"A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger." - Proverbs 15:1
Practicing the One Hand Military Press as described by Maxick in his "Great Strength by Muscle Control" book of 1913. Notice heels not together as usually associated with Military Pressing?? Curiously, by the time of Pullum's "Weightlifting Made Easy and Interesting" book of 1926, a barbell was NOT ALLOWED! This style of Military Press l show with 60lb & 65½lb is kinda like if a Pec Deck machine and a Press had a baby. The Lowe Back & QL contraction from bracing is also interesting. Lotsa good going on here. God Bless.
