03:10To try night fishing out on the lake
03:18Chuck Rack claims that they were out on the water
03:21For just a short period of time
03:22Before he felt this sensation of being watched
03:28Suddenly they see a giant ball of light
03:32Just above the horizon behind them
03:38The men claim the large orb had a quote
03:41Rolling light effect to it
03:44Like a bright miniature sun
03:47Chuck is holding a flashlight at this point
03:49And decides to start waving it at the orb
