00:00The next 12 weeks will be the toughest of your life.
00:05Lord Sugar is on the hunt for the next big thing.
00:08This is an opportunity of a lifetime.
00:12Battling for his backing, some of Britain's brightest prospects.
00:16Come on, boys. Look at that. Your life depends on it.
00:20And then hit him.
00:21It's a deal worth fighting for.
00:23I can sense a bit of friction. Absolutely.
00:25Daniel, was that on you? So, no.
00:26I was talking then.
00:28Twenty candidates.
00:30Never been kicked in the balls by a goat, to be honest with you.
00:33Twelve tough tasks.
00:35This is a complete and utter joke.
00:39Just jump straight in.
00:40One life-changing opportunity.
00:42You're fired. You're fired.
00:44You've completely messed it up. You're fired.
00:47One life-changing opportunity.
00:51One life-changing opportunity.
00:52One life-changing opportunity.
00:53One life-changing opportunity.
00:55One life-changing opportunity.
00:55Previously on The Apprentice.
00:57You are going to have to source nine items associated with the Isle of Wight.
01:03Run, run, run, run.
01:03Yeah, I've just got a couple of questions that were just struggling.
01:06Levi had a slow start.
01:07Do you know what a bird's nest is?
01:10No.
01:10Ah.
01:11And Kieran turned on the charm.
01:14Fifteen.
01:14And you can have your basket back as well.
01:17Right, let's go.
01:18But a last-minute deal.
01:19We got the swing!
01:21Sealed Levi the win.
01:23A total of £614.07.
01:26Well done.
01:27Leaving Harry.
01:28You should have walked away and found another vendor.
01:31All at sea.
01:31You're fired.
01:407pm.
01:41Final nine.
01:42I can't call it right now.
01:43I think there's a lot of good, strong candidates here.
01:45Still nine people.
01:47Game's on.
01:47Game is on.
01:48It feels like more of a fight now.
01:50I can't lie to you.
01:51Everyone has to step up to the plate.
01:53Like, you literally cannot hide.
01:55Yes, hide.
01:55Oh.
01:55Oh, hey.
01:58Oh, it's from Lord Sugar.
01:59Oh, my God.
02:00Game is going to be...
02:01Let's play this.
02:03Good evening.
02:04I'm sorry to interrupt your downtime,
02:07but I wanted to let you know about your next task.
02:10And what better way to do that than via the small screen?
02:14Because being on screen is what you lot are going to have to get used to.
02:19In the UK, TV shopping is a billion-pound industry.
02:25And I've arranged for you to sell live on one of the leading shopping channels tomorrow.
02:31You have to select a range of products before producing and presenting your own slot.
02:38The team that generates the most money from sales will win, and on the losing team at least one of
02:45you will be fired.
02:46And by the way, I will be watching your every move.
02:49Oh, no.
02:50And because this is a sales task, I want to see you all selling.
02:55All of us.
02:56There is nowhere to hide.
02:57Yeah.
02:57So good luck.
02:58I'll see you in the boardroom in a couple of days.
03:01So it's different this year.
03:02Everyone's selling.
03:03Everyone's got to get on the telly.
03:04And just to know that there's, like, thousands of people watching you, like, so that there's no room for messing
03:09up.
03:09Yeah.
03:10I can't wait.
03:10I've been looking forward to this one.
03:11I'm very excited.
03:188am.
03:19Looking forward to this task, eh?
03:21Yeah.
03:21I'm excited.
03:22Eight hours till teams go live.
03:25There's only one reason why I'm dressed up like this today, guys.
03:27I'm ready.
03:28I'm ready to be PM.
03:29Pushing for the part of project manager.
03:32I sell people skills for a living, and, yeah, I'm ready to take on the role.
03:37Pasha.
03:39I also want to put myself forward as PM, because this is where my experience goes.
03:42As a consultant on social media, a big part of that was live TV selling and live selling on TikTok.
03:49I mean, because of your experience, Kirishma, I have to go with the skill set I'm going to have to
03:53save for you.
03:54Likewise, I feel exactly the same. You've put together a very compelling case.
03:58I do get it.
03:59But even with your knowledge, it can be implemented with me being project manager.
04:03That's just my opinion, and I know it's hard for me just because I'm really passionate about this.
04:10To make this fair, then, as Pasha has in BPM, I think this will be a good opportunity for her
04:14to learn from you.
04:15And I'm so, so keen to be project manager, if you're happy with that.
04:20As long as we win, I actually...
04:22Yeah.
04:23We rely on everyone's experience and expertise to share knowledge, and that's what it's all about as well.
04:27Absolutely.
04:27I think it's a good opportunity.
04:29Kirishma clearly has experience in this field.
04:32However, Lawrence and Priyash were swayed by the fact that Pasha hasn't been project manager and would like to give
04:37it a go.
04:38I mean, frankly, that's really not a good enough reason.
04:41They should have gone with the more experienced person.
04:43I'm excited.
04:47Across the hall...
04:48Who shall I be handing the crown to for project manager?
04:51Keen to call the shots, Conor.
04:53Yeah.
04:54I'm happy to put myself forward.
04:55I have experience in livestream and, obviously, in the selling in the market, I did quite well.
04:59I would also like to put myself forward.
05:01I sell for a living.
05:02I've proven myself selling in this process.
05:05But ultimately, this is also about the products we select.
05:07We have to keep in mind who's watching the show.
05:09However, it does come down to sales, techniques, tactics.
05:12I have almost ten years' experience in selling.
05:15Live selling at all, or...?
05:17I do a lot of video work.
05:19I feel a waste of a bit of time.
05:20I have done social media livestreaming.
05:23Right, shall we go to about Kieran?
05:28Conor it is. Conor it is.
05:29Bravo.
05:31I'm feeling confident.
05:32Today is about TV selling, and I have experience in live selling.
05:36I wasn't going to hide in the shadows any longer.
05:38I think the time to put yourself forward is now.
05:40I've got to say I'm happy that you're project manager,
05:42because I think you're the best man of a job here.
05:48I feel like the money is going to be in the beauty products, personally.
05:52Yeah.
05:52Putting forward her plan...
05:53And the kids and teens, that's where we could probably sell the majority very quickly.
05:58Yeah.
05:58First-time project manager, Pasha.
06:02If we love the product and we can relate to it, then we can sell it, and I know it
06:06isn't.
06:07Guys, can I propose a bit of a selling strategy?
06:08This is my personal strategy.
06:09S stands for solve a problem.
06:11When you sell something, if it doesn't solve a problem, it's harder to sell it.
06:14Yeah.
06:15E, sense of urgency, emergency, and exclusivity.
06:18Tell them there's only eight left.
06:20Yeah.
06:20R stands for relatability, throwing an anecdote.
06:23It's like, you know, my grandma has arthritis, and this really helped her with this, or whatever.
06:26Variety.
06:27Is it for men?
06:28Is it for women?
06:28Who is it for?
06:29And finally, E, energy and excitement.
06:31The more excited you are about a product, you know, I have this and it's great,
06:35and, you know, I would recommend this to my mum, blah, blah, blah.
06:39Pasha was given a very brief and broad strategy, but what I gave them was specific.
06:44You can BPM just to tick it off the box, but this is my task.
06:49So, think strategically, think strategically.
06:52So, yeah.
06:52Okay.
06:53But, yeah, I mean, thank you for that, Krishma.
06:55That's great.
06:55Yeah.
06:56Really good.
06:56Bringing that in.
06:59I do think homeware balances out with fitness as well.
07:02So, we have fitness and homeware.
07:03Yeah.
07:04So, you're going into two different lifestyles.
07:06Stepping through roles with his team.
07:07We will go on product selection with Kieran Levi and I.
07:10Sales expert, Connor.
07:12The deal of the day item is a jewellery item.
07:14So, Rafa and Dan, I just, I see you guys going there.
07:18But I just need to know from you, do we go for, like, everyday jewellery that you can just throw
07:22on,
07:22put aside, don't really care about the quality of it, or...
