01:33And then she is, the next day, goes to the police and claims that Puka Nakua did two
01:39things.
01:39Because one bit her with an entire, like he's biting an apple.
01:46Like those teeth marks.
01:47And, by the way, she proved that she was bitten.
01:50And now, let me deal with this one first.
01:53While it says alleged bite mark there on her body, Puka's lawyers admitted it.

01:59By the accounts I've read today, that he does not deny that if you match those bite marks
02:04up with his mouth or dental, whatever you think, those are his teeth.
02:09And the lawyer said, yes, he bit her, but it was a part of like some like foreplay horseplay.

02:41So, look, I typically say I want to see all the facts play out before I'm going to go after

02:47Because guys, famous people especially, get accused of things, especially with sexual
02:52relationship, where we got to take a breath, make sure the accusation's legitimate.

02:57And then, of course, if he did someone toward, go after him.
03:00And the lawyer said, this is blackmail.
03:03That's what his lawyer says.
03:04So, initially it was, none of this is true.
03:07Now, a story came out today, and again, take it for what it's worth, that the lawyer's
03:11acknowledging, yes, he did bite her, but in the course of consensual horseplay.

03:19So, to me, the lawyer allegedly acknowledging that makes her story, everything else that
03:25she says, at least more believable on the surface level.

03:29Because she didn't lie about that, obviously.

03:31She showed the cops the bite marks, they verified it, and the lawyer's saying, yeah, he better.
03:36We're not going to deny it, but it was consensual.

03:39Now, the next part's the part that is getting him in trouble.
03:44She alleges that he said to her at some part of this night that, and I can't say all the
03:51words, of course, that he hates all effing Jews.
03:55Now, I'm not sure if she's Jewish.
03:58I'm not sure, you know, if this was also horseplay.
04:03But on the heels of the Aiden Ross stream, where he gets convinced into doing what is
04:09now believed to be an anti-Semitic dance or thing, he now apparently has said to this
04:16gal, I hate Jews.
04:18And it says effing Jews, but, I mean, what's the difference, right?
04:21Now, I don't know if that's true or not.
04:24I'm not sure if anyone else was in that car or if there's a driver that says, I heard it
04:28or didn't hear it.
04:29That'll now play itself out, of course.
04:31The lawyer alleges there was a sober person that said it never happened.
04:36But was that sober person there?
04:39That's also the lawyer's job.

04:39And was that person there the whole time?
04:42Don't know.
04:43So, here's the thing.
04:44If Aiden Ross now assaulted her, if it's not consensual, the bite was assault.

04:51If Puganuku assaulted her with his mouth, okay, that's one charge.
04:56But this could now also be viewed, and I'm taking this to the nth degree on purpose because

05:30He deserves to be able to say to, you know, a judge or a prosecutor, here's my side of the

05:38The bite mark was playful.
05:40You know, she was down with it.
05:42She was into whatever the case may be.
05:44But because of the previous story, when, again, he was convinced it to do something, he probably
05:52knew nothing about.
05:53Right.
05:54And had to apologize for it.
05:56But if you uttered the words, I hate all effing Jews, and there's a witness to it, and you
06:04bit the witness, you got yourself a problem.
