Thanks for having me today.
22:08It's been lovely to catch up.
22:10I can tell you to have you.
22:11Mike, enjoy your retirement and start enjoying it.
22:15And bye, babies.
22:17I've got a flight to catch.
22:18I could stay and do this walk for another hour.
22:20Oh, what a shame.
22:21Lovely to see you too.
22:22See you.
22:23Take care.
22:24Bye-bye.
22:29Alison and Mike have really made that house a home and it's lovely to see.
22:33I mean, I knew I'd come back and visit them in Tomar someday,
22:37but it's been a thrill to see what a beautiful life they've made for themselves.
22:41And little Mateo and Ruby, well, they're just the icing on the cake.
22:47Coming up, Ben Hellman is in the coastal resort town of Punta Prima,
22:51just outside beautiful Toribieca, catching up with Whitney and Rose,
22:56a couple he helped find a wonderful holiday apartment two years ago
22:59that was a stone's throw from the beach and came with access to a great pool.
23:04My goodness, it is a whopper, isn't it, this pool?
23:07It sure is.
23:08Even better than I remember it, to be honest.
23:11It really is.
23:12It's lovely, isn't it?
23:22It was the allure of sunshine and the stunning coastline
23:25was through Rose and Whitney to Toribieca
23:28when I found them the perfect family holiday home.
23:32But before I find out how they've been getting on,
23:34I want to experience this area like never before.
23:38Wish me luck.
23:39Let's do this.
23:41Here I go.
23:46Whoa!
23:47Oh, my days!
23:49Toribieca and all that parasailing fun is really easy to get to
23:53as it's positioned at the southern end of the Costa Blanca
23:56with loads of transfer options from nearby Alicante Airport.
23:59That's a two-and-a-half to three-hour flight from the UK.
24:03The array of resorts, coastal towns and, of course,
24:06beaches along this stretch are extremely popular
24:09with holidaymakers and permanent residents.
24:11Sun-kissed Toribieca is one of the best
24:14with generations of families returning year after year.
24:18But it's not alone as there are a few more great holiday hotspots
24:21nearby such as Punta Prima,
24:23best known for its promenade and stunning beaches and lasagna,
24:28home to Lasagna Boulevard,
24:30the largest shopping centre in Alicante Province.
24:35Back in 2022, husband and wife Whitney and Rose
24:39were looking for a two-bedroom holiday home to enjoy
24:41with their two grown-up daughters
24:43and chose Lasagna just outside Toribieca as their centre point,
24:47working with a budget of up to £90,000.
24:50We kicked things off with a chat on Cala Capitan Beach
24:53and I was slightly concerned they had different priorities.
24:58I like your classic car.
25:00Do we need a garage?
25:01No more cars for now.
25:03Come, you're going to have Lasagna Boulevard potentially.
25:05I am.
25:06How are you going to get to Lasagna Boulevard?
25:07It needs to be in a classic car.
25:08Not a classic car, though.
25:10Oh, God.
25:12Back in the UK, Whitney and Rose are property developers
25:15but were in real need of our help finding the right place
25:18in a market they were unfamiliar with.
25:21After a quick stop at that infamous local landmark.
25:25This is obviously the highlight for a lot of people.
25:27Yeah.
25:29Around here.
25:30What would that be?
25:30The shopping.
25:31What would the girls make of this?
25:33I thought they'd be in heaven.
25:34Yeah, they'd love it.
25:35They would love it.
25:36We headed to our first option, a seven-minute driveway
25:39in Lomas de Cabaroy.
25:41This neat and tidy under-budget two-bedroom apartment.
25:44While they liked the communal pool
25:46and were pretty pleased with the open-plan living space
25:48and sea view from the balcony.
25:50The location, I think, is probably our biggest gambling block.
25:53Is it really?
25:54Yeah.
25:54What's most important?
25:55You know, bars, restaurants and shops.
26:00Yeah.
26:00A bit more of that.
26:01A bit more of that, yeah.
26:02A little bit closer to the beach as well would be good.
26:04Yeah.
26:04Perhaps we should focus on somewhere that's a little bit closer
26:08to the action in that regard, shall we?
26:09That would be good.
26:10Yeah, come on.
26:11Let's go.
