00:29That was a great lip-sync. Yeah, that was fun, but really bittersweet
00:33I can imagine. I'm so fucking proud of her. I love her so much
00:36She could have been defeated any single one of the weeks that it's taken to get here and she just
00:41kept on going
00:42Oh, yeah, well, I felt like she wasn't going at I was just about to say that
00:47That lip-sync though, she looked like she was like stepping down. She just kept watching you the whole time
00:52Wow, which is fucking fabulous. It's really hard to delete such a
00:57Bold truth
01:07As my sisters are dropping off this competition. I'm realizing that it's coming down to me to bring this crown

01:43I don't think, no, I know
01:45I haven't wasted the second chance I got
01:47Oh fucking no, ma'am
01:49I think that Art has a huge chance to win this competition
01:52Even though she was sent home in week two
01:54She only missed out on one week and she's been back long enough that she's proven that her place in
01:59this competition is valid
02:02We've all been in the bottom now
02:03But you've won three challenges
02:05Yeah, that's a lot
02:05Well done!

02:15I've proven myself to be a drag queen superstar
02:17Now you stop doing that now, you stop that so us oldies can get to it
02:21I still think I can take this
02:23I think I deserve the crown, I know I deserve the crown
02:26I just can't believe that you got another win with half a beard
02:28Look at all these guys

02:44Can I try this on?
02:45You can, yeah

02:48The crown can still be mine
02:50Give it to me
02:51Please?
02:53Just not me
02:54Oh that's actually really cute
02:56It's really gorgeous
02:56I've got that recess built into my bloody skull
02:59It's going to sit there and it's going to look rash
03:02If that was smaller, like more round
03:04No!
03:05Give in to the can!
03:06Hand yourself over
03:08It's me in a crown
03:10It just feels right, doesn't it?
03:11Feeling really gorgeous
03:13Feeling really gorgeous
03:14Feeling really gorgeous
03:15Looking really gorgeous
03:16You're looking quite gorgeous
03:17You're looking quite gorgeous
03:17Final episode of RuPaul's Drag Race Down Under
03:20And I am here
03:21I am a contender
03:22And I am about to win this fucker
03:24No, but top four is so cool, huh?
03:26It is!
03:27We've met some amazing girls on this journey
03:30Yeah
03:30Is this going to be like a flashback episode?
03:34Oh then something funny happened
03:36I'm shooketh that you clucked
03:38Oh!
03:40What a dump!
03:43Did someone say trash?
03:46Oh my good gay girly god
03:51Get on the piss
03:54Huh?!
04:00Huh?!
04:00Ahh!
04:01Ahh!
04:02Yay!
04:03Yay!
04:04Last one, yay!
04:05Last one!
04:06Well, Sheila didn't already had her
04:09Last call to win it all
04:12Now's the time to heed the call
04:13Just shine your light
04:15And bring the thunder
04:17And you'll be the winner
04:19Of Drag Race Down Under
04:24G'day, g'day, g'day.
04:27And then there were four.
04:28Yes, there were.
04:30My final four.
04:32Condragulations for making it to the grand finale of RuPaul's Drag Race Down Under.
04:40Now, before this week is through, we're gonna crown ourselves a winner, baby.
04:46But first, you've got to show me that you won it.
04:49I mean, really won it.
04:51So, for your final maxi challenge, you're doing a collaboration with me on the song,
04:58I'm a winner, baby.
05:03Now, each of you needs to write your own solo verse.
05:07Then you'll work with red-hot choreographer Lance Savali
05:10to put together the most challenging production number of the season.
05:16Oh!
05:18Plus, each of you is causally invited to join me and Michelle Visage for a light lunch and some deep
05:27dish.
05:27Yes!
05:29Oh, my God!
05:31Before I go, there's a dear friend of mine who wants to wish you luck.
05:34Please give a warm Drag Race Down Under welcome to Dame Olivia Newton-John.
05:40And Chloe Latanzi!
05:42What?
05:44Hi, Ru!
05:46Hi, Ru!
05:46Hi, Ru!
05:47Hi, Vivi!
05:47Hi!
05:49Hi!
05:49We've been watching Drag Race Down Under and we are obsessed with each and every one of you.
05:54Olivia, do you have any words of advice for my queens as they launch their international careers?
05:59Well, my best advice is to keep spreading love, joy, and laughter wherever you go, just like you do.
06:04Because as entertainers, you have to believe we are magic and nothing will stand in our way.