07:24But you guys are going to be selling it. What do you think?
07:28I mean, I think having clarity is really important.
07:30Yeah.
07:31Because, obviously, myself and Dan can pick whichever item we think is best.
07:34But it ultimately comes down to how much we can sell.
07:36It's your call.
07:39It's whatever you guys feel more comfortable with.
07:41I would not buy anything in the thousands on a TV shopping channel.
07:46I would.
07:46And you want to try it on, yeah.
07:47Mid-range.
07:48Yeah, I would agree with mid-range.
07:50I trust you to be like, if you think the lowest price item you can sell them.
07:53Lowest profit.
07:54If the highest item isn't that expensive, you guys and together will be able to deduce what is the best
07:59thing to sell.
08:00Mm-hmm.
08:01Yeah.
08:02Yeah.
08:02Yeah, yeah, yeah.
08:04I do feel like the pricing strategy wasn't 100% clear.
08:07Yes, mid-range was mentioned.
08:08I wrote down mid-range.
08:09However, I do feel a little bit nervous picking an item that Connor may not be happy with.
08:14But ultimately, it wasn't the clearest of briefs.
08:16Because we don't know the prices, what we'll do, myself and Dan, we'll look at the selection that we have
08:19there.
08:20Look at the cheapest item, highest item, and then just ideally pick the one in the middle, yeah?
08:24Yeah.
08:25Krishma, obviously, you're very good at jewellery and you understand that.
08:28So I would love you to sub-team lead on that side.
08:31Mm-hmm.
08:31And I would like Lawrence to join you on that.
08:33Would you want to go on the high-end side or would you want to go somewhere more affordable so
08:37we sell more volume?
08:38Affordable.
08:39Make that your key word.
08:41Cool.
08:41Let's get going.
08:42Good luck, guys.
08:4611am.
08:48Teams divide.
08:50Everyone in this process has been a project manager once for the right task.
08:54Yeah.
08:54And even though we're getting to the end, I've waited for that right task.
08:57I knew that one was coming.
08:59Yeah.
08:59And I'm ready.
09:00Exactly.
09:01Sell, sell, sell.
09:03I understand the principles of live streaming, but ultimately it never gets easier, right?
09:08Because I was like, it is a one-way street.
09:10There's not a lot to work with.
09:11You have to back yourself.
09:13Because there's going to be numerous times in the ten minutes that you might be there that you're going to
09:16lose your train of thought.
09:17Something will go wrong.
09:18And the real strategy to win this is how you bounce back.
09:20You all right there, Kieran?
09:23Yes.
09:25In Feltham, West London, headquarters of shopping channel TJC.
09:32Broadcasting deals to British living rooms 24 hours a day.
09:37Hello.
09:37Hello.
09:38Hi.
09:38Good, good. How are you?
09:39First job for both teams.
09:41We have a beautiful gold necklace.
09:44So what would be the recommended selling price for this?
09:461,399.99.
09:48Pick out a trinket to tempt buyers at home.
09:50So the second one is a multi-saffire bracelet.
09:54Determined to sparkle.
09:55What is the gram weight?
09:57Over eight grams.
09:58Eight grams.
09:58Lawrence and Karishma.
10:00So finally we have a tanzanite ring in gold.
10:05And the obvious question in terms of the lower, medium and higher value item, is this the medium one?
10:09Medium.
10:10It would be between 599.99 to 399.99.
10:14How many have you got of these?
10:15Eleven.
10:16Eleven.
10:17Right.
10:18You know how sterling silver has a 925?
10:20Yes.
10:20Does this have a 9k on it?
10:21It's 9k, yes.
10:22So it's not a plated metal, it's...
10:23No, it's gold.
10:249k through and through.
10:25Yeah, over two pounds of gold.
10:26Tanzania comes from an eight-mile stretch in the Merilani region in Tanzania.
10:30Has it had a big impact?
10:31Because obviously an eight-mile local area and a positive impact maybe on...
10:35Sure.
10:35So there's a lot of infrastructure that's been built in the country because of this.
10:38And correct me if I'm wrong, but the royal family actually owns a lot of Tanzania, isn't it?
10:42Correct, yes.
10:44Okay.
10:44Any other questions?
10:45No.
10:50So...
10:51I think, yeah, I actually don't have any more questions to ask.
10:55But it's been great to see all of your products today.
10:59Got my eye on that Tanzanite ring.
11:01I do think the other team could see that we were a bit more dominant.
11:04Like, our voices were a bit more louder.
11:05So he's going to see that we're clearly more interested in that.
11:08I mean, we just have to get this ring.
11:10I think both of us were very clear that that was our favourite...
11:13Top choice.
11:14You know, I can imagine you selling it because I think naturally...
11:17I can imagine you selling it, mate.
11:18Yeah, yeah, yeah.
11:18Honestly.
11:18I can see it.
11:19Me on the history, you on the...
11:21You literally got goosebumps as you're speaking.
11:23Yeah.
11:23Like, this is the one.
11:27I don't know what to say.
11:28Neither do I.
11:31I can't lie to you.
11:33The way Karishma has a lot of confidence with her jewellery,
11:35they obviously want the ring.
11:37Yeah.
11:37But that's the mid-range one.
11:39I know.
11:39Obviously, Conor has to go for the mid-range one.
11:42Yeah.
11:42It's a tricky one, isn't it?
11:43It's a really tricky one, Dan.
11:45I think, personally, it could be easier to sell the bracelet.
11:49Plus, I don't know what Conor meant by medium range.
11:51I think that there might be the most sensible choice.
11:54I think we've decided.
11:55Yeah.
11:56Bracelet is.
11:56Let's go with bracelet.
12:01Southwest London.
12:02Right, vintage pendulum wooden wall clock.
12:05I just see grandma.
12:07Weighing up what else to sell on screen.
12:12This is really boring.
12:13Yeah.
12:14Conor, Levi, and Kieran.
12:16Adjustable shoe dryer.
12:18You just turn it on.
12:19Pop your shoe off.
12:21Pop it on.
12:22I've worked outside in construction.
12:23Yeah.
12:24My boots get wet all the time,
12:25so this could be going.
12:26So when I'm working outside, walkers.
12:28So you would actually use this?
12:29I won't allow my work boots in the house,
12:31because I stunk.
12:32So this would probably be something you could do.
12:34It's definitely usable.
12:36The Core Crusher circuit board.
12:38The high price is $149.99.
12:40I've got my core exercise here.
12:43That's it.
12:44Yep.
12:45Do you feel the burn?
12:46Yeah, I do.
12:47Is it easier on your knees?
12:51Would you feel confident pitching this on TV?
12:53I think it's extremely pitchable.
12:58Resistance.
13:00Kieran and Levi believe in the products that we've chosen,
13:03as do I.
13:03My biggest concern now is that the guys don't focus on attention to detail
13:07and the sales aspect enough, but they are excited about the product,
13:10so that does give me great hope.
13:12Non-sleep yoga mat.
13:13Now this gets me excited.
13:15Yeah.
13:15So, Kieran, I can imagine you with some sweatbands and leg warmers.
13:19Love it, Kieran.
13:20Mate, I'd give you a tenner for that right now.
13:25On the other team...
13:26We need to focus on price.
13:28I want to pick one high-cost item.
13:30Yeah.
13:30Which we sell a few of, potentially, but obviously at a very good price.
13:33Pushing for products to suit every pocket.
13:36And then two lower-cost items, which hopefully we can sell out, potentially.
13:39Project manager, Pasha.
13:41Yeah.
13:42A table tennis set with a retractable net.
13:45The lowest price is £7.99.
13:47So this ticks the box for the low-cost item.
13:51Okay, water flosser.
13:52Not gonna lie.
13:53I have one of these at home.
13:54Yeah.
13:55Ooh!
13:57You can see how quick that comes out.
13:59The lowest price is £19.99.
14:01I mean, obviously, it does hit what I said in terms of the low-price item.
14:04Okay, noise-cancelling Bluetooth headphones with air purification.
14:08Interesting.