26:14With location now top of the list of requirements,
26:16we headed to La Florida.
26:18An area set up for holidaymakers with plenty of the amenities
26:21Rose and Whitney were keen to have in reach nearby.
26:23The place I had lined up was a two-bedroom townhouse.
26:29Soak it all up, why don't you?
26:31It's got a bit of character.
26:33It's bigger than I thought it was.
26:34Yeah, and bright.
26:35Yeah, yeah, yeah.
26:36Condition of it?
26:37No, no.
26:38It's not as bad as I thought it might be.
26:40I was expecting more of a...
26:40Really?
26:41Yeah.
26:42Potential.
26:43Great.
26:43So far.
26:44It's got potential.
26:45So far.
26:46It has.
26:46And once they got out on the roof terrace.
26:49Ooh!
26:51Ooh.
26:52Ooh.
26:52Ooh.
26:53Ooh.
26:54Ooh!
26:54Ooh's and wells and the sun's not even out.
26:56I know, but it's good.
26:57Yeah, it's big.
26:58It's a great space.
26:59This is good.
27:00Nice views.
27:01You've done well on this one.
27:03And all those oohs made that our first contender.
27:07And I had another option in La Florida lined up next,
27:10in the form of this bungalow with two bedrooms
27:12that was on the market a little over budgets, but with some room for negotiation.
27:17They felt the communal pool was the best yet and loved the Seaview Terrace.
27:21But the price tag meant it was a maybe rather than a solid contender, so the
27:26townhouse was still out in front. I knew at this point I'd need to really
27:30impress them to beat it, so we headed to the coast and the resort town of Punta
27:35Prima to do just that. The house we're gonna look at is only 400 meters up that
27:40road just there. Would that win you over? If it's close to the beach then yeah we
27:44like to be close to water, so this is this is really nice. And once we got to the
27:50apartment... Right, property is just up there. A fifth floor apartment. Okay, what are we
27:57thinking? I think the view should be good. That's a nice start. The view is spectacular up there.
28:05I sent them off to have a look around this two-bedroom apartment on their own and
28:08its massive living room extended into an enclosed balcony. The modern kitchen and
28:13big bedrooms really impressed. Once they'd seen it all we had a bit of a
28:18catch-up at the rather large communal pool.
28:21All right then, guys. Look at this! I know! I mean you could train for the Olympics in this.
28:25This is good. Yeah, the geriatric Olympics. Give over. This is good. What about this apartment then? Has it made
28:31a splash?
28:32It has. Has it? Yes, it has. It's got a view. Yes. It's quite spacious. Yeah, it's bright. Got the
28:39best pool. Got the best pool.
28:40Definitely got the best pool. This is top of the list so far. Oh, I was just gonna ask. What
28:44does that mean for the other two properties?
28:45Knocks the other two off. Yep. So this is the one to beat.
28:51I've been doing this for a while now and that feeling you get when you've shown a
28:55couple a property they love as much as that is hard to beat. I had another rather
29:00special apartment up my sleeve. This tube end in Los Altos that was over budget but
29:05with room to negotiate and the development had a rather special name.
29:10Right. Two words for you. Dream Hills. Nice. Okay.
29:15Do you like the sound of that? I like the sound of that. That is where we are at. Okay.
29:19As we headed inside, I thought this one was the best presented property we'd seen so far
29:24and Whitney and Rose seemed to agree. But once we got to the roof terrace...
29:29Wow. This is nice. It's not bad, is it?
29:31Really impressed with this. Just...
29:33Really impressed. I love that.
29:37So in the end we had ourselves two hot contenders and after a night of contemplation we sat down
29:43for a chat. The location of the apartment in Punta Prima, a stone's throw from the beach
29:48won out and Rose and Whitney wanted to make an offer. Once I'd filled them in on a bit of
29:53exciting news that the owners wanted to sell their garage as well for £8,500 on top of the
29:59apartment's asking price of just under £81,000, I was jumping at the bit to find out what the
30:05offer was going to be.
30:06If we include the garage we'll go up to... let's start at £81,250. We'll start there
30:12and see where we end up.
30:13Let's see where we go.
30:14Cash buyers are you?
30:14Yes.
30:15Are you happy for me to make the call?
30:17Oh!