06:10Ah!
06:11Now, ladies, my advice comes from an extremely wise source.
06:16Good luck and don't fuck it up.
06:21It was funny!
06:22I've always wanted to say that.
06:25Thank you, Chloe!
06:26Thank you, Olivia!
06:27Bye, Chloe!
06:29Bye, Nancy!
06:30Wow!
06:32Now, racers, start your engines and may the best drag queen win.
06:37Yes!
06:43For today's maxi challenge, we are doing a performance to RuPaul's I'm a winner, baby.
06:48We have each written our own custom verses and I'm super excited to perform the shit out of this.
06:53Are you happy with your lyrics?
06:54Mine just came out of me.
06:56I'm really vibing them.
06:57I really love them.
06:58I feel really good about this.
06:59I actually wrote two.
07:01And the first one, I felt like it was coming from Richard, whereas I really wanted to write like a
07:06Karen verse.
07:07I wanted to kind of write something on behalf of all the girls that aren't here.
07:11Darling, they're dead.
07:12Move on.
07:12Like, Karen as a motivational speaker.
07:15It's kind of along the lines of like, no matter what happens, we've all already won.
07:19Everyone is a winner.
07:20We love you all.
07:21Da, da, da, da, da.
07:24There's no pleading my case.
07:26Like, I'm the fiercest bitch here and put the crown on my head and cut off everyone else's.
07:31There's none of that going on.
07:32That's exactly what I do.
07:33It's a very interesting decision.
07:35Could be to my advantage.
07:37So I, of course, encourage her and tell her she's done the wrong thing.
07:40Yeah, keep doing that.
07:41That sounds beautiful.
07:42I've chosen to sing my verse.
07:45Are you a singer?
07:46Uh, I love singing.
07:48Um, yeah.
07:50I want the audience to know exactly what I have gone through in this competition and they can feel the
07:55journey that I have experienced.
07:56It has been so raw and so real.
07:58I've already proven that I can like, write really fucking sick rhymes and spit them.
08:02So I wanted to show another side that I could write some really heartfelt lyrics and sing them beautifully.
08:07I can't fuck this up.
08:08I'm getting so close and I still need to prove myself.
08:11I cannot fuck this up.
08:15Look who's here.
08:16Who's joining us?
08:16Hi.
08:17Hi.
08:18Hello.
08:19Look at you.
08:21Three wins.
08:22More than anyone else in this competition.
08:24You come off as a bit of a goer.
08:26Yeah.
08:26Where does that come from?
08:28Uh, I think my mom.
08:29My mom is a single mom.
08:31She's a really headstrong woman.
08:33I really look up to her.
08:35Do you get your fash for fash from her?
08:37Not at all.
08:39Sorry, mom.
08:41So in this competition, what's been your biggest challenge?
08:44It's the emotional part behind the scenes.
08:48Not be able to talk to the people that you love the most just to get them to say, you
08:53can do this.
08:54Right.
08:54It's been really hard.
08:55And did you ultimately draw on your own strength to get through it?
09:00Um, well, yes.
09:02And also my partner gave me a package that was full of letters from all the people in the world
09:07that matter the most to me.
09:08So every episode, I've been opening a letter from home and just getting words of support.
09:13How helpful is that?
09:15So we've got Michelle and I here.
09:17Is there anything you'd love to ask us?
09:20Oh, advice on how to prepare for what comes after.
09:23What you have to be most careful of is to not allow your ego, which is part of your inner
09:30saboteur, to lead you down a road that will destroy you.
09:35You know, we talk about not reading the comments section.
09:38We talk about not taking the bait that your ego will tantalize you with.
09:45You keep yourself in check.
09:47Don't get too distracted by all of this noise.
09:52You know what I'm saying?
09:53Don't forget what you have in your life that's good.
09:56That's what matters.
09:58Yeah.
09:58Wow.
10:00All right, darling.
10:01Well, um, we forgot to offer you some lunch.
10:05I'm going to get into a corset later.
10:06Maybe I'll just have a smell.
10:07Yes!
10:07Okay, just smell it.
10:08I'm full.
10:09I'm full.
10:10Couldn't possibly eat any more.
10:13Condragulations on such an incredible ride.
10:16Well done.
10:17Well done.
10:17Thank you so much.
10:18And thank you so much for this opportunity.
10:21Chocos Girls, how are you feeling about your rapids?
10:23This is so much fun.
10:25I really like Michelle's critiques down the runways.
