00:00you know, for people who, you know, maybe, you know, watching their streaming shows,

00:03maybe they've seen you on TikTok, we'll get to that in just a minute. I mean, I don't think

00:06that people realize just how much success you had in the NFL, where it was more about winning

00:10games than anything else. I mean, your win percentage, 72 wins, 53 losses, winning a

00:16Super Bowl. And so it kind of takes me to the quarterback that's currently in Tampa Bay right

00:21now, because a little bit similar to you, he moved around a little bit over the course of his career,

00:25and it really feels like he's found a home. And that is Baker Mayfield, who I don't know if you

00:29feel this way, Brad, but I'm sort of shocked here that he leads the NFL with 15 touchdowns,

00:34kind of like you, moved around, find a great spot, won a Super Bowl. Do you think Baker

00:38has it in him to take Tampa Bay to good places? I do. I do. I mean, it's exciting to, you know

00:44what, his first pick of the draft, he was great at Oklahoma. He went to a place in Cleveland that

00:48was kind of a disarray, went through a bunch of coaches, different coordinators, gets traded to

00:54Carolina, then he goes to Los Angeles, has a good little stint there for about a cup of tea for

00:59about three or four weeks, but he's found a home in Tampa. He, you know, takes on the playoffs last

01:04year. They win a game this year. The organization has gotten behind him. He's leading, like you say,

01:10leading the league in touchdowns, and you don't know about him because it's a small market.

01:14And I think winning solves the problems. And what's great about that, the team believes in him,

01:20the organization believes in him, the fans believe in him, and he's making a name for himself. And

01:24he's probably in a stable place for him, and he's playing with a lot of confidence. So I'm

01:28excited for Baker. A lot of times for quarterbacks, it's about being in the right place, right time,

01:33and the organization believing in you.
