01:00And forward 6'6", from center club, number 8, Gilles Williams
01:13At center, 7'4", from Germany, number 55, Isaiah Hartson
01:25At guard, 6'4", from Kentucky, number 22, Gilles Williams
01:37At guard, 6'6", from Kentucky, number 2, Shane Gilles Williams
01:53Tonight's starting lineups are brought to you by Kia
01:55That was OKC
01:57Let's check in on the Chicago Bulls
01:59Over 29 and 43, 12th in the Eastern Conference
02:03Josh Giddey, year number 2 with the Bulls
02:06Putting up solid numbers over 17
02:08In the game, Trey Jones, the former San Antonio Spur
02:11Gershon Yabusele, former Philadelphia 76'er
02:14Isaac Orkoro, out of Boston
02:16And Montes Bruzelis, who they feel very good about
02:19In year number 2
02:20For the first time tonight, let's send it over and say hello to our very own
02:24Nick Gallo
02:25Thanks, Chris
02:26Yes, when the NBA schedule comes out every August
02:29Teams around the league are circling very specific dates and stretches on that calendar
02:34And OKC, right now, they're coming out of and going into two of those very important stretches
02:40As you'll see here in tonight's Ford Facts
02:43The Thunder coming up with its longest homestand of the season
02:47And has the best home record in the NBA
02:49With a chance for win number 30 here tonight
02:52The Thunder just completed a 5 game road trip
02:54Now a 5 game homestand
02:56Both the longest of the year
02:58And guys, Shay told me that these OKC fans provide energy
03:02They change the atmosphere for this Thunder team
03:04And there is a direct correlation to team performance on the court
03:08And let's see the impact here tonight at the outside outset of this homestand, guys
03:12Some extended stretches either at home or on the road
03:15He had 11 days at home, 10 on the road
03:18Then you get 11 days at home
03:19If you're going to get 11 days at home though, Michael
03:21You might as well get them here in the month of March
03:24Late in the year
03:24Absolutely
03:25And certainly a sight for so eyes to be back here at Paycom Center
03:30After 10 days on the East Coast
03:33Still playing Eastern Conference teams right now, folks
03:36Where the Thunder are going to play 8 in a row
03:39You take a look at former Thunder player Josh Gideon
03:42Season 2 with the Bulls
03:43Spent his first three seasons here at Oklahoma City
03:49And it is Hartenstein and Moosellis at center court
03:54As we are ready to go here inside Paycom Center
03:57Thank you for being with us
03:58Opening tip won by Chicago
04:02As the Bulls coming off a loss on Wednesday night
04:08They lost at Philly as Okoro is able to sneak in right across the baseline
04:14And a hard finish even with Hartenstein in the vicinity
04:19No Chet Holmgren tonight for OkC
04:23Out with a hip contusion
04:25So Wallace getting the start
04:26Has an open look straight away
04:28And he reps the cards with that three
04:31And that's a tough pace that J-Dev makes look so easy
04:34Where he can fly by a guy and pass the ball
04:37Backwards almost
04:39As Okoro knocks down another three
04:41He's got the Bulls first five points here
04:44That was a quick shot by Okoro
04:47The veteran
04:48Hartenstein ships it back out
04:49Wallace
04:50Couldn't make it two in a row from deep
04:52And Gideon thought about that hit ahead pass to Jones
04:55And decided to keep it
04:58And is Gideon very much a focal point of what Chicago does offensively
05:04And all the offense that he's able to generate
05:06Who's zealous
05:08Good young player
05:09Gideon lets it go from three
05:10Missed it
05:11On the right side
05:13And Wallace
05:13The rebound
05:18You see the lineup versatility Michael
05:20For what the Thunder are able to do
05:23It could be Holmgren in the starting lineup
05:25He's not in there tonight
05:26And Mark Dagnall decides to go
05:28With Cason Wallace
05:29And it doesn't matter whether it's a big man coming in
05:32Or a guard like Cason Wallace
05:34The Thunder going to have confidence no matter what
05:37And no matter who is in there
05:39Yeah well you know
05:40Call it you know the secret sauce or
05:42You know whatever you want to call it
05:44Underrated
05:45Not really
05:47Appreciated by a lot of teams around the league
05:50But certainly understand how important having a strong bench is
05:54It's basically been under saving grace
05:56With the amount of man games that's been lost throughout the season
06:00Last time these two teams met in Chicago
06:02SGA didn't play
06:03The Thunder was still able to come up with an eight point
06:05Victory
06:06Because of these guys in the depth of that roster
06:10Arenstein earns a couple of free throws
06:11If we take a look at tonight's Paris Devon injury report