14:09Ooh, this is a cool gadget.
14:10Is it noise-cancelling?
14:11Can't hear me?
14:12Yeah, it is a very expensive product.
14:13The highest price is £4.49.
14:15So I think the noise-cancelling Bluetooth headphones.
14:17Yeah.
14:18And the table tennis set.
14:19Yeah.
14:19And then you've got the flosser.
14:21Agreed.
14:21I'm really glad we stuck to the structure.
14:23Yeah.
14:23I think we did a good job.
14:282pm.
14:29Hey!
14:29Hi!
14:30How are we doing?
14:31How are you guys?
14:32Soon, teams will go live to the nation.
14:35It's your all-in-one gym.
14:36I saw something in it and I'm going to put my full backing into this.
14:41Premiering their chosen products.
14:43Personally, this is something that my granny would buy just to keep herself active.
14:46Kieran, Levi and Connor.
14:48Yeah.
14:48But I stand over it that when it's demoed and when it's sold well, it could actually be
14:53a real reward for us.
14:54Yeah.
14:55Mm-hmm.
14:56We then bring out a portable shoe dryer.
14:59Okay.
15:05How does it work then exactly?
15:07So, you bang your shoes on here, on end.
15:11Will it fully dry or...?
15:12What's it doing?
15:13Is it to dry the shoes?
15:15Does it smell nice?
15:16Yeah.
15:16It dries the shoes but it's also odour-eliminating.
15:21There we go.
15:23I mean, honestly, never heard of it.
15:26Bit of a peculiar one.
15:27Maybe men will buy it more.
15:28I don't see.
15:29Yeah, I mean, look.
15:29I personally couldn't even think I needed something like this.
15:33Yes.
15:34I am more torn towards this just because of my experience of having wet feet.
15:38Again, in construction, I stepped in a lot of puddles, even up to my waist at times.
15:46Well, I mean, I had a few concerns about all the products that they selected.
15:50Obviously, the shoe dryer, I couldn't really understand whether it was a deodorant.
15:53It freshens up the shoes.
15:54I didn't really understand what it was.
15:56So, I'm a little bit concerned about that item.
15:58We then bricked out a part of the Kiran light yoga mat.
16:01Yoga mat.
16:02With hand-held straps.
16:05Yeah.
16:06What do you think, Dan?
16:07I mean, a yoga mat's a yoga mat, isn't it?
16:12Across the hall...
16:13We have the cheap option, which is a table tennis set.
16:17The big reveal.
16:18Is it amazing?
16:19No.
16:20Is it something that we can make amazing?
16:23That's with us.
16:24Of Pasha's products.
16:26Now, we have the more expensive option, noise cancellation headphone set.
16:31Do you want to pop it on?
16:32Yeah, go on.
16:32As soon as these clip in, the air starts coming out as well.
16:38Just tuck in.
16:39Yeah, there's like a...
16:42Oh, my God.
16:43It's got it run the wrong way.
16:46Better to get it wrong now than later.
16:48Yeah, it's a little bit...
16:50Shall I try?
16:52Tricky.
16:52It's about finding it in the right place, but they do just attach magnetically.
16:56The best way to do it is actually just show it like this.
17:12Pryosh has been given the headphones to demonstrate and sell live on air.
17:16I mean, he couldn't fit the air purifier on the actual headphones.
17:19He didn't quite know how to turn them on.
17:21I mean, he's coming live in less than an hour.
17:24I hope he does a lot better when he's actually on air.
17:27Otherwise, it's going to be unwatchable.
17:30It's a little bit Terminator-y once it's on.
17:33Yeah.
17:33Ultimately, anything that does add air purification, it's an add-on.
17:37Yeah.
17:37It's not the product.
17:40So this is what we've got.
17:42We've got the bracelets.
17:44For Connor's team, Bling signed off.
17:47I trusted you.
17:48I gave you full autonomy, so I can't not back you guys.
17:53Next, decide who sells what.
17:55Kieran, you were obviously drawn towards the yoga mat.
17:58Still am I.
17:58I think you're happy to sell that.
18:00Levi, shoes, you've got the story.
18:02I'm going to lead on the circuit board.
18:03And Dan, you and Rothna, the jewellery item.
18:05And then I'm going to...
18:06My only concern is I have a selling background.
18:10Do you want me on one of the higher priced items?
18:12I think you were very vocal about being comfortable with this.
18:16You were...
18:16You're cool.
18:17I'm putting it out there.
18:18No, no, no.
18:18Oh, sorry.
18:19No, no, I'm...
18:19I'm not saying...
18:20I'm just asking, would you rather be on higher or stick to the mat?
18:23No, I would stick to the mat.
18:24I was like, I've got this.
18:25I've got the jewellery.
18:27I feel like Conor doesn't trust me.
18:30I've got the lowest item, but you watch me pull the best figures out of today.
18:34I will win.
18:36Super.
18:36So, guys, let's go out there, have fun, good energy, and let's go make some sales.
18:41Let's do this.
18:43Let's do this.
18:44Five minutes to go.
18:46Let's do this.
18:47Smash it.
18:48Handed to the teams.
18:49Gosh, it's nerve-wracking.
18:51It's scary.
18:52Two of the channel's premium sales slots.
18:54So, we look at this camera.
18:56Look at this camera always.
18:57Watching from home.
18:59Right, Joe, let's tune in.
19:02Lord Sugar and grandson Joe.
19:04Pasha, can you hear me?
19:05I can hear you.
19:06Going live first.
19:07Coming to you in ten.
19:09Priyash and Pasha.
19:11Five seconds, guys.
19:12Five.
19:13Four.
19:13Standby.
19:14Three.
19:15Two.
19:16And one.
19:17Both mics are live.
19:18Vision next in Vision.
19:22Good afternoon, folks.
19:24Ah.
19:25So, imagine this.
19:27You're after noise-cancelling headphones.
19:30Well, I've got the solution for you.
19:33He's a bit robotic, isn't he?
19:35Poor old Priyash.
19:37Yeah, a little bit.
19:37Now, imagine me this, running and running.
19:40Can you hear me?
19:42Am I saying anything?
19:43What am I saying?
19:45You can't hear me?
19:46Oh, wow.
19:46I've got no reason to want to buy these right now.
19:49Give them a bit of energy.
19:51Fresh.
19:52How does it feel?
19:53Big energy, guys.
19:54Really good.
19:55OK, so, this here, this is going to eliminate any dirty particles in the sky.
20:02They haven't sold anything.
20:03I wonder if the gallery has screwed it up.
20:06Honestly, I just feel like you can't go wrong.
20:08It's comfy.
20:09You're leaving them, guys.
20:10Pick them up.
20:11Say something.
20:11It's a futuristic product.
20:13Have you seen anyone outside wearing this?
20:14I'm going to get this at any super...
20:16It's also a futuristic product.
20:18Look how futuristic this looks.
20:19You've been on this.
20:21You've not even had a customer holding.
20:22Do something about it.
20:24Guys, we haven't sold a single one.
20:25Tell them it's the final price drop.
20:26There's a big price drop.
20:28We're going down to 249.99.
20:32We've got one caller on the line.
20:32We've got one caller on the line.
20:33Someone's in, finally.
20:35Oh, my God, we've got one.
20:35We've got one person in.
20:36It's a stunning product.
20:37Wow.
20:38Let's just have a little look at it again.
20:39Oh, two sold now.
20:42Maybe that's to his mum.
20:45Wow.
20:46We're going on to our next item now, guys.
20:49So, look, you've got five seconds.
20:51I couldn't even hear anything you were saying.
20:53Wow.
20:53Transition to the next product, please.
20:55Transition to the next product.
20:56I'm going to go get one now.
20:57Me too.
20:59We're going to our next item now.
21:03Look, I've done this task a number of times
21:05and usually it's so chaotic in the gallery,
21:08you can't hear yourself think.
21:09But here, it was utter silence.
21:11No information has got to be worse than too much information.
21:15Priyash and Pasha must have thought the earpiece wasn't working
21:19because they weren't talking.