10:30Oh my gosh, Keita, you're really good.
10:32You're really good.
10:32You're a signature noise.
10:37Stop it!
10:42My name is Scarlett.
10:47I'm really good at being on the pole.
10:51Art Simone, here you are.
10:53You were eliminated, brought you back, and here you are in the final four.
10:58I really appreciate you giving me that second chance.
11:01How did that change the way you approached the competition?
11:05Um, I think what I've learnt is it's okay not to have control.
11:10Like, relax and enjoy the ride, you know?
11:12You are the breadwinner for your family, and many people depend on you.
11:16That's a lot of pressure on someone so young.
11:18It's how I flourish and I strive, and I like to feel like, you know, I'm helping people.
11:23Oh, I'm gonna stop this right now.
11:25You're funding this, you need to pay your bills, you're running ten drag shows, you know, whatever it is.
11:31And then you have to stop and say, who the hell is gonna take care of me?
11:35Low.
11:36Or hellier.
11:38Hellier.
11:38Yeah.
11:39Because you probably can't answer that right now-er.
11:41No.
11:42You can't.
11:43And if you can't answer that right now, then that's a problem.
11:46And I guess it's never been pointed out as a possible negative attribute.
11:50The only negative in it, baby, is that you're gonna burn out.
11:54That's the only negative.
11:55Yeah.
11:55But you give so much that you're gonna be empty.
11:59It's been my way of life, it's all I know.
12:02I think you like to feel that way, because that's the way you have to feel.
12:06Yeah.
12:06But it's also okay to say, I can't wait to have somebody in my life that can share the responsibility
12:11to take the pressure off of me.
12:14It's okay if I can't do everything.
12:17These words are the words that you're gonna have to start making peace with, or you're going to explode.
12:22Do you have any tips?
12:24The way you feel that you exist is through other people, and that if they need you, then you exist.
12:31But if you can convince yourself that you exist as a solo agent, that's the beginning of it.
12:37I do hope, and I will try to make changes for myself.
12:42Oh, you will make changes.
12:44Before you go, darling, I'd love to offer you some Jaffas.
12:48Ah, look, oh, I'm all right, thank you.
12:49It might be a bit too big for my mouth, so I don't want it more.
12:52Well, Art, thank you so much, and congratulations for making it so far in this competition.
12:58Good luck to you, darling.
12:59Thank you so much, I really appreciate it.
13:00Thanks, love.
13:00Take care.
13:04Karen from Finance.
13:06Hi, you too.
13:06Have a seat, love.
13:08Thanks.
13:09Last week on the main stage, you looked so beautiful.
13:13Yeah, thank you, I felt beautiful.
13:14I know that you lost your mother when you were 14 years old.
13:18Yeah.
13:18I saw next to your makeup mirror, there's a picture, you look so much like your mother.
13:23Really?
13:24Yeah.
13:24Is Karen from Finance based on Mom?
13:26No, not at all, not at all.
13:28My mom was a bookkeeper.
13:29She did work in Finance, but the person...
13:32Hold on a minute.
13:33Like, I don't base her off Mom.
13:35I think that what it is, is that I probably invoke the female energy that she instilled in
13:42me and my brothers when we were younger.
13:44Karen's very sweet, very gentle and very loving.
13:46And very caring.
13:47And I think I invoked that from my mother.
13:49Do you feel boxed in by the legend of Karen from Finance?
13:52Yeah, I feel boxed in by the restrictions that I put on only being able to play a finance
13:58worker.
13:58But I also, at the same time, it's like a fun challenge, you know?
14:02Because I have to look at everything through her eyes.
14:05Yeah.
14:05Well, you did that successfully last week.
14:07Karen from Bondage.
14:08Karen from Bondage.
14:09And it worked beautifully.
14:10It's been so exciting to watch the transformation and watch you grow.
14:15One day, I would love to create a show with a full cast of office workers and just be a
14:19really grand theatrical, like, abomination.
14:22I was hoping you were going to say you were going to create a theme park based on...
14:27Karen would.
14:28Karen would.
14:29Exactly.
14:29I love that.
14:30I love it.
14:31Well, thank you so much, darling.
14:32You have been a joy in this competition.
14:35Before you go, help yourself to the Jaffas if you'd like.
14:38Oh, I couldn't possibly.
14:39I had a really big salad last week, so I can't thank you.
14:42Oh, right.
14:42But thank you both for having me.