06:15It's extended for Chicago
06:18Richardson Simons a name you might know
06:20Jalen Smith
06:20Simons has bounced around
06:22Portland
06:23Boston
06:23Chicago
06:25Holmgren
06:26The only name on there for OKC
06:28And Billy Donovan now 60 years old
06:31Year number 6
06:32Better with Chicago
06:32For more years than he was with OKC
06:38Bruce Ellis had a good look from three
06:41And the Bulls
06:42With a couple of triples here early on
06:47They jump out to the quick lead
06:49Chicago likes to play battles
06:51That's a big part of what they like to do
06:54So it's quick shots
06:56Dork
06:57And he dials up a three
06:59Coming off a good shooting night in Boston
07:02When he had four from deep
07:04Yeah nice redirect too
07:06By Hardstein underneath the basket
07:07To tap that out
07:10Wallis
07:10Too much pressure
07:11Forcing the turnover
07:13SGA
07:15Pulls up on the fade away
07:16And he's got his first bucket of the game
07:18That's coming off the steals leader
07:21Defense
07:22Kason Wallace
07:24Poked that ball away
07:25Didn't pick up that loose change off the floor
07:27Man that guy's been solid
07:29Gouzel is not ready for that kind of pressure
07:31And Okoro able to
07:32Get that one to rattle in from the corner
07:35He's got a couple of threes from that side of the floor
07:41And Jada goes to work
07:43Trying to go to the bank
07:44No good
07:44Offensive rebound by Hardenstein
07:48Able to run a little more offense
07:51But keeping that ball cycling around
07:53It's SGA off the catch
07:55Just a little strong on the three
07:57As Jones going to navigate quickly
08:02So that's what Chicago likes to do
08:05One of the best fast break teams in the NBA
08:07Giddy
08:08That floater pass
08:10Gavacele
08:11Had it punched out of his possession
08:13Out of bounds
08:14Last touch by Wallace
08:16Take a look at this
08:17That's what you were talking about partner
08:19Defense to offense
08:20Steal the ball out front
08:21To create your own offense
08:22Good patience by SGA
08:24Not trying to get in there amongst two players
08:28Just get that little patented mid-range shot
08:31Gusellis misses his second three
08:33Made the first one
08:35Very excited about him in year two
08:38The Lithuanian national
08:41SGA going to work on Gade
08:43Another tough shot right on the baseline
08:45And he's able to nail it
08:49Jones quickly up the floor
08:51Lost the dribble
08:51Out of bounds
08:52And another Chicago turnover
08:54Good job by Lou Dort
08:55Getting back on defense
08:56Putting pressure on Jones
08:58He was trying to find his way to the basket
09:01Excellent ball
09:02And Wallace passed up on layup
09:04Instead it's back out to the perimeter
09:06Door with the rainbow three
09:08And too much club
09:10Big fella
09:11Yavacele bringing it up the floor
09:13Jones
09:14Not a good three point shooter
09:15But gets that one to go down
09:24Wallace
09:25Had to step in the bucket
09:27Too much speed
09:28He's able to blow by Giddy
09:32For the close back the other way
09:34Okoro just blows the layup
09:35And that's got a pressure too from SGA
09:37He may have had a lot to do with him
09:39Missing that layup
09:40Should have made it
09:41He looked like he was wide open
09:44SGA kept the pivot foot down
09:46That's the pass out of that
09:50Chuck Luck about to hit five
09:52A lot of offense early
09:54In these possessions SGA
09:56The tough turnaround shot no good
09:59And it's Giddy
10:02Trying to reject a little bit of speed
10:04Lost his balance
10:05And Wallace once again
10:06Those active hands
10:07Here it'll force a turnover
10:09Jada
10:10Oh
10:10To the captain
10:11And a little bit in
10:13In transition
10:14And it's the Thunder
10:15Getting an opportunity
10:17In the open floor
10:18How about the steals leader
10:19Already with two steals
10:22And the top part of this first quarter
10:23Case and Wallace
10:26He's got the minus touch right now
10:28And it's creating offense
10:28For the Thunder
10:30On city night
10:35The speed's the first thing
10:37You know some of it's advanced passing
10:38You know they run on makes
10:39Run on misses
10:40So they keep pressure on the opponent
10:43Even watching like our scout tape
10:45A lot of their transition stuff
10:46That they're getting
10:47It's not like just early in the game
10:48They're pretty persistent with it
10:50Which means that you have to be persistent
10:52With your transition D
10:53And then a lot of the passings
10:55Ball reversal
10:56That they enter their offense through
10:58Which just means you have to be
11:00Moving with the ball
11:01You know more so against them
11:03Than against more isolation heavy teams
11:06And that was going to head coach Mark Dayton
