A second eBay mystery box came in after they had already filmed a video, so Amberlynn does the unboxing during her YouNow live stream. We get a look at her basket of wax melts, all 59 scents. She spends a lot of time on YouNow today as she cooks her famous chili recipe while Eric diverts attention away from Amberlynn. We look back at the time Amberlynn went to a CCR concert with Krystle and her parents. Amberlynn doesn’t understand how to say the word ornament without a D. Amberlynn becomes salty and crabby as more comments in the YouNow chat are viewers asking Beck and Eric questions. Amberlynn, Beck, and Eric play cards and have a drink or two. Later in the day, Beck has a nap and Ambelynn has chili before wrapping her 20 gifts for Krystle. Amberlynn thinks she can cook better than Eric, but not better than Ricky.

01:07:53make something super simple so let's do this thing

01:08:02first thing you need is an onion you also need a chopping board don't forget about the knife and

01:08:08a pot to cook it all in everyone always says i chopped my onion weird well to each their own

01:08:16folks to each

01:08:18their own so for this you're gonna want to cut i guess medium pieces or you can cut them smaller

01:08:29then you're gonna put them in the pan

01:08:32that's a lot of onion you're going to put the pan in the oven put it on about eight almost

01:08:38high you're

01:08:38gonna take some cooking spray i'm using canola oil spray you're gonna need a handy dandy spatula so you

01:08:48can do a little bit of stirring right now i'm just breaking the onion apart next you're gonna need

01:08:53some ground turkey i'm using the 90 lean 10 fat

01:09:01now i'm gonna break up the turkey

01:09:13so i'm gonna adjust this recipe according to how many i'm serving which it serves four i'm only making

01:09:19it for two so instead of doing three red peppers i'm just going to try doing one cost for one

01:09:24red pepper

01:09:27should have taken the sticker off ahead of time

01:09:44and the picture it shows them slices so i'm going to try to do the what i'm making is a

01:09:51cilantro lime

01:09:52salmon bowl it calls for red peppers olive oil kosher salt fresh ground black pepper lime juice

01:09:59chopped cilantro honey minced garlic um salmon brown rice avocados and the lime wedge so i had a

01:10:06majority of that stuff i just needed like a red pepper and stuff like that

01:10:17i don't know what is going on with my nose and my throat

01:12:35this is a lazy meal it's super easy but super delicious and then you're gonna have it on low

01:12:42and you're gonna let it cook into itself that is the completed dish

01:12:53you know it smells good don't it it does smell good i am making cilantro lime marinade it calls for

01:12:59two-thirds cup of olive oil plus one tablespoon oh because i guess to put over the sheet the cilantro

01:13:06i think i'm just gonna add the rest to it that's gonna be a lot of cilantro but hey it

01:13:12can't hurt

01:13:15now we need two teaspoons of honey

01:13:24there's one

01:13:27and there's two

01:13:30there's the cilantro honey olive oil all we need to add is the lime juice and the garlic now it

01:13:55so now it's gonna ask for like one-third cup of lime juice

01:14:36then it calls for one clove of garlic minced so i'm just gonna measure out

01:14:43would you say that's one clove minced just one spoonful or would you say two

01:14:48a lot of garlic so go ahead then it says to whisk to combine

01:14:53what's really weird i was going to i was going to text you today and ask you to find the

01:14:57lime garlic

01:14:58marinade for the salmon that's weird right i think i should have chopped that cilantro more finely

01:15:04no i gotta have one no take the smallest one

01:15:28after you get done doing the marinade you set that aside and you lightly season the salmon with some salt

01:15:37some salt and some pepper

01:15:38i may have put too much pepper and then you pour some of the marinade onto the salmon

01:15:53with the rest of it you set aside i'm going to toss these until they are fully coated

01:16:00i do not want to break these though

01:16:06i might have a little bit more paper to this accidentally skipped the first step while preparing

01:16:09all that i was supposed to salt and pepper and put all the oil on the peppers and let them

01:16:14bake for 10

01:16:15minutes you want to put a little garlic on this it doesn't say too but i mean cooking's all about

01:16:21preference whatever we have garlic powder

01:16:28now we have to wait for these peppers to bake for 10 minutes i think it's been 10 minutes so

01:16:33oh there they are you're so mad the peppers are done okay for the next instructions it tells me to

01:16:40place the salmon on top of the peppers and then put it back in the oven for 15 to 20

01:16:46minutes so let me
