00:00:00Okay, so I just got back from the grocery store, so I figured I'll show you guys what I got.
00:00:04Eggs.
00:00:10Thing of water. I got two of these Amy's Three Cheese Kale Bakes, two of the Amy's Pad Thai,
00:00:16and two of the Linguazine Orange Chickens. I got some roasted red pepper hummus, fresh cilantro
00:00:23salsa, some tortilla chips, slightly salted, two bags of the Southwestern style quinoa. It's with
00:00:29corn and black beans, two of those. I only got one of the grain medley with kale, brown rice,
00:00:35and quinoa. I should have got two now that I think about it, but that's okay. I got two bags
00:00:39of the
00:00:40small shrimp. I got two bags of these steamed fresh broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, two bags of
00:00:47riced cauliflower, and two bags of carrots. So that's all I got. Tonight for dinner, I'm just
00:00:52going to make some of these shrimp. They're already peeled, deveined, tail off. They're extra small,
00:00:58and they're already cooked. I'm literally just going to put them in a pan with the tiniest bit
00:01:02of water and season them to my liking. I've never had this before, but I saw it. It's quinoa with
00:01:07corn and black beans. It's microwavable. I'm like, oh. So I'm going to try this as well. For half of
00:01:12this bag is 200 calories. That is not bad at all. I hope I like this. There is some quinoa
00:01:18that is
00:01:18really good, but then there's also quinoa that is really bad. It looks good, so I guess we'll see.
00:01:23All I put in here is water. Obviously, you can use oil, but I prefer water. I do cook with
00:01:29water
00:01:30instead of oil. It saves on calories. All this down here is water because I don't use oil. I
00:01:35wanted to use oil, but I decided not to. I just used water, and I sprayed a little bit of
00:01:40this
00:01:41ham olive oil. I love mushrooms. You don't need oil. You don't need butter. They already have water
00:01:45that just comes out of them when you cook them. I like to use a lot of water to cook
00:01:49things instead
00:01:49of using oil. I also use this ham olive oil. It works really well. This doesn't really need
00:01:55much seasoning. I'm just going to add a little bit of water. It'll cook down and evaporate.
00:02:00Instead of using oil, I'm just going to add some water. I use water for everything. I have water
00:02:06and some ham cooking spray on this. It looks good. A little bit of salt, some garlic powder,
00:02:11and pepper. I love shrimp. It's so good, and I don't really cook shrimp. I already got the
00:02:16kind that was already cooked, but just frozen, so only 200 calories for the whole bag. There
00:02:21was four servings in it. I'm trying to get all the shrimp not to touch each other. Yeah,
00:02:25there was four servings in there. Each serving was 50 calories, and I used less than half of
00:02:29the bag. It smells so good. I know a lot of people also put butter when they cook shrimp,
00:02:33but I'm not really into that. I don't like butter so much. This is just the easier way to
00:02:37do it. Nothing special. All right, there it is. This is the full bag of the quinoa. I put
00:02:42some sriracha on the shrimp. I love sriracha. I love spicy, but I've never tried this yet,
00:02:47so I'm going to do a taste test on camera, so let's do this. Okay, this is not some like

00:02:52old angle or anything like that, and I have to crunch down. I have nowhere to put you guys right
00:02:55now. I'm kind of nervous to try this. I'm going to be honest, because there's some quinoa that is

01:01:54So, this is a highly requested what I ate in a day video.
01:01:57So, let's do this.

01:01:59For my first meal, I'm literally just having cauliflower and two eggs.
01:02:03That is literally it.
01:02:04This is just a riced cauliflower.
01:02:06And I put tons and tons and tons of sriracha.
01:02:09I'll probably end up putting maybe a little bit more.
01:02:11I don't know.
01:02:12I just really like spice.
01:02:13Spice is delicious.
01:02:20And, yeah.
01:02:20So, that is my first meal.

01:02:24I was feeling a little bit hungry.

01:02:28So, I'm having some of these lightly salted tortilla chips, some salsa, some carrots, and some roasted red pepper hummus.

01:03:03And then just like a bunch of random seasonings.
01:03:05Black pepper, minced onion, garlic salt, four types of Mrs. Dash's.
01:03:11The table blend, original blend, garlic and herb.

01:03:15Cayenne pepper.
01:03:16And, of course, sriracha and garlic.
01:03:18So, I'm just going to add some minced garlic.