14:43This has been an honor and an absolute highlight of my life.
14:46Ah.
14:47Well, keep your fork because dessert is coming.
14:53I'm shell-shocked walking back into the workroom because a lot of stuff was set at me
14:57and it hits me when I get a moment of quiet.
15:00You okay?
15:01This is the first time I've had a different lens put on myself.
15:06And I think I'm upset because I know it's true.
15:09The balance isn't there.
15:11Yep.
15:11If these people, these outsiders can see that, that's not good.
15:17And I've always been like, oh, it's because I'm just so busy, I'm working, I'm doing this,
15:21I'm doing that.
15:22But I haven't been letting people look after me the way I look after others.
15:27It's not that I don't have a partner, it's just that I'm not letting people in.
15:31Exactly.
15:33I have been let down by so many people that it's much easier not to let them in.
15:39And I think it's saying like, you must stop and let everyone in.
15:43It's just being open to the concept of letting the right people in at the right time.
15:48I don't know, maybe I'm scared.
15:51This is the perfect time to assess and rebuild and reevaluate because this isn't a way to live.
15:57I'm glad this has happened.
15:59I'm glad I didn't walk out of here just being like, cool, got to the end, loved it.
16:03I'm excited for a new outlook and a new way to think.
16:11So, bring it on. Bring it on.
16:14Come on down, Keita.
16:15Come on, Keita.
16:16The last kiwi left standing.
16:18I know.
16:19Are you surprised you're here?
16:20Yeah.
16:21Yes, no.
16:23You came here with a lot of confidence, but throughout the competition there was a lot of self-doubt.
16:29Tell me about that.
16:30Yeah, that was probably the biggest surprise.
16:32It's funny, like all of a sudden I felt like this regression of like how I felt when I first
16:37started drag.
16:38Each time I've talked about the weight loss, that is a huge overcoming situation.
16:43You need to now deal with the original issue that you've tucked away.
16:47Yeah.
16:47What comes to the top of your list of issues that you feel you haven't dealt with?
16:53I'm like desperate.
16:55I'm desperate, yeah, for love and I don't know where that stems from.
16:59Can I tell you?
17:01Not being a professional, but it's 100% associated with trauma.
17:05My need comes from being adopted and not wanted from birth.
17:08So I spent a whole life just wanting people to love me.
17:10But you are not equipped to do that alone.
17:12Yeah, it makes so much sense.
17:14Tell me about your upbringing.
17:16Um, my parents split up and my sisters when I lived with my mother and myself and my brother when
17:22I lived with my father.
17:23My dad didn't get me and I didn't get him.
17:28It got pretty dark for a while, but, um...
17:33That's the problem.
17:34And that can be repaired by you.
17:36You need to start a relationship, the adult you, with that child who lives inside of you.
17:41Let me give you a hug, my child.
17:44I love you so much.
17:47Savor this moment.
17:48These are the words you have to use.
17:50You are an amazing person.
17:52Let that sink in.
17:55It's a reprieve from this inner battle of, um, looking for someone else to do it for you.
18:02Looking for food or booze or, you know, uh, fame or dick.
18:07It's so wise.
18:08It's like a light bulb moment.
18:09And I have looked to everybody else that I've come across in my life.
18:13It needs to come from myself.
18:15And this way we've described will allow you to release some of the old mechanisms that just don't work anymore.
18:21They just don't.
18:22And to take you to that next level.
18:25That sounds nice.
18:27Yeah.
18:28I absolutely hear what you're saying.
18:29And I've been dying to release my mechanism too.
18:33I kind of think, coming into this, it'll be one thing.
18:37But it really has given me something more than I could have ever imagined.
18:42And I'm so grateful.
18:43Drag changed my life.
18:45I can't wait.
18:46I'm so proud of you.
18:47I don't want you to break your diet, but I would love to offer you some, what are they called?
18:51Jaffa.
18:51It's Jaffa.
18:52I've always had this problem that I could only fit one ball in my mouth at a time.
18:55Oh, you poor thing.
18:56Yeah, I have faith that you can get both balls in your mouth.
18:59Are you sure?
19:00Yes, yes.
19:01Let's watch.
19:02Yes, Keita.
19:04You did it.
19:06The whole thing.
19:08It's a new Keita.
19:09Well done.
19:11Thank you, darling.
19:11Good luck, sweetheart.
19:12Thank you so much.
19:23Lance is in the building.
19:25Before we get to that.
19:29I'm so excited to be here.