11:08On the tonight's
11:09OU health coaches
11:10Corner profiling
11:11The Chicago team Michael
11:12And what it likes to do offensively
11:15And how it likes to generate offense
11:17And one of those ways
11:19Is with a lot of different dimensions of speed
11:21Particularly in transition
11:23Well and the antidote to that
11:24Is to build up numbers
11:25Going backwards
11:26And you see Billy Donovan
11:28Oh fantastic job
11:30Year 6 in Chicago
11:3221 years at University of Florida
11:34Won two titles
11:35Put a bunch of guys in the NBA
11:37Named Joaquin Noah
11:39Al Warford
11:40How about Corey Brewer as well
11:43Buzelas had another look from 3
11:45This time
11:46He tried to tomahawk over Hardenstein
11:48And Hardenstein able to do just enough to deter
11:53To turn
11:53Lillian Zimbabwe sidestep his way into that tough finish
11:57Hardenstein did a good job
11:58Just putting his body in the way
12:01Forcing Buzelas to
12:02To miss that
12:04What would have been a poster dog
12:05Said not tonight
12:07Not on my watch
12:08He tried to get away up there
12:10As Sexton has an open look from downtown
12:18We've seen so many different teams over the years
12:21Trying to find ways to pierce the Thunder defense
12:23As SGA
12:25Little bit of space straight away
12:26And not going to get the bounce off the front of the rim
12:28Giddy's able to save it
12:30And did Dork touch it?
12:33And it appears he did
12:34But
12:35One of the ways
12:36And we talked about this in the pregame show
12:40With Hardenstein on the denial there
12:43Is
12:44Just how
12:45Much teams are trying to get into offense early Michael
12:49With the Thunder being the best defense in the NBA
12:52It's not easy to go up against in the half court
12:55More and more teams are trying to play fast
12:57Yeah
12:57And secondary to that is when they play in the half court
12:59You got to be able to defend
13:00You saw that great play that time
13:02By Hardenstein
13:04At the rim
13:05Point blank
13:08I think he got a block on that
13:10But
13:11Certainly
13:12Disrupted that
13:15But
13:15Kayson Wallace right now is all over the place defensively
13:20And he's already forced some turnovers
13:22His hands are all over the place
13:24You can just see his speed
13:26He's got credit for two steals so far
13:28But it feels like more
13:29Two steals and a couple of deflections
13:31That's going to be a kickball
13:33Hey
13:34I'm 11-2
13:35The Bulls are reset
13:36Now you kind of got a look at
13:38That set piece that they're trying to run
13:40Looks like they were running a wheel out front
13:42To try to get
13:43Sexton on a
13:44Feed to the basket
13:45Looks like they're running again as well
13:48Sexton goes backdoor
13:51Too many Thunder players
13:52With the deflection and ultimately the turnovers
13:55Jay will just reading that play too
13:57To be able to
13:58Bust up that play
14:01SGA
14:02Little sidestep
14:03Little pull up
14:04The free throw line
14:05No good
14:06And a tip in
14:07One on the floor
14:08But they're going to wipe it away
14:09It's going to be a foul on Sexton
14:11The bucket isn't going to count
14:14And instead
14:15It's going to be side out of bounds
14:20Just one of those times
14:21Yeah there he is
14:21He's grabbing it
14:22Right here
14:26This was a little bit late
14:27But
14:27Clear call
14:31Thunder keep possession here
14:32McCain
14:33Off the pads
14:34An open look
14:35A little flat on that three
14:38You can see everybody just sprinting back
14:40Defensively
14:42Giddy
14:43Gives it right back to Miller
14:44Miller got tied up initially by Jalen Williams
14:46So much so that he forces the jump ball
14:49Man that's the second time he's done that
14:51Remember the second piece we were just talking about with J Will
14:55Got a block on Sexton
14:56This is tough because this guy's got a head start on him
14:59And he just put both those big mitts on the basketball
15:02And pushes it back down to the floor
15:04So much risk when the guy's got that kind of speed and momentum
15:08That you can commit a foul
15:12And here's the heart of this play
15:15As the corals inside that restricted circle nobody can be there when the two guys are jumping
15:20I don't think Miller was ready on that one
15:22He absolutely was not
15:23Andy Dagi
15:24A little quick on the toss
15:25He wasn't ready
15:29SGA stops on the dime with a step back no
15:34Miller on the move again
15:36That's how the bounce is off of the ball
15:37It's going to be an offensive foul
15:39And for the second consecutive time
15:42It's Jalen Williams getting the best of Miller
15:45And Miller came through there like a freight train
15:47But he ran into a freight train
15:49You want to see two freight trains?
