00:38we are seizing the opportunity to celebrate together with all of you in the women month,
00:44and B, we know that the essence, basically the essence of mankind, Eve was the first

00:57Adam and Eve, but then she gave birth to the ongoing humankind.
01:02And in the most recent years, both in the Philippines and in Israel, there is much more understanding
01:08that we have to look at women's health differently and put the women in the center.

01:28And there are many, many very, very inspiring women ladies in the Philippines.
01:36One of them is Dr. Maria Obari, and another one is Ms. Marge, that is from Akati Medical Center Foundation.
01:48And together with both of them, and with our own team in the embassy, it started with my predecessor.
01:54In diplomats, there are times that you start, you plant the seeds, but the one who cut the ribbon is
01:59your successor.
02:00So I was given both the privilege of cutting the ribbon, but I've been a bit of a partner in
02:06bringing the equipment.
02:09So at the end of the day, Secretary Yerbosa, one of your leaders, state representatives,
02:17that we as the state of Israel, the foreign ministry and the capacity building,
02:23cooperation building, arm of us, which is called Mashav, asked what can we do together when it comes to women's
02:30health.
02:31And he chose this hospital, and then we had chosen a hospital in Tel Aviv Hospital.
02:39And one doctor from Tel Aviv Hospital, another famous, another inspiring lady came here.
02:47They chose to gather which kind of equipment is relevant, especially for handling and taking care of Filipinos women.
02:55And then all the teams went to action.
02:59So it started on the 17th of June, 2025, when Secretary Yerbosa, in this hospital, in this, under the leadership
03:07of Dr. Maria Nomage,
03:09together with our former Ambassador, Ambassador, Elon Fluss, and his deputy back then, Esti, who was a female deputy.