30:18Please make the call.
30:18Shall we get this done?
30:19Let's get it done.
30:20Oh gosh.
30:20Here we go.
30:22Unfortunately, that was rejected. The owners wanted closer to £89,000. So I went back with
30:28Whitney and Rose's maximum offer.
30:31Hello Nadia, it's Ben again. I've had another word with Rose and Whitney. Obviously they
30:36like the apartment but there is a limit to what they want to spend on it. They are willing
30:41to up their offer and to meet your vendors halfway. So the maximum offer that they would
30:47be willing to make is £85,000 but they're not really willing to go any higher than that.
30:52That's obviously to include the garage as well. Fantastic. Thank you very much Nadia. We'll
31:00be in touch very shortly. Okay. Brilliant stuff. Thank you. Take care. Bye.
31:08Guys, well played. You got it. Fantastic. I can tell you guys know what you're doing
31:16when it comes to property. Are you feeling good about that?
31:20Oh my goodness.
31:21That's amazing.
31:22Thank you so much.
31:22Well done. Seriously, well done. And I'm so glad you found exactly what you want.
31:28And tell the girls as well.
31:29Yes.
31:30They're going to be over the moon aren't they?
31:31I'm sure they will be.
31:33Definitely. Oh my goodness.
31:34Fantastic. Well look, well done. Thank you.
31:37Let's raise a glass to that one. Thank you.
31:39Nice one guys. Cheers. Cheers.
31:42Wow, we made it happen. What a memorable search.
31:48And a couple of years later, we're all back and meeting up at the very same spot where we
31:53sealed that deal.
31:54There they are.
31:56I knew I'd find you here.
31:58How are you?
31:59I'm well. How are you?
32:00All the better for seeing you two.
32:02Yeah.
32:03You two are looking younger. I'm getting older. This is them, right?
32:06That's what the Spanish life does for you.
32:07Yeah, is it? Is it? It's all this good living.
32:10It's good, it's good.
32:11It's not bad.
32:11It's not bad at all.
32:12How's the apartment?
32:13It's good. It's great.
32:15Working well for you?
32:16It really is.
32:17Because it's just up there, isn't it?
32:18Just up the road.
32:19Yeah, five minutes away.
32:20How nice.
32:21I can't wait to see it.
32:22Let's go.
32:22Let's do this.
32:25Coming up, it's going to be great to see that apartment again and, as I know, these two
32:30are switched on when it comes to property. Find out how the whole experience has been
32:34for them.
32:35I can't express enough how right this feels and how happy this makes me. Really, honestly,
32:42it's just, it's incredible.
32:50Today, I'm in Punta Prima, just outside the popular Spanish town of Torrevieca, catching
32:55up with Whitney and Rose, the couple who developed properties back in the UK. And I helped them
33:00find a wonderful apartment two years ago. They've had a load of holidays out here since
33:05with their two daughters. I can't wait to take a look around their place and find out how
33:09the whole process has gone for them. The massive communal pool was a big selling point, so
33:15we start in there.
33:16Oh, my goodness. It is a whopper, isn't it, this pool?
33:19It sure is.
33:20Even better than I remember it, to be honest. It really is. It's lovely, isn't it?
33:25Gosh, have you had good use out of it?
33:27We're here all the time. It's only open, sort of, June to September and it never gets really
33:32full.
33:33No, I think the most we've ever seen in there is about 25 people.
33:35And from the beach to the pool, 60 seconds stroll. If that.
33:40I know.
33:41That was the thing, wasn't it, with this place? It was all about location, I think.
33:44Yes, the location was fantastic for us. Yeah.
33:46It gives us all that we need. So we've got the beach, we've got the shops literally two
33:50minutes away. Yeah.
33:52The view. Yeah, because you're up right on the top.
33:55We are.
33:56Penthouse, Ben.
33:57The penthouse? I'm so sorry.
33:59Of course it is, the penthouse.
34:01Shall we get up to the old penthouse?
34:04Let's do it.
34:05Looking forward to it.
34:06Mmm.
34:14Now, I've got to familiarise myself over here because I didn't show you around this one,
34:19did I? No.
34:20You looked around here on your own.
34:22Yeah.
34:23So let me just get my head around it. It was two doubles.
