00:22The A19 was the highest rated road in Yorkshire and the Northeast with 77% of drivers satisfied overall.
00:31It also achieved the highest road surface satisfaction score of any road in England.
00:36One driver summed it up as a road that is of good standard, no potholes and no roadworks with limited