21:21Your mic's alive.
21:22Pasha is still alive.
21:22Just to remind you, your mic's alive.
21:24Keep going.
21:24Your mic's alive.
21:25Pasha, keep talking.
21:26We've got a flosser.
21:28Honestly, I'm so happy to say that I've got two of these at home.
21:32You just cannot go wrong with it.
21:34Do you want one of those?
21:35I can get you one.
21:37No.
21:38No.
21:38Your grandmother's got an electric one.
21:40Plug it in the mains and it blasts out like a...
21:43A jet washer.
21:44Like a jet washer, it is.
21:46A mini jet washer.
21:47It's £29.99.
21:48It is such a cheap price for this.
21:50I'm not joking.
21:51My dentist would probably charge me about £150 to £200.
21:55That's in her experience.
21:56Make sure she really...
21:57Make sure you mention your experience.
21:58...not anybody else's.
21:59Ever since I started using this,
22:01my plaque has reduced so much.
22:04Potentially.
22:05All of this, you've got to...
22:06Listen.
22:06You're making a lot of claims here.
22:08Now, I've had probably...
22:09I've had mine for about two years now.
22:12The difference it has made.
22:13Pasha, I need you to say that your experiences may differ with this product.
22:18You...
22:18Honestly, my experience with this, it has been life-changing.
22:22Obviously, your experiences may vary, Pasha.
22:24You need to say that now.
22:25Everyone in here is saying it.
22:26You have to say your experience may differ.
22:28But everyone's experience is different.
22:30And obviously, some people, you know, it might not be for them.
22:33We got there in the end.
22:35I do want to show you guys how to use it as well.
22:39I'm going to use a salad.
22:40So, I'm just going to put some food in my tooth.
22:43And just show you.
22:53I mean, don't do that.
22:55Put it in your mouth, guys.
22:57I did just spray my face.
22:59How can you demo that?
23:01You need a stooge, like Priyash.
23:04Everyone that has got one, you're going to absolutely love it.
23:07And thank you.
23:09Thank you so much.
23:10Your mic is out.
23:12Next to the table...
23:13I can't believe I sprayed my face.
23:15Karishma and Lawrence.
23:17We're going live in three, two, and one.
23:21The Envision.
23:22What's up, Lawrence?
23:23Karishma, good to see you.
23:25It's nice to see you.
23:25Long time no see.
23:27And hello.
23:27And hello.
23:27I'm Lawrence.
23:28And we have got a whirlwind of a product today for you.
23:32This is the portable at-home table tennis set.
23:35I like table tennis.
23:37I haven't played for ages.
23:38I'm a good table tennis player.
23:40It is 168cm long, so we've put on a little table here.
23:45Guys, there's no-one calling in.
23:46Get excited.
23:47Come on, play it.
23:48A lot of energy.
23:49My dad would absolutely love this.
23:51My dad would go crazy for this.
23:52He gets so competitive with his friends on a game of table tennis.
23:55Play it, guys.
23:57Show them how to play the bats.
23:58Guys, play it.
23:59Pick up the bats.
24:00£9.99.
24:01You get really, really, really excited.
24:03Guys, play the actual ping pong.
24:05Play it.
24:05I don't know why you're not playing.
24:06Come on.
24:07Game on.
24:08First of three.
24:09Well, I don't know why you're being so aggressive with it, Lawrence.
24:11Like, it's a tiny table.
24:13I don't think Lawrence should apply for the Olympics.
24:16Table tennis Olympics, somehow.
24:18Look at this box.
24:19This all packs up into a box this big.
24:21Guys, we don't have long left.
24:23I think you should keep playing the game.
24:25They started buying it when you played the game.
24:27Let's play.
24:28Let's play with each other and, like, let's have a great time.
24:31I mean, this is fun.
24:32Because this is fun.
24:32This is legitimately fun.
24:34Twelve.
24:34Fourteen sold, guys.
24:36They're pushing now.
24:37Keep playing.
24:37We are up to twelve buyers.
24:39We are going up and we don't have long left.
24:41We've only got a couple of minutes.
24:42Right.
24:43Here we go.
24:44I could do it in the boardroom.
24:46Tim one end and Karen the other end, and I could be the umpire.
24:49I've had a great time.
24:50So have I, Lawrence.
24:51This has been fun.
24:52You know who I feel bad for?
24:53Anyone that missed out.
24:55Right.
24:55Let them know what they're doing, guys.
24:56Clock is zero.
24:56Okay, guys, you're moving on to your final product.
24:58The final.
24:58It's the ring.
25:00Okay.
25:01Let's walk over here, Lawrence.
25:02So we can really get to business here.
25:04I'm impressed by this, and I can't wait for you to talk about these stones.
25:07Let me shock you right now, because in this entire building in our warehouse, back there, there's only 11 of
25:13these.
25:13There's no one on the lines at the moment.
25:15I think they need to be a bit more personal with it now.
25:17Guys, be a bit more personal with it now.
25:19Why would you get it?
25:20Jebo is actually the gemstone capital of the world.
25:23A lot of incredible gemstones come from there, but not Tanzanite.
25:27Keep it personal to you as well.
25:29Would you buy this for your partner?
25:30Krishma, would you want this?
25:32Tanzanite only comes from one country on the globe, and that is Tanzania.
25:37Can you please just push the personal element?
25:39People want to know why you would get it.
25:40There is only an eight-mile strip in Tanzania, it's called Tanzanite, where you can get or mine this stone.
25:48Bloody boring, it's the same bloody thing all the time.
25:51When this is mined, I was really curious to know.
25:54And we've not sold a single one.
25:5650 seconds.
25:5850 seconds, guys.
25:59You will regret it if you don't get it for your wife.
26:02You will get it if you don't get it for yourself.
26:04The actual first mozanites that we found on Earth came from an asteroid.
26:07It's unbelievable.
26:08It's unbelievable.
26:08I don't get this.
26:09Why would you keep saying it all the time?
26:12Five.
26:13Four.
26:14Three.
26:15Two.
26:16And one.
26:16I hope someone really makes that right decision.
26:19Thank you so much.
26:21Oh, my God.
26:22None sold.
26:24No.
26:25Hi, guys.
26:26Hi.
26:27That was tough.
26:28I'm so gutted that we didn't sell any of the ring, because I feel like that is such a gorgeous
26:33item, so it just shocks me.
26:35Prishma said that jewellery is her thing, she knows what she's doing, so I had so much faith to at
26:40least sell one.
26:41It was too much history talk and not enough pushing.
26:45I'm just so gutted.
26:46We're just going to have to see tomorrow.
26:526pm.
26:52All it needs to be is better than the other team.
26:54Yeah, that's not going to be hard, is it boys?
26:57Preparing for the air.
26:58Yeah.
26:58So what's going out live?
26:59This screen.
27:00Okay, cool.
27:01Connor's team.
27:02Right, we're going live with graphics.
27:04Three.
27:04Two.
27:05And one.
27:06Your mic is live.
27:07Vision next.
27:08InVision.
27:09Hello and welcome back.
27:12As you can see down here, we have a beautiful purple aesthetic core circuit workout from home machine.
27:19Right, we're going on at 149 now.
27:21We are going live with the product at 149.
27:25This can be yours for 149.
27:27Colin, we've got no corners mate, I need energy.
27:30I'm going to call in my colleague Dan.
27:31Dan.
27:33Are you?
27:34This is Dan.
27:35Hi everyone.
27:36Oh my god, look who's here.
27:38Dan the man's turned up.
27:40Callers, what I want to do is give a demonstration of this.
27:43Show the camera the item.
27:45Workout from home.
27:46So, what I'm going to do is this is portable.
27:49You can pop it into your house at home.
27:51Dan is looking very confused.
27:55Imagine a gym and your house.
27:58Dan looks very static.
27:59Let's get some movement.
28:00I'm going to get you to pop down on your knees and do a plank for me.
28:04We also have a timer on here, so I'm going to set a 30 second timer for you to hold
28:08your plank for 30 minutes.