15:51Man, he took a shot too
15:53He was so predetermined here to go against Jalen Williams
15:58I think Michael because of the last possession in which Jalen Williams tied him up
16:02I'm going to get you back man
16:04Right?
16:06Not this time either
16:09SGA got Giddy up in the air
16:11Dishes to the outside
16:12McCain
16:13A little side step three
16:14And he's short
16:17Sexton
16:18He's always got a quick shifty guard going back to his days
16:21With Cleveland Williams
16:23The high arcing three is good
16:26Patrick Williams
16:27And Patrick Williams who has battled his fair share of injuries
16:30Particularly that ACL
16:32A couple years ago
16:34As SGA maneuvers right around Gale
16:37And he's got the leg
16:38I saw that one on one coverage
16:40Decide to call his own number
16:42Smart play
16:46Sexton
16:46Again pulls up
16:48And he's got another two
16:50I'll tell you this
16:51Bulls don't get a fast break
16:53They're looking to definitely score
16:55Not within seven seconds like the old Mike D'Antoni office
16:59They're trying to do it in five seconds
17:01SGA looking for another three
17:03And Chicago again up the floor quickly
17:05I don't think they've let the shot clock Michael
17:07He'll get down to ten seconds one possession
17:12Williams
17:12And he might have been blocked on the back side
17:15SGA was there
17:18Ships it out Caruso
17:19Catch fire three
17:22And an offensive rebound on the weak side to McCain
17:24It is Jaylin Williams
17:26Let it go
17:27And knocks it down
17:29That's a big boom
17:30And they want to play right now for the Thunder
17:34Man he has been solid all month long with that three point shot
17:39Had a big game the last time these two teams played
17:42Miller's gonna be way off on the three
17:44Williams had seventeen and sixteen
17:46This time he gets out of the break
17:48Beats everybody down the floor
17:50And the finger roll layup
17:51Man this guy's everywhere
17:52He's blocking shots
17:54He's knocking down threes
17:55And he's running out on fast breaks
17:58That's the kind of energy you need
17:59When you're coming off a ten day road trip
18:02That first game at home always seems like a road game
18:08To get your sea legs back on
18:10This is the first of five at home for the Thunder
18:13Longest home stand of the season
18:15Nice spin move by Gilgis Alexander
18:19That's gonna put him at the free throw line
18:21Staying aggressive on the offensive end
18:23And so is Jaylin Williams
18:24Nice off the bench
18:29Welcome back to Paycom Center
18:31The Thunder with a two point lead over the Bulls
18:33Here in the first quarter
18:34And Shea Gilgis Alexander is coming off a game
18:36Against the Boston Celtics
18:37Where he posted thirty-three points
18:39On unbelievable efficiency
18:40Shooting ten of twelve from the field
18:43And that game is just yet another example
18:45Of the historic levels of efficiency
18:47We're seeing from SGA this season
18:49Let's take a look at tonight's
18:51Chipotle real difference maker
18:52And we'll see that Shea is one of just
18:54Five players in NBA history
18:55To average thirty points on fifty-five percent
18:58Shooting
18:58But guys it's not just his scoring
19:00He's also averaging a career high in assists
19:02And has now had five assists in fourteen of his last fifteen games
19:06Coach Degnell told me that Shea's floor game
19:09Has been a strength of his all season long
19:11Knowing how best to leverage his gravity
19:13And he said that Shea's decision making
19:15Has put opponents into more and more dilemmas
19:18As time has gone on guys
19:19Just incredible how
19:23Each year Michael a player of his caliber
19:25And how good he has been
19:27Really over the last couple of years
19:29And he always says I improve my game
19:31I want to be a better player
19:33He goes to work in the offseason
19:35And we're seeing that work pay off yet again
19:37Because he's better this year
19:38In so many different areas than he was last year
19:41Last year he was the MVP
19:43The margin of improvement is so small for him