34:25Mm-hmm.
34:25Two double bedrooms.
34:26Yeah, and little kitchen through there. But the balcony, that was, you know, that was
34:31a great thing, wasn't it?
34:32Yeah.
34:32The view.
34:33To have that, the view is off.
34:34Yeah, I wanted the view and we got it.
34:36You must spend a bit of time out there.
34:37I do, my desk is right there and when I'm working here, that's what I'm looking at while
34:40I'm...
34:41I love the fact your computer is facing the sea.
34:44Yeah.
34:44That is the way to work.
34:45It's not bad.
34:46Did you both have that feeling, coming in here that first time?
34:50Yeah, for me, I'd always, the view was a big thing for me.
34:53Mm-hmm.
34:54A view and a location where the girls, when they're out here, they've got places to go.
34:58It's not remote.
34:59I can't express enough how right this feels and how happy this makes me.
35:05Really, honestly, it's just, it's incredible.
35:07That is the, that is the success of a property search.
35:10Yeah.
35:10It is the feeling.
35:11Yeah.
35:11You've got to have that feeling, haven't you?
35:13So you've obviously made some change, got rid of a bit of furniture.
35:16There was quite a bit in here, wasn't there?
35:17Yeah, there was a lot in here.
35:19A lot of stuff that wasn't our taste and just too much, too much of everything.
35:24So I just kind of scaled it back, just pulled bits apart and just repurposed bits where I needed them.
35:29And bought yourself a bit more space as well for the family.
35:32A lot more space.
35:33A lot more space.
35:33Yeah.
35:33Yeah.
35:34Is that original furniture from when we first came?
35:38Yes.
35:38That is, that is.
35:39That was on this side of the room and it was a huge unit.
35:42So I kind of broke it down, took the doors off.
35:44You didn't want to fill it with trinkets?
35:46No.
35:46I love to repurpose.
35:48Yeah.
35:48So there's a bit there.
35:49There's a bit out in the hallway.
35:51There's a bit there for the printer.
35:54There's bits everywhere.
35:55Well, it was good.
35:55It's slightly modular.
35:56You can use it in a way that suits you.
36:00Yeah.
36:00Well, look.
36:00Shall we have a look at some more?
36:01Yeah, let's show you some more.
36:02Show me what you've done.
36:06Aha.
36:07Mmm.
36:11Take a look at the view that we have.
36:12Oh, let me have a sneak of this view then.
36:15Yeah.
36:16This is the joy of this apartment, isn't it?
36:19Yeah, it is.
36:20We're up to that every day when we're here.
36:22Yeah, the view, view, views everywhere.
36:24Yeah.
36:24You can see why you fell for it.
36:26Mmm.
36:26Yeah, if it had been another apartment facing that way,
36:28we wouldn't have gone through it.
36:30At all.
36:30This was the right apartment, the right place.
36:32Yeah.
36:33Everything was fine.
36:34Honestly, it's just joy.
36:36It's a joy.
36:37Wonderful to hear.
36:38Let's go and see more.
36:39Cool.
36:40Let's do it.
36:47This is the second bedroom.
36:48This is the guest room.
36:50This is our guest room, yes.
36:51And the view again.
36:53Yes.
36:53It's really good.
36:54Lucky guess, that's all I'm going to say.
36:56Yeah, no.
36:57Yeah.
36:58Is this you as well getting handy with the old staple gun in here?
37:01Me and the staple gun, we're good friends.
37:03Yeah.
37:03Mmm.
37:04So, yes.
37:06Until we can actually do it properly, I just want to try and do as much as I can to
37:10just
37:11kind of tweak it a little bit.
37:12So, yeah, that was me with my staple gun.
37:14I love the colours in that print.
37:15Yeah, it's bright.
37:16Happy.
37:17Yeah.
37:17Yeah.
37:19Getting the old rumblings in the tumblings.
37:21Mmm.
37:21You're getting hungry.
37:22Should we get some lunch?
37:23Well, I'm not going to say no.
37:24Not saying no.
37:25Good for you.
37:25We'll go by the pool.
37:26Yes.
37:27I was hoping you'd say that.
37:32Lunch, or la comida, is generally the biggest meal of the day for people in Spain.
37:37It really consists of a soggy supermarket sandwich like it might do for us Brits.