28:0930 minutes.
28:11Strong core.
28:13Good work Dan.
28:14Now, I'm going to join you as well for a bit of Pilates on the same side.
28:18We've got zero callers lads.
28:20I need Dan to really get into it.
28:22It is high resistance.
28:24There is a timer on there.
28:25Big, yeah.
28:25Dan, show us your little pretty ones.
28:26You're having fun.
28:27You're breaking a sweat.
28:28We've got one caller on the line.
28:29Do not lose it.
28:30We have a caller on the line, so I just do want to explain to them.
28:33Dan's gone.
28:34He's knocked himself out, Dan.
28:36He's got to have a rest.
28:37And let me tell you, this is not easy.
28:40Heading to the break.
28:41Three, two, one.
28:44And thank you so much, folks.
28:46Rolling.
28:48Connor was making it look really hard.
28:50If I was watching that, I'd think I'd have to be an Olympic gymnast to be able to purchase it.
28:54And that may put me off.
28:56Do you want me to come in now?
28:58I'll call.
28:59You call me in.
28:59Cool.
29:00Hoping the bracelet they chose will shine.
29:02Hi, Dan. Can you hear us?
29:04Yeah.
29:04Good man.
29:05Dan and Rossner.
29:06Vision next in Vision.
29:08Okay.
29:09Well, good evening, everyone, and welcome back.
29:12Where's he looking?
29:12He's looking over there.
29:14It's one of a kind piece, and it's really something for every occasion.
29:18Lots of smiles at the camera.
29:19If you're thinking of going out for a birthday, a party.
29:22Look down the camera lens, mate.
29:25Now, I am going to invite my colleague Rothner.
29:27She's going to come and try this bracelet on.
29:29So, I'm just going to take the bracelet off here.
29:31Clip it in.
29:33Let me just pop this in.
29:35Yeah.
29:35Oh.
29:36You're fumbling around.
29:37Are you struggling with it?
29:38You're struggling.
29:40Apologies.
29:40That's all right.
29:42All you've got to do is clip it in, and there's two little claps here.
29:45There you are.
29:45Done.
29:46Price drop, 119.
29:47Oh, what's that?
29:48I hear we've got an incredible price drop coming up.
29:51119.
29:52Sold one.
29:53There.
29:53And we've just sold one in the line.
29:54So, who have we sold it to?
29:56Jamie.
29:57We've just sold...
29:57So, Jamie, you've bought yourself this beautiful, beautiful bracelet,
30:00and I really hope that you enjoy this.
30:02Good lad.
30:03Really well done, mate.
30:04I think they must have jiffed him up.
30:06He's warmed up a little bit.
30:08Yeah.
30:08Two-minute countdown.
30:09Okay, we've got two minutes left.
30:10Oh, my gosh.
30:11So, what I'm going to do, I'm going to pop it on your wrist once more.
30:13Yeah, go for it.
30:13Oh, two sold.
30:14There you are, look.
30:15Velma.
30:16Velma's just bought one.
30:17And I've just heard that Velma has just brought another one of these bracelets.
30:20Thank you so much, Velma.
30:21We only have five left in stock.
30:24Five left in stock.
30:25Push, push, push.
30:26We have just five more left in stock.
30:28I can see that we've sold quite a few.
30:29Four gone now.
30:30Four.
30:31Five.
30:32Gene's just bought.
30:33Thank you, Gene.
30:34Gene.
30:35Okay, thank you, Gene.
30:36We've just seen that you've come through on the call here.
30:38Congratulations on your new purchase.
30:40We really hope that you love it.
30:41And I'm going to hand over to my colleagues for the next show.
30:43Well done.
30:44Wow.
30:46You did.
30:47Outstanding.
30:49Next on screen.
30:50We're going live in three, two, and one.
30:54Sales Supremo, Kieran.
30:56Your mic is live.
30:57Vision X.
30:58InVision.
31:00Your mic is up.
31:02Hello and welcome.
31:03My name is Kieran.
31:04Today I've got these luxury yoga mats.
31:07Now, a mat.
31:09You can only say so much about a mat.
31:10I mean, what can you say about a mat?
31:12They come with a little strap like this.
31:17For a real estate salesman, it's not setting the world alight here at the moment.
31:23Kieran, we can't see the mat.
31:24Get on the ground.
31:25Get on the ground.
31:26Get on the mat.
31:29Can you hear us, Kieran?
31:31Not if you can hear us.
31:33Brilliant.
31:34Just more energy.
31:35Let's get into it.
31:36Yeah.
31:37There we go.
31:38And then, you whack it over your shoulder.
31:40You can walk anywhere you want with that.
31:42This is a hard sell.
31:44A real hard sell.
31:46Kieran, talk about how comfortable it feels on you.
31:48Goodness me.
31:51Is there some yoga?
31:52Some gymnastics?
31:53Some ab?
31:54I mean, what's nice is the grip on it.
31:56If you're doing a little workout, you know.
32:00He's in trouble here, aren't he?
32:02He really is.
32:04Keep talking.
32:07If you're one of them people that want to wake up and get that morning stretch.
32:11Kieran, we're going to do final price with Levi in.
32:13We're going to do final price now.
32:14Ready?
32:15My colleague Levi is going to come and show you how to do some yoga.
32:18How we doing, everybody?
32:20My name's Levi.
32:21Oh, here he is.
32:22One minute.
32:23Final price.
32:24Is that final price?
32:25Levi.
32:25Well, if the final price is coming, I'm going to have to knock out some pretzels.
32:29If he does the pretzels.
32:30Are we ready?
32:30I want everyone on the lines now.
32:32This is the one.
32:33Get on the phone.
32:349.99.
32:35Final price.
32:36Push them.
32:37Ten seconds.
32:38To buy these now.
32:39Come on.
32:40Keep talking.
32:41Three.
32:42Two.
32:43And one.
32:45All right, your mics are out.
32:47Dead horse to flog.
32:48A dead horse to flog.
32:49Very good.
32:51All right, stand by for your mic.
32:53Last shot for Connor's team.
32:56Levi's chosen gadget.
32:58Three, two, one.
32:59Your mic is live.
33:01Which camera am I looking at?
33:03And your mic is live.
33:05Right.
33:06How we doing, everybody?
33:07And welcome.
33:08I'm Levi.
33:09Oh, here we go again.
33:10This is a shoe dryer.
33:13Talk about how much your missus will love that.
33:15She'll be so impressed with you.
33:16I know.
33:16After me and my missus have been on the rise round town.
33:19Bit of a smelly shoe.
33:20All I have to do is just pop it on.
33:22You'd put me off listening to you, mate.
33:25You really would.
33:26We're going to show you how this is done.
33:28Kieran, we can't see you ahead.
33:29If you're going to come in, come in.
33:31Put some water in.
33:32How to buy.
33:33Pick up the phone and call the number.
33:35There's two people, mate.
33:36That's it.
33:36He's got us.
33:37We just need to trust him.
33:39Odour is eliminated.
33:40Final two minutes.
33:42Starting now.
33:42OK, we've sold one.
33:43Are in construction.
33:45And my feet were absolutely stinking.
33:48And do you know what else happened?
33:49I got athlete's foot from it.
33:51I know.
33:51It's minging.
33:52Got a ratchet jaws about athlete's foot.
33:55Well, the thing is, you're not just going to get athlete's foot from just working outside the construction.
33:59It's something you didn't think you need, but you'll use it every single day.
34:02Yeah.
34:02Just relax.
34:03My girlfriend really needs these sort of.
34:05They stink.
34:07Cheers, buddy.
34:09I'll put them on here for you.
34:10This is torture.
34:11This is...
34:12Think about all the shoes that you can have dried.
34:15Any kind of, you know, living in the UK, bad weather happens all the time.
34:20He's got only 25 seconds.
34:21You've got Ailes.
34:22You've got your gym trainers.
34:24He's got some more trainers.
34:26Well, I'm getting fed up now.
34:28How long more is this going on for?