19:46But he keeps raising the bar every season
19:48Folks he does something that's just amazing
19:50Especially with Ferris Lawson just shows you right there
19:55He's just a little bit long on that three
19:57He comes down at 4.85
19:59Last time these two teams met in Chicago
20:01That 16-108 win for the Thunder
20:06Jalen Williams again
20:08Had a look from three
20:11He's scored over thirty points
20:13In sixty-six percent of his games
20:15Over the last four years
20:18Just an incredible clip
20:20That he's been able to score
20:21McCain
20:22Got to the cup
20:23But then got rejected
20:28Mosellis didn't get it initially
20:30But AJ Mitchell
20:31Who has come into the game for the first time
20:32It'll recover defensively
20:34In fact that one out of bounds
20:38Take a look at that
20:39That's a perfect block that time
20:40But he was able to tie that perfectly
20:45Couldn't have been any later
20:46To realize he would arrest the goaltend
20:50McCain right upon Jones
20:52Jones
20:52Trying to get away from
20:54Couldn't do it
20:54Ball
20:55Switches over the other side
20:56Mosellis
20:57Inside
20:58And the reverse layup is gone
21:06Mosellis
21:06Mosellis
21:07Mosellis
21:08Mosellis
21:09Mosellis
21:09Mosellis
21:10Mosellis

23:18...on Oklahoma City all lit up, the Bulls and the Thunder for the second time, and it was a fast
23:25-paced first quarter. Both teams shot it well, but Chicago 50%. These two teams getting their offense in different ways.
23:31You had the Bulls with those eight threes, but the Thunder able to counter by getting inside.
23:35You got 14 points in the paint. Did you see your legs back under you? Still 36 minutes of basketball
23:42remaining.
23:48Hardenstein returns. Wiggins in the game for the first time. They try to go up top and successfully. It is
23:55Jaylon Williams setting it up for Hardenstein as he redirects it back in.
23:59It's a nice little high picket road between those two.
24:05Balls just continue to fire from deep and continue to make it from deep. Nine out of the 13 buckets
24:11so far have been from behind the arm.
24:13And you know that's something that's not going to last very long. The Bulls have relied heavily on that three
24:18-point shot.
24:22And a little miscommunication there between A.J. Mitchell and Isaiah Joe.
24:27But clearly the strategy so far for Chicago is quick offense, Michael, and take a ton of threes.
24:39Dillinghand. Yabusele. Another one. That one's going to miss badly. You can see that one's kind of fading left.
24:48I see it up again quickly into the front court. Pulls up. That mid-range shot left a little bit
24:53short.
24:53Hardenstein trying to keep it alive. Couldn't do it.
24:59Brouselis.
25:02Up top Jones. Jones.
25:05Deciding what to do. Dangerous pass cross court.
25:09Dillinghand. One of those players acquired at the deadline. The Bulls made a ton of different moves.
25:15Williams bounces off to Joe. And missed it. Just below the free throw line.
25:20And he may have got to win an opposite foul on that play. He made contact at the chest area
25:25of Joe.
25:30A little miscommunication between Hardenstein and J-Dub. It sure is good to see J-Dub back.
25:41An extended absence, folks. Join the Thunder again on that long road trip out east.
25:48That's the most important thing. Just getting him healthy. Mitchell, a lot of contact as he pinballs his way to
25:55the baseline.
25:55He's gonna get a couple of free throws. He's another one of those players that you're just happy that they're
26:01healthy.
26:02Mitchell missed an extended time. He's been back out on the floor. Jalen Williams coming back.
26:07Getting all these guys healthy at the right time.
26:11Incorporating them back in. Getting in the confidence. Getting in the rhythm that they need going into the playoffs.
26:17Never so important. Score big on Sara Lee products and save more of the prices you love.

26:35There's been very few nights where the Thunder have had a full roster this season, folks.
26:39Which is even more impressive with their 57-game win so far.