37:42But instead can last three to four hours and include a short nap or siesta before going
37:47back to work.
37:49How often are you doing this kind of thing out here?
37:54Not so much here.
37:55But we do have little picnics outside and stuff in the summer, you know, near the beach.
38:01Just being able to stroll down to the beach.
38:03Yeah.
38:04It's not bad, is it?
38:05Your friends must be impressed.
38:07They must be.
38:08I think sometimes they don't believe when we say the beach is at the end of the road
38:11and the restaurants are at the top of the road, and they're like, OK.
38:14And then when they come, it's like, oh, my God, it really is.
38:16You don't even have to jump in a cab for anything, do you?
38:20No.
38:21Knowing how well-versed you are with buying property back in the UK,
38:24how different of an experience has it been here?
38:27It's not too hard a process.
38:30No longer being part of the EU in the UK hasn't made, as far as I'm aware,
38:34it didn't make it any harder, really, in order to get to buy the property.
38:38You bought after Brexit.
38:40We did after Brexit.
38:40So we've got the 90-day rule.
38:42We have.
38:43Do you feel it's disadvantaged you at all?
38:45So far, no.
38:46Yeah.
38:47But we are looking into getting our residency,
38:51because I don't think it will have any negative impacts on us being based in the UK.
38:55It just means that, number one, if things change in the future
38:58and it becomes harder to get it, we've already got it,
39:00and two, it means that as and when we want to do more than 90 days,
39:04there will no longer be an issue.
39:05Mm-hm.
39:06Let's cast my mind back again.
39:07So you bought this place.
39:08I think it was around £85,000.
39:11Remind me.
39:11It was.
39:12It was £85,000.
39:13With all the fees and everything else, it came in at just over £100,000.
39:16Including the garage.
39:17Let's not forget that.
39:18Including the garage.
39:19How much have you had to spend on it since?
39:22Because I know you've done the fundamentals.
39:23So we've probably spent around about £4,500.
39:26OK.
39:27So it's not terrible.
39:29We've got, like I said, brand new boilers installed.
39:31We had to have a place rewired because the wiring was so old.
39:34Wow, OK.
39:35So we had to go through that, then had to get it certificated.
39:38How did you deal with, you know, finding the correct electrician,
39:41knowing you needed to have the certificate for it to be signed off?
39:44How did you deal with that side of things?
39:46We were really lucky because the agent who we bought it through,
39:50Natcha, she's more or less become a friend.
39:52She's been really good to us.
39:55Anything we've needed, she's encouraged us to just give her a call.
40:00And then she's arranged it.
40:01She's got a, you know, she puts in touch with an electrician.
40:04She puts her in touch with anybody that we've needed.
40:07So she's been gold to us.
40:11Really.
40:12That's something I hear so often about how good the agents are.
40:15You know, after the sale and helping out.
40:18Even when we were buying the place,
40:19because one of the conditions was to have it cleared out.
40:22Because there was so much stuff in the garage.
40:24And when we got there, there was still a hell of a lot of stuff in there.
40:27What was that?
40:28So we said, we're not going to sign,
40:29because we don't know how to get rid of all this stuff,
40:32what the potential costs would be.
40:33This is your experience coming into play here, isn't it?
40:36So she actually went and got a load of bags and cleared it all herself.
40:41I think she had about three Carlos, two Carlos.
40:44Over and above.
40:46Yeah.
40:47Do you have any more sort of experiences lined up that you're looking forward to?
40:51Yes, there's a go-kart track just down the road from there
40:54that we've been threatening to have a go at and we haven't done that.
40:57Yeah.
40:58Maybe we should have a go at that?
40:59Yeah. Fancy that?
41:00I'm up for it.
41:01Cool.
41:02Might take a little snack with me.
41:03Yeah.
41:03Why not?
41:04Plenty of food left.
41:07I remember when we first met,
41:08and he mentioned he had a few classic cars,
41:11so I have a sneaking suspicion he knows a thing or two about driving.
41:14But they don't call me Hot Rod Hillman for nothing.
41:19What have you possibly got me into here?
41:22Great.
41:23You two.
41:23It's going to be great.
41:25Are you adrenaline junkies or something?
41:27A little bit, a little bit.