34:30You've got 20 seconds left.
34:31Eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, and one.
34:39We're rolling the break.
34:40Your work is out.
34:41Thank you very much.
34:43Is that it?
34:44Thank God for that.
34:45Yay!
34:47Come on.
34:48Really good.
34:49High five every day.
34:50That was hard.
34:52Look, did we sell as much as we wanted to?
34:54No.
34:54I am extremely disappointed.
34:56That was chaotic.
34:57The failure of the task, if we do lose tomorrow in the ballroom, it's got to come down to the
35:01peak.
35:0110pm.
35:02People with no sales experience have gone on and sold.
35:07Conor didn't.
35:07Let's get out of here.
35:08Okay, let's go.
35:09Let's go.
35:10Tonight, back to the house.
35:13Tomorrow, final sales revealed in the boardroom.
35:25I'm a little bit nervous today because obviously it didn't sell any of my deal of the day
35:29pieces.
35:30So, a little bit upset and scared to what's going to happen in the ballroom today.
35:35I brought Conor back to the boardroom last week.
35:38He's definitely going to bring me back if we lose.
35:41It's game on.
35:41I'm ready for a war.
35:43I feel like I'm walking into a lion's den with nothing to defend myself with.
35:46It is a live TV selling challenge.
35:48I'm not sure if I sold anything, so that leaves me in a pretty vulnerable position.
35:52You can go through to the boardroom now.
36:13So, TV shopping, Team Alpha, I believe that Karishma, you wanted to be the project manager,
36:24is that right?
36:25Yes, Lord Sugar.
36:26But then again, Pasha, you haven't been a project manager, have you?
36:29No, Lord Sugar.
36:30You kind of like ducked it for the past nine years.
36:31I was waiting for the right task.
36:33I haven't got experience live selling.
36:35However, I do have a big following on TikTok and I do have a social media presence.
36:40So, you know, I just felt like my skills and abilities would be best for this sort of task.
36:46Okay, so Pasha's passion versus Karishma's charisma.
36:51Yeah, I've heard that and I think we worked really well together.
36:55Okay, so product selection.
36:56The structure that I went in with is I want a high cost item and a low cost item.
37:01If we can sell just a few of the high cost items, potentially that could be the reason that we
37:06win the task.
37:07So, what you ended up with was the headphones, the water flosser and table tennis.
37:13Yeah.
37:14So, where was your luck, Karishma, while all this was going on?
37:18So, Lawrence and I spoke with the jewellery expert.
37:21We were also joined with Rothner and Dan.
37:23We kind of were competing to get the product we wanted.
37:26We expressed our interest in the mid-range item.
37:29You mean the ring?
37:30The ring, the tanzanite ring.
37:31I was watching you selling that stuff.
37:34Apparently, there was 11 in stock or something like that.
37:38Is that right?
37:39Yeah.
37:40Yeah.
37:42There still is 11 in stock also at the moment.
37:45There is.
37:46Because I'm afraid you didn't succeed.
37:47And one of the reasons I think you didn't succeed was because, in my opinion, you missed out the point
37:54of who you were selling to.
37:55It should be love.
37:57It should be about, you know, a gift for somebody.
38:01Instead, you start giving them a geographic description of where it comes from.
38:07Who gives a shit about that?
38:10Not exactly Lord of the Rings there, my friend.
38:12Not quite, no.
38:13I mean, in fairness, Karishma knew a lot about the rings.
38:17And I think there was a bit of scarcity because it only comes from a very small area.
38:21Hmm.
38:22Anyway, I think the first people on your team was you and you with the headphones, right?
38:29Correct.
38:30OK.
38:30And in the gallery was them two.
38:32Correct.
38:32Yeah.
38:33And silence, I heard.
38:36You sat there doing nothing for a while.
38:40Karishma, you were close to Mike.
38:41Do you agree with that?
38:43So, we were instructed...
38:45Was you getting much feedback initially?
38:47Um, initially, to be honest, my earpiece was cutting out every...
38:52No, it wasn't cutting out.
38:53It wasn't cutting out.
38:53They weren't talking.
38:54Oh, OK.
38:55Well...
38:55I mean, my noise-cancelling headphones, it sounded like you must have had noise-cancelling
39:00microphones in there.
39:02Anyway, let me come on to the flosser.
39:05Yeah.
39:05I was very confident selling it just because I have it at home.
39:08And I did want to have food there as well, which unfortunately...
39:12I saw that.
39:13You had some spinach.
39:14You stick some in your mouth, right?
39:17And then you get the machine, blow on it, and then you take it out of your mouth with
39:21your fingers again.
39:22Yeah, it was a bit...
39:23Very, very, very good.
39:25Yeah.
39:25The water power coming out of that thing.
39:27It was powerful, yeah.
39:28I could use it to clean my car.
39:30Yeah, yeah.
39:30And then there's the ping-pong.
39:33I like that ping-pong thing.
39:35I was thinking of setting it up in here for me and Jim to play.
39:39Good work.
39:41You sold 28 of those, actually.
39:43Yeah.
39:43Anyway, there we are.
39:45So, Team Eclipse.
39:48Now, Connor, you ended up with what I will call the core machine.
39:52Yoga mat.
39:53Correct.
39:54Boring.
39:56And the shoe dryer.
39:57Unusual item, right?
40:00So, you start off, Connor, with the...
40:03The core circus.
40:04The core circus.
40:05It looked like you were having an argument with an ironing board, actually.
40:08Yeah.
40:09Yeah.
40:09I definitely...
40:10Look, I came in with high energy and passion, and I was hoping to shift that by using my energy.
40:15Then you call upon Dan, who comes in, done a few bits and pieces, and then went off.
40:23We were doing a couple to work out at one stage.
40:25I was doing Pilates, and Dan was doing some core exercises.
40:27Yeah.
40:28I do think it was sellable.
40:30I just probably didn't do myself justice.
40:33Moving on from there, then.
40:35So, you had the bracelet.
40:38You looked like you were putting on handcuffs at one stage.
40:42Or, like, you lost the key.
40:45You were fumbling around.
40:46Dan did very well, also, in terms of engaging with the customers and saying their names,
40:51actually saying which were the key.
40:52Yeah, when you...
40:52It was quite clever, that, when we said thank you for the order and all that.
40:56Oh, and they got some orders, did they?
40:57Oh, yeah.
40:58They got some orders for it.
41:00Yeah.
41:00I was extremely proud of Dan for putting himself out of his comfort zone, almost,
41:03and really applying himself.
41:05He exceeded, probably, all of our expectations.
41:07Oh, there you go.
41:09Compliments there, Dan.
41:10That's very kind.
41:11Compliments.
41:11All right.
41:13Moving on.
41:14We've got Kieran on the...
41:16Yoga mat.
41:17Yoga mat.
41:18And that, I mean, I've got to tell you, that was painful, my friend.
41:22Painful.
41:23Did you say, I'll do that one?
41:25I said, I would do that one.
41:28But I also offered to take a high-end item as well.
41:32It looked like a thick doormat to me.
41:35Yeah.
41:35As yoga mats go, it wasn't bad.
41:37It's a starch seller.
41:38Yeah.
41:38Can I just add, Lord Sugar, I expected that the boys would probably pick an item that they
41:41were personally really confident selling.
41:43Kieran's great at selling, so I was pretty shocked that he was just going to be selling
41:47the mats, but then he was confident he could sell them in large quantity.
41:50Okay.
41:51Well, moving on, we went to the most unusual item, the shoe dryer, which Levi took the role.
42:00That's right, Lord Sugar.
42:01Yeah, that's correct.
42:02I mean, it's an unusual item.
42:04In fact, I bought one from my wife for Christmas, so she's going to be delighted with it, I'm
42:09sure, when she opens it up.
42:12I think she's going to throw that straight back at you.
42:15Yeah.
42:16I mean, you're putting shoes on the wrong way round, pouring water in trainers.
42:22To be fair, Lord Sugar.
42:23And then Butch Cassidy comes running in at the end to help you out, you know?