26:45Gusellis got away with the travel. That just did not look right.
26:51He took his steps.
26:55Williams trying to create.
26:58Has Hartenstein out of the perimeter.
27:00A.J. Mitchell.
27:01And it's gonna be an offensive foul.
27:05And it's gonna go back to Chicago.
27:08Number 59, Isaiah Hardenstein.
27:124-3 Josh Petey returns from Chicago.
27:15And just moved right into the defender. Not a whole lot of contact, but still impeded the progress of Jones.
27:22Fishelis have been pretty consistent partner to say that because this is game 74 for the Thunder tonight.
27:29Well, there's eight games left.
27:34Inconsistent with that offensive foul call all season long.
27:39Now we say there's gonna get tied up.
27:41And I think there's gonna go against A.J. Mitchell. It is.
27:45That game on Wednesday night against the Boston Celtics was just the seventh time that the Thunder have had their
27:51usual starting lineup.
27:52The lineup that you would expect.
27:53That features Dort, Jalen Williams, Hartenstein, Chad Holmgren, and Shea Gilgis-Alexander.
27:58You mentioned we're this deep into the season. That lineup's been featured just seven times.
28:03Yeah. Yeah. I'll tell you, it's really gonna cycle through eyes to see the Thunder get healthy.
28:10And A.J. Mitchell steps into that one from downtown.
28:14And the left, he's got himself a three.
28:18Magic of the home for the Thunder in transition.
28:26Williams hits the accelerator right to the cup and flicks it up and in!
28:32He took it to a whole nother gear once he got to the three point line.
28:36Thunder right now flipped the script on the bull.
28:38They're getting transition buckets back to back.
28:45Giddey trying to go to work on the perimeter.
28:47And we got a lot of contact as his shoulder bumps right into the chest of Joe.
28:52And it's gonna be a foul on OKC.
28:57How about this? In transition.
28:59Mitchell with a transition trifecta.
29:03J-Dub just plays bully ball.
29:04He just goes all the way through, takes a contact, gets hit on the wrist, and still able to finish.
29:09He's got that strong body.
29:13Let's check in with Nick.
29:15Well guys, what we saw there is what Mark Dagnall has seen out of J-Dub for a long time
29:19now,
29:19which is great force to the rim.
29:21This is a player with his athleticism, his speed, the ball handling.
29:25He can live at the rim.
29:26And he can do so in a variety of ways.
29:28Sometimes those straight line, downhill drives.
29:30And then also, in the pick and roll game, I was chatting with Isaiah Hartenstein recently.
29:34And he said, J-Dub is just amazing because, first of all, he's got no ego.
29:38And second of all, he's just an incredible pick and roll playmaking partner.
29:43And you've seen those guys, him and Hartenstein, they've continued to grow and meld together over the course of time.
29:49And they've really helped each other in their games.
29:51Gonna be able to see a lot of that here down the stretch of the season.
29:55Mark Dagnall has said repeatedly that he has nothing but confidence in Jalen Williams, even with the absence.
30:02As El Coral, a nice cut there, the former Cleveland Cavalier has the slams.
30:08And it's all about chemistry too, just getting time together on the floor.
30:12Which hasn't been a whole lot between those two.
30:17And a punch out of bounds there on the back side.
30:21Chicago thinking that it was last touched by Jalen Williams.
30:23Billy Donovan, I think, is gonna come out here and officially give this a challenge.
30:29In what will be our first timeout of quarter number two.
30:32Already 12 lead changes between these two teams back and forth here in OKC.
30:42Call and review brought to you by Petlove, Oklahoma.
30:44Official window and door partner of the OKC Thunder, Billy Donovan.
30:48A little smile on his face because that was a successful challenge for Chicago.
30:53And clearly on the replay here, two components.
30:56Whether or not the ball was last touched by J-Dub, it is.
30:59And no proximate foul from Collin Sexton.
31:02And you can see J-Dub, Michael, the last one to touch it there with the ball going out of
31:06bounds.
31:06Yeah, that's a good call by the official.
31:10And good challenge by the Bulls.
31:13Looks early.
31:14Top of the second quarter.
31:16We've still got another challenge in their pocket.
31:20Defense!
31:22Defense!
31:25Chicago playing quickly.
31:27Exactly what you would expect.
31:30As Mitchell, right there hip to hip.
