00:00You've got to have the person in touch. I mean, you already, you have a phone medical thing now anyway
00:05with your interview, which sort of has its pros and cons, because we can get through people quicker, can't we?
00:10And you haven't got to sit in a waiting room with people who have got spots and things, or worse.
00:15But AI, no, definitely not.
00:17I prefer to speak with somebody in person. I get where AI can be used, and I think it's something
00:22that I shouldn't do, but I prefer to talk with somebody.
00:25It's going to stay. It needs to be controlled. How you do that, let somebody find out.
00:35AI is wonderful for certain things. I know people that use it for a variety of things. Don't think booking
00:43GP surgery is the right thing.
00:47With mine, you ring up in the morning. It's hard to book an appointment three or four days in advance,
00:52so they triage you.
00:54And if they need to see you immediately, they genuinely give you one the same day. So, yeah, I can't
00:59really complain about it.
01:00You're welcome.