42:29It was quite hard to get my bearings, to be fair, Lord Sugar.
42:33In gallery, it sounded like somebody ate the microphone and people were just shouting.
42:39And then, yeah, it was hard to concentrate, try and get a point across while it's getting
42:43a load in the ear.
42:46Right, okay, well, it's that time now.
42:51Let's have a look and see how we did, shall we?
42:58So, the thing you should know about TV selling is that you may have expectations of what you
43:06think you sold, but as you know, people change their minds, right?
43:09So, I've now got the real confirmed figures from the Shopping Channel.
43:16So, Tim, can you tell me the final results of your team?
43:21Well, you mentioned a number of sales that have been made, but unfortunately not all of
43:24those sales went through, including the one high-priced item of the Core Crusher that was
43:30almost sold, but somebody pulled out.
43:32But they still managed to sell 18 products, giving them a total sales on the day of £773.82.
43:42Well done, everyone.
43:43Right.
43:43Okay.
43:44Good.
43:45Karen, same question.
43:46How did your team get on?
43:48Well, unfortunately, not all of their sales went through either, including one of the high-priced
43:54headphones.
43:56And their highest-priced item, Alan, the ring, you know, they didn't sell any of those
44:01at all.
44:04But they did still manage to sell 40 items across the hour, totaling £893.60.
44:13Right.
44:15Well done, Team Alpha.
44:18Your first time as a project manager, and you pulled it through.
44:22Yeah.
44:23Okay.
44:23Make your way back to the house.
44:24I'll see you on the next task, okay?
44:28Good luck, guys.
44:33Stop.
44:34Oh, yes.
44:35Team Sam was my best task as well.
44:37I'm so proud of you guys.
44:39Well...
44:42Okay, well, so go away, have a chat amongst yourselves, come back and we'll decide who's
44:49leaving.
44:50Okay?
44:50Off you go.
44:55Big item made the difference, didn't it?
44:57Yeah.
44:58Well, no, I mean, they sold 40 items and they sold 18.
45:01Hmm.
45:04Oh, my God.
45:05You smashed it, Pasha.
45:07I cannot tell you how relieved I am.
45:11Obviously, I've had my two wins as sub-team, but that's not enough.
45:14I wanted to step forward and deliver.
45:15One more task.
45:16Yeah.
45:17And then we're in the final five.
45:18Yeah.
45:18We just need to get there now.
45:23One of the things, though, that I did say in strategy is, like, bringing high energy
45:26was great, but I think, ultimately, what you two failed to do was to harness it in the
45:30correct way.
45:31We sold, mate.
45:32Yeah, and I accept I didn't.
45:34You guys only sold two units.
45:35I had a roll-up bit of foam, mate.
45:37Connor sold nothing.
45:38Kieran didn't sell a lot, and he's supposed to be an amazing salesperson.
45:40And quite frankly, I don't really know what Levi is good at, other than being a great
45:43guy.
45:43The one person I was disappointed in, Kieran, is you.
45:46I have to say, I've worked with you, and I thought you were great.
45:48Yeah, go for it, girl.
45:48When you were presenting, I honestly thought you'd do a bit better.
45:51Just because...
45:51We failed the task for lack of instruction and no sales.
45:54Kieran loves to deflect, and he loves to say he can't do something at the last
45:57moment.
45:57He said he'd take a high ticket item just as we were heading out the door.
46:00As he sounded enthusiastic about the yoga mat, I gave it to him.
46:02Then he said, maybe not, I can do yoga.
46:04The reality is that we didn't make enough sales.
46:06It's down to selling.
46:07I mean, myself and Rothner sold the most, and I know it wasn't loads, but we sold high
46:11ticketed items and sold multiple of them.
46:13I would have thought with lower ticketed items, we could have sold a few more.
46:16The failure in this task lies with project manager Connor and Kieran.
46:20The polar opposites, they don't work well together in it, and it showed in this task.
46:35Yes, would you send the candidates in, please?
46:51Well, you lot lost by £120, which is not a lot of money.
46:59Now, Alpha sold 40 products, and you sold 18 only.
47:05So, Connor, the core machine that you demonstrated, the last time the professional presenter did
47:13it, they sold 55.
47:15Yeah, so my plan with the core circuit yoga was to target audience.
47:20The older or maybe new to fitness, and then the more experienced user of fitness like myself.
47:25I demonstrated it as someone who's maybe avid in fitness and wants to use it to enhance their workouts,
47:29maybe after a cardio session.
47:30I think it implied you had to be very fit to use it.
47:32Yeah.
47:34Elibaba, I'm not surprised you were sweating because you hadn't sold any.
47:37Yeah, definitely.
47:38I did give it my all, it did give my energy, and I hold my hands up.
47:41I'm disappointed as PM that I didn't sell one item.
47:43I mean, Dan walking in, it looked like you called in a bloke from IT, you know.
47:49Now then, Rothner and Dan, the bracelets, you only sold three.
47:58They usually sell 21 in that slot.
48:01I am disappointed that we only ended up selling three of them.
48:04I did really believe in the product, and I hoped it'd come across.
48:08If you'd have got the ring and sold three of them, like you sold three of the bracelets, you would
48:12have won.
48:12So, we didn't go with that.
48:14Why didn't you get the ring?
48:14We thought maybe Connor might find the ring a bit too expensive.
48:18He was quite clear about asking for a mid-range item.
48:20But when I asked for numbers in the brainstorm, he didn't give any numbers.
48:25My mid-range could be very different to your mid-range.
48:27Your role was to pick deal of the day.
48:29What she's trying to say is that it was left to our own devices to pick what we thought was
48:33the most sensible item that we could sell on TV.
48:36But that's why you replaced the mat team.
48:37And you picked the cheapest.
48:39Yeah.
48:41Now, moving on, the yoga mat.
48:44This company has sold 390 in the last session.
48:49You sold six, and you say you are a super salesman.
48:54Exactly, I'm a salesman, yeah, absolutely.
48:57Well, you didn't sell many, did you?
48:59So, I did offer to swap the high-end item.
49:02I was told no.
49:03Were you not extremely enthusiastic about the yoga mat?
49:05I said I could take the course.
49:06Never said I wasn't, mate.
49:07I'd done the sit-ups.
49:08I'd done a few press-ups.
49:09Exactly.
49:09Levi come in to perform on the mat right at the end.
49:13You should have sent him in earlier.
49:14It was a bit painful to watch, so I looked at galleries.
49:17You were painful to watch, my friend.
49:19You were really painful to watch all the way around, including the shoe dryer thing.
49:24I mean, what a bloody product that is.
49:27And do you know what?
49:28They usually sell 300 in a session.
49:30300!
49:31I've never heard of it.
49:32And you sold three.
49:33I did try to explain about the shoe drying properties.
49:36But when I had somebody, like, team shouting in my ears, I had Kieran walking towards me.
49:41It was very distracting for me.
49:42Well, one of the comments from a viewer was that this is a joke.
49:46I'm flabbergasted.
49:47I can't watch it anymore.
49:49They tuned out.
49:50Right?
49:51And I have to say, I was flabbergasted also.
49:54I think it was diabolical.
49:55I do believe that, on reflection, it's actually time.
50:04I've won most at Tasselor.
50:06No, you didn't win them.
50:08You didn't win.
50:09You didn't win.
50:10It seems.
50:10So, you know what, Levi, it is with regret.
50:17You're fired.
50:18OK.
50:18Thank you for the opportunity, Baroness Brady, Lord Sugar, Tim.
50:22If you ever need an earn, get in touch with me.
50:25Yeah.
50:27Best of luck.
50:28Thanks.
50:35Um, Connor, which two people are you bringing back into this boardroom?
50:41Um, based on what I've heard, I'm going to bring back Kieran,
50:44and I'm going to bring back Dan.
50:47Right.
50:47OK.
50:49Rothner, you can go back to the house.
50:51Thank you, Lord Sugar.
50:53Good luck.
50:59OK, you three gentlemen step outside, and, um, when you come back in,
51:05we'll see who is going to leave.