31:32Giddy had the step and the floater is good for Giddy.
31:35He's got just his first basket of the game.
31:38His first point came via the free throw line.
31:44Harnstein on the perimeter.
31:46Setting all those screens.
31:51Joe trying to utilize this time.
31:53Gave it back to Harnstein.
31:54The push shot a little bit short.
31:56And Okoro with some speed.
31:59Okoro all the way down the floor.
32:00That's a late whistle.
32:02He's going to get a chance at a three-point play.
32:09The fast break points for Chicago haven't really been there.
32:12That's just the seventh.
32:14But this is what you would expect them to do.
32:18There's a...
32:20That's what they're trying to get to.
32:22Those quick baskets in transition.
32:33And so Okoro in his first year with the Bulls.
32:37Playing aggressively here.
32:39He's got 13 points, Joe.
32:43A miss from downtown.
32:45Okoro again.
32:47This time decided to give it up to Collin Sexton.
32:50Another one of those Chicago players who's had
32:52a solid first half.
32:54Giddey trying to go glass.
32:54No good.
32:55Harnstein looked like he had the rebound
32:57finally able to collect.
33:02Seven-point Chicago lead is Joe.
33:04Way behind the three-point line.
33:06And that allows a long rebound.
33:08Mitchell easily got by Giddey.
33:10Joe again.
33:11A reload three in the corner.
33:13He's not going to miss that time.
33:15As he registers the three.
33:19Good job by AJ to chase down that loose change.
33:21He's done that rebound.
33:22And in found Joe.
33:24For a hot cup of Joe.
33:26Sexton.
33:27He's been leaving behind the three-point line.
33:29Another one for the Bulls.
33:31As Sexton is scorched and hot in this first half.
33:34Five for five from the deck.
33:35Jalen Williams takes a bump.
33:37Falls out of bounds.
33:38And he's going to have a chance at a three-point play the hard way.
33:44That's quick offense also by the Thunder.
33:48Getting out of transition here.
33:50And there's that hit.
33:52And a good finish too.
33:55Got bumped.
33:57And was able to finish.
33:58We talked about, you know, he's got that big body.
34:00Knows how to use it.
34:01He can absorb the contact.
34:03And still finish.
34:07Well, he said that his wrist feels better than it has at any point since the surgery.
34:16And that time that he was out really kind of allowed him to get some reps in.
34:21Get comfortable with that shot.
34:23Not what he was doing really on the fly when he first came back.
34:26I don't know.
34:27The travel by Miller.
34:29And you can't pick up your feet and then take two steps around the basket.
34:35That's a walk.
34:39Nice pass.
34:40Beautiful.
34:41Jalen Williams on the cut.
34:43And A.J. Mitchell in the right spot.
34:49Miller.
34:49And he's got the three.
34:52Chicago is wasting no time on offense.
34:56And getting a lot of threes in too in this first half.
34:58That's number 11.
35:02Joe off the catch.
35:03And he's got another three from downtown.
35:07And he shot that from Edmont, Oklahoma.
35:10Suburb north of the city.
35:12Pretty deep on that one.
35:13Hit dead center.
35:15Giddey the pass.
35:16And Miller the finish.
35:18And Mark Dangnell calling the timeout.
35:20Timeout 100.
35:21That was just a few seconds into the shot clock.
35:25And Chicago doing what it does.
35:27It's got the lead.
35:30I didn't know Mike was that heavy.
35:33Huh?
35:33I didn't know that Mike was that heavy.
35:35It's crazy.
35:37Redo.
35:37Redo.
35:38Redo.
35:44I'm getting.
35:45I'm coming back.
35:46I'm coming back.
35:56That's a great feature.
35:57Getting that courtside sound from A.J. Mitchell.
36:00We appreciate him getting mic'd up.
36:02Maybe it's a little heavier.
36:04They've got to carry that thing around.
36:06But it hasn't affected him so far in his game.
36:08He's got seven points off the bench.
36:11I love it too.
36:12I love the language.
36:12We don't ever get a chance to hear that, folks.
36:15It's always so special to the guys that allow you to get mic'd up.
36:20We've got a few guys.
36:21I think this is the last one of the season, folks.
36:25Pat Jalen Williams.
36:26And there's a nice turnaround.
36:27A.J. Mitchell right on the spot there.
36:29He's just always under control in his offense.
36:33Mike Lee's never rushed.
