The Women's Council of the Tobago People's Party is condemning former Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley for what it terms a vulgar and sexist slur used to describe Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar.
In a release on Friday, the party called out Dr. Rowley for his behaviour.

00:47The TPP Women criticized the PNM Women's League for not speaking out on the issue.