51:07OK?
51:08Thank you very much.
51:16I can see why you made a decision to exit Levi from the process.
51:21Yeah, I mean, on this particular task, it was the worst TV selling
51:24I've ever seen in this whole process.
51:27It was worse.
51:28Painful.
51:29Anyway, Kieran, I mean, he's a chirpy chappy.
51:32He chirped a lot, but he didn't make the sales.
51:34The important thing on this task was to convert the products
51:38to something that the audience wanted.
51:40And, unfortunately, he made such a hash of that mat,
51:43nobody bought anywhere near the numbers that you said
51:46you got from the channel themselves.
51:48Then the man.
51:49Obviously, they sold three bracelets.
51:51Had they instead of chosen the ring and sold three rings,
51:54they would have won.
51:55I mean, he was with Rothner when they picked it.
51:58Maybe they didn't engage the buyers as well as they could have.
52:01Um, Connor.
52:02Well, Connor's a great talker.
52:04He emphasised his ability in front of the camera,
52:07but he wasn't that good behind the camera.
52:10Unfortunately, a lot of this does rest on his shoulders.
52:12Mmm.
52:15Could you stand the three of them in, please?
52:26So, on this task, Connor, you were the project manager.
52:32You've been a project manager twice, right?
52:35And, regretfully, you lost twice.
52:37Mmm.
52:38Why have you brought these two back in then?
52:41Um, when I made my selection, I reviewed the entire process
52:44that we've made it here.
52:45Um, when it comes to Ciaran, in fairness to Ciaran,
52:48Ciaran has grabbed the bull by the horns
52:49and he's really applied himself,
52:51but at times he's been called difficult to work with
52:53and disruptive.
52:54So, in terms of looking for your next apprentice,
52:56I just don't know if he would be the correct candidate.
52:58Everyone works with people differently.
53:00Correct.
53:01Yeah.
53:01And that's not my decision to make,
53:03but that's just my perspective.
53:04When it came to Dan,
53:05Dan was slow to get into the process
53:07and maybe didn't apply himself every week
53:09to the extent that me personally has.
53:11Well, I mean, this was a selling task.
53:13Um, myself, I sold £300 worth of stuff.
53:15They sold £60 between them both.
53:17And I think throughout the whole of this process,
53:19I know it took me a little while to settle into it,
53:21but this has been a big learning curve for myself.
53:23I've developed a lot of skills.
53:24I've learned how to work with people
53:25but I wouldn't necessarily usually work with.
53:26And I think I've really grown in this process
53:28in terms of becoming a better business person
53:31for yourself, Lord Sugar.
53:32Yeah.
53:32Hmm.
53:33Kieran, super salesman, sold six,
53:36been on the losing side five times.
53:40Yes, Lord Sugar.
53:41I've put myself forward for a lot of things.
53:44I haven't shied away.
53:46I've given everything my all.
53:47It's the team effort, not just an individual effort.
53:50So where I might have small wins,
53:51the team may not always win.
53:53Hmm.
53:53Right.
53:55Well, here we have a dilemma, really.
53:58I have to make a decision.
54:00Lord Sugar, if I may.
54:01Yes.
54:02I've been project manager twice on the same task.
54:06And you won once by default.
54:08Arguably a win, yeah.
54:10Yeah.
54:12If I stay in this process,
54:13I would like to be the project manager on task 10
54:15to prove to you what I can do.
54:18If I lose, we shake hands, I walk out.
54:20Right.
54:21That's very interesting.
54:23Anybody else want to make that offer?
54:26I don't feel the need to.
54:27I can if I want to.
54:29I've felt that over the last eight tasks,
54:31I don't need another task to prove myself.
54:33I have given myself one.
54:35You know you've lost five,
54:36been in the losing team five times.
54:39Correct.
54:39And every time within those tasks,
54:40the project manager has usually always had
54:42a very specific role that they've wanted me to excel in.
54:44And at numerous times within this process,
54:46I have excelled.
54:47I don't need a 10th task to beg you to take me.
54:50You don't?
54:51I don't.
54:52I don't think I do.
54:53What about you, Dan?
54:55I feel like over the past nine tasks,
54:57I've really kind of proven myself in many different ways.
55:01I do believe that ultimately,
55:03you've got to decide who you want to go into business with.
55:05I know that I've only ever worked for myself.
55:06I'm an entrepreneur through and through.
55:07That's all I know.
55:08And the industry that I'm in, I know it so well.
55:10So it's whether you think there's great potential
55:12with my business that I've got
55:14and if it's something you want to join me on the journey with.
55:16Hmm.
55:18I have observed you over the past nine weeks.
55:25Dan,
55:29you're going to remain in this process, okay?
55:31Thank you, Lord Sugar.
55:33Um,
55:35this leaves me you too.
55:39And,
55:42yeah.
55:50At this stage, Connor,
55:52it's been very nice to,
55:53er,
55:54meet you and be associated with you.
55:57But I have to think about
55:58a kind of a gut feeling, okay?
56:01So,
56:02you're fired.
56:03Thank you so much for the opportunity.
56:05I've had an amazing time.
56:06You've come through nine weeks.
56:08I know.
56:08Of difficult stuff, okay?
56:09Brilliant.
56:10And you've done good.
56:11Yeah.
56:12Okay, so I wish you well.
56:12Thank you so much, everyone.
56:13Okay.
56:14Best of luck, Connor.
56:22Right, gentlemen.
56:24Um,
56:24difficult decision there.
56:27You two go back to the house.
56:28I'll see you on the next task.
56:31You are going to be the project manager.
56:33You asked for it.
56:34You got it.
56:35If I lose, I won't.
56:36Okay?
56:36You've got it.
56:37And I've got bad news for you.
56:39It's got nothing to do with selling houses.
56:41Okay?
56:42Off you go.
56:43Thank you for that.
56:43That's right.
56:44Thanks.
56:48Wow.
56:49Kieran, be careful what you wish for.
56:51Big gamble.
56:52Connor has really learned a lot from the places.
56:54I wish him well.
56:55I do wish him well.
56:56I think he's ready for the next stage of his business life.
57:02I have done so many things that I never would have done if it wasn't for this process.
57:06We all had a scream.
57:08We had a laugh.
57:08It was an amazing time.
57:10I am gutted about it.
57:11It is what it is.
57:12I'm a big believer that everything happens for a reason.
57:14I'm sure there's another investor out there for me.
57:18I do honestly think that Connor's had his chances now.
57:22But he might have talked his way out of it.
57:24Who's fought the most is what we want to know.
57:26Kieran definitely looked fuming in Loser's Cafe.
57:31There's no one I would want to go up against less than Kieran.
57:33Speaking of the devil.
57:35Yay!
57:39Well done boys.
57:41Danny, I need you coming back.
57:43Oh my God guys, sit down.
57:45Tell us what happened.
57:46It was like proper heated.
57:48Yeah.
57:48And then I just went, I'll be PM next week.
57:52If I lose I walk.
57:53Did you?
57:54The most Kieran thing I've ever had.
57:55Yeah.
57:55If I lose I walk.
57:56Wow.
57:57Oh my gosh.
58:01Now, seven candidates remain.
58:03The search for Lord Sugar's next business partner continues.
58:10Next time.
58:11You're going to come up with a new pet product.
58:14Pets.
58:15What does a cat like?
58:17Oh, they like cheese.
58:19Pressure.
58:19It's really terrible.
58:21I don't want to hear none of that anymore.
58:22It's negative.
58:23It's put me in a bad mood.
58:24And in the boardroom.
58:25You didn't try hard enough.
58:26You didn't push them enough.
58:28Walkies.
58:29You're fired.
58:56You have to go.
58:57Walkies.
58:57Daniel is a hat.
58:57Heür único Boyero.
58:58It'sftig-seeing for a job Marriang.
58:59I need that?
58:59It's The top of this planet.
58:59There's the time scale.
58:59It's mountains every day.
59:00You're feeding theорм,
59:00There's alwaysех.