36:35Yeah.
36:36It's just a nice post-up move.
36:37A little almost old school there.
36:42He's Ellis trying to make his move.
36:44And he's got those long strides and able to finish with the left.
36:49That's a nice move too.
36:51Quick.
36:55SGA bounced off of Miller.
36:57Now he's tied up.
36:58And he's hoping for a jump ball.
37:00And I think he's going to get it.
37:04A lot of congestion for SGA.
37:07This is one of those games that are coming off that big, long road trip.
37:11That first game at home always feels like a road game.
37:14Chicago coming off a big loss when he gave up 157 points to the 76ers a couple of nights ago.
37:20So he's certainly playing with a lot of urgency so far here in this first half for the Bulls.
37:27157 points, Michael.
37:28That's the most that Chicago has given up in franchise history.
37:34And regulation too.
37:36A massive amount of points.
37:39Gusellis.
37:40Back iron no good.
37:43The Bulls kind of lead the majority of this first half.
37:48Currently a six point game.
37:50SGA been looking for that three.
37:53And Isaiah Joe again looking for his three.
37:57So he's been firing away from deep.
38:00As Giddy bounces off and sets it up right there for Miller who streaks across the baseline for the alley
38:06-oop.
38:06He did a good job of reading Giddy on that play too.
38:09He had nowhere to go.
38:12He had nowhere to go.
38:13The Bulls getting scored from a bunch of different guys.
38:20And this is Chicago's largest lead of the game here.
38:23SGA.
38:25Not there with the three.
38:27Offensive rebound.
38:28You get a second opportunity here.
38:29That's Joe.
38:30The cut.
38:31SGA.
38:31Bounces off the defender.
38:33And it's going to count.
38:34And he's got a chance at a three point play.
38:38Just scrapping this right now for the Thunder.
38:42Offense not quite there.
38:43No problem.
38:45A lot of hustle plays here.
38:47Clearly.
38:48The Coral's foot was on that restricted circle.
38:55There's no question about this one.
38:57Chicago not going to challenge.
38:59There's no way.
39:01The Coral's right foot was out of that half circle.
39:05SGA is going to go to the free throw line.
39:08What the Thunder are looking for is a little break in the offense for the Bulls.
39:15They've been playing with a lot of pace but knocking down a lot of threes.
39:22Wait for that little slack off.
39:24May not happen here in the first half.
39:30Atypical shooting night so far for the reigning MVP.
39:34He's zealous.
39:36High catch one second.
39:37Miller has to hoist.
39:39That's good defense.
39:40That's exactly what you want.
39:41Forced the Bulls to work all the way through the shot clock.
39:44And then try to make a tough shot.
39:46Latest possession yet for Chicago.
39:49Here the final three minutes of this first half.
39:53SGA with the catch.
39:54Double team lurking.
39:56Sees Caruso.
39:57Ball keeps moving around.
39:58Snaps over to Jalen Williams.
40:00Wide open three.
40:01No good.
40:05Chicago's been able to connect on 11 threes in this first half so far.
40:11And a big part of why the Bulls got the lead.
40:13Sexton looking for another one.
40:15And he's got another one.
40:16That is number 12 for the Bulls.
40:19You know that's something that's not going to last the entire game for the Bulls.
40:25They're knocking down shots from that three-point line.
40:37And the ball movement sent him up.
40:41The Thunder have been getting some quality looks from the outside.
40:45The Thunder have been getting some quality looks from the outside.
41:01The Bulls right now cut his last ball game.
41:04His 12th in the NBA three-point shooting.
41:08Just over 36 percent.
41:10Shooting well above that right now.
41:14Enter the Mathis home sweepstakes for a chance to win two sweet tickets to the Thunder
41:18The Thunder vs. Jazz game on April 5th is a massive Mathis home dot com slash OKC Thunder and entered
41:25to win.
41:33Okoro who has been sort of setting the offensive pace for the Bulls along with Sexton.
41:43Backed up by eight.
41:46That's SGA.
41:48Chicago.
41:51Hanging back defensively.
41:52Jay Little Williams.
41:53Now a nice two hit on the deck.
41:55That's a hard drive.
41:56A really nice finish.
41:58Defense!
41:59Good job, too.
41:59Strike it real quickly.
42:01It looks like they look like a matchup 2-3 zone defense.
42:07He's almost trying to shed Caruso.