41:28Yeah?
41:28Have you carted before?
41:30Not at this track, but we have.
41:31Not at this track.
41:33Not at this track.
41:33You're not getting away with that.
41:34You're old hands at this.
41:35That's what you're telling me, isn't it?
41:37No, not at all.
41:38What did we win?
41:39I don't know.
41:39Pride.
41:40Pride is good.
41:41Pride.
41:42We can't spend pride.
41:44That's all we can afford.
41:44Come on, let's go.
42:03Wow.
42:04Wow.
42:10We're looking forward to getting a little bit more.
42:10Yeah, he beat me.
42:11Oh.
42:11Oh, you're not high-fiving that?
42:12Ugh.
42:13Oh, you're not high-fiving that?
42:14No, no.
42:14Oh.
42:16Oh.
42:17Yeah, you're not high-fiving that.
42:17Get in. While I'm worried about my helmet hair,
42:20I know what you're all saying at home.
42:22Ben's a born winner, eh?
42:24Well, I am still buzzing from that.
42:27Well, my hands are, at least.
42:28I was holding on for dear life.
42:29That was so much fun.
42:30That was great. Thank you so much.
42:32I really enjoyed it.
42:33This is just a taste of what your life is like.
42:36Yeah.
42:37Yeah.
42:37I think the lovely thing for me is to come back
42:40and see how much you've settled in here
42:42and how much it's worked out for you both.
42:44Yeah.
42:45I guess the one question I've got for you
42:47is because you do invest in property back home.
42:49How has this panned out as an investment?
42:53Financially, it's probably going to be the one
42:55that we get the least return on,
42:56but emotionally and everything else,
42:59it's going to be the best and biggest investment we've ever done.
43:01It's an investment in the heart.
43:02Yeah.
43:03So now you've been through the process and you've done it,
43:06what advice would you give to anyone else
43:08where it's just a spark of an idea?
43:11Just never know.
43:13It's all possible.
43:14What are the first steps to take, would you say?
43:17Decide on a country and then a rough area
43:21and then start narrowing it down.
43:25So it starts really big.
43:26Visit the area first.
43:27Visit a few different areas to make sure it fits.
43:30And actually, another great thing is
43:32to always check and see what airlines are flying.
43:35Yeah.
43:35Because that makes a big difference.
43:36If there's only one or two airlines flying there,
43:38then the prices will always be much higher.
43:41That is such a sound piece of advice, actually.
43:45It really is.
43:46So there's nothing you would have done differently?
43:48No, not really.
43:49I can't think of anything, you know?
43:51You're so chilled.
43:52So relaxed.
43:54So at home, really.
43:55Yeah, yeah.
43:57I suppose, aren't you?
43:58It's very, very comfortable.
44:00Very comfortable.
44:01It's lovely.
44:02It's lovely.
44:03And we thank you.
44:05Well, it is pure joy for me to come back and see you again.
44:09Yeah.
44:10To see your lovely apartment and to see that you're so happy.
44:12And, of course, the rest of the family as well.
44:15Because it's for them too, isn't it?
44:16Yeah.
44:16Well, I know it's short and sweet.
44:18I'm going to be making a move, but it's been so lovely
44:21to catch up with you again.
44:22I have got a cart to catch.
44:24Sorry, a plane to catch.
44:27Take care.
44:28I'm glad to see you.
44:28Let me know all your renovations.
44:30Yes, we will do.
44:31Oh, wow.
44:32Take care.
44:33Take care.
44:33Bye-bye.
44:37Well, things have panned out perfectly for Whitney and Rose.
44:42And I'm happy to say I managed to steer them in the right direction
44:45because they are now on track to create plenty more happy family memories
44:51out here in beautiful Costa Blanca.
44:54Right then, I'm off to sort this barnet out.
44:57If you'd like to be on a place in the sun to find your own dream home,
45:01go to channel4.com forward slash take part.
45:04Bye-bye.
45:06Bye-bye.
45:09Bye-bye.
45:19Bye-bye.
45:20Bye-bye.
45:22Bye-bye.
45:23Bye-bye.
45:24Bye-bye.
45:25Bye-bye.
45:27Bye-bye.
45:27Bye-bye.
45:28Bye-bye.