19:30My name is Lance.
19:31And I'm Alvin.
19:32This is my beautiful, amazing assistant.
19:34So yum.
19:36Ooh.
19:37I wouldn't mind pivoting on that ball change.
19:40Five, six, seven, eight.
19:42We go one, two.
19:43When it comes to my performances, I'm 0.5% dancer.
19:47We slow-mo down your body, whatever.
19:50And then we're gonna go click, click, click, click.
19:53Moving from one spot in the stage to another is about as dancey as I usually get.
19:57Okay.
19:57So this is a mount.
19:59Two, three, first click.
20:00And a U.
20:01U.
20:02And a U.
20:02And a U.
20:03Exactly.
20:04Here we go.
20:05It's a pose, not an actual click.
20:06Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
20:12Keita.
20:12Yes.
20:13You are the first verse.
20:15So you're gonna set the bar.
20:16Fabulous.
20:17Ooh.
20:18There's a lot of pressure on this one.
20:20One, two, three, four, to the right, six, body, roll.
20:25Whoa.
20:25Other way.
20:26Oh, it's okay.
20:28Oh my gosh.
20:29I feel so unco.
20:30I know I can get this, but like we are moving way too fast for my comfort level.
20:35Play the guitar.
20:36Oh, you got the fun one.
20:38From here, we're gonna go around and then split here.
20:43Exactly.
20:45We're gonna pat, pat, shh.
20:48On my nuni?
20:49Huh?
20:50On my nuni?
20:50On your what?
20:51My nuni.
20:52Your nuni.
20:53Is it legs or nuni?
20:54Oh my goodness gracious me.
20:56All of me nether regions are moving in places they've never moved before.
20:59And they're putting a lot of jaraish in there.
21:01Lots of nuni touching.
21:02Five foot, boom, boom.
21:04One, two, three, four.
21:06No complaints from me whatsoever that Lance is making me gyrate my hips in front of him.
21:11You know, gotta try before you buy your size.
21:16Karen?
21:16Yes.
21:17We got this.
21:18Yes.
21:18So, we're not gonna start from the back.
21:20So from here, we're gonna hold a baseball bat.
21:22One, two, double up.
21:25Karen, probably struggling the most.
21:27From here, we're gonna do the last throw.
21:29Elvis, can you show us this?
21:31But make it dramatic.
21:34Shung.
21:34Oh!
21:35Yay!
21:36So we need exactly that.
21:38It's a bit hard for her.
21:39They've given her some interesting dance moves.
21:41She looks like a daggy dad, just hitting the baseball bat, whatever it is.
21:45Five.
21:46This way.
21:47Five, six, bring your knee and kick.
21:50She's just dancing like a Karen right now.
21:52She needs to, you know, dance like a Karen.
21:55Scarlet.
21:56Yeah.
21:56Let's do it.
21:57Five, six, seven, eight.
22:00And then we transition into the chorus.
22:02Yeah.
22:03And that's worked there.
22:04You can do...
22:05Okay, sweet.
22:06Instead of just doing like a boom, ha, around, duh.
22:08I can do like, split.
22:10Yeah.
22:10Left leg split.
22:11Yeah.
22:11If you gotta split, please do it.
22:12Scarlet's the strongest dancer, hands down.
22:14But there's an underdog, you know.
22:16There's always gotta be an underdog.
22:17So...
22:18That's me.
22:19I'm gonna leave that choreography with you guys.
22:21I know how Karen from Finance works on a stage.
22:25So I've gotta...
22:26I've gotta learn the choreography and then adapt it to suit the character.
22:29One, two, three.
22:30Wow!
22:31Baby!
22:33Thank you so much.
22:34Bye.
22:34Bye.
22:45Let's go, girls.
22:46It is the last day in the workroom.
22:48One of us is gonna be crowned the first drag race down under superstar.
22:51I can't believe the time has come.
22:52This is amazing.
22:53Hey, Keita.
22:54How was your chat yesterday with Ru and Michelle?
22:56Felt amazing.
22:57Amazing.
22:58RuPaul touched on potentially like maybe where some blockages in my life have come from.
23:03Right.
23:03When my parents split up when I was young, my sisters and my mother all went to live together
23:07and I had to move in with my dad and my brother.
23:11My dad did not know how to communicate with me and how to like, tell me that like,
23:16I wasn't a weirdo and like, you know, it was hard.
23:19When I lost my mum when I was, you know, 14, I was left in a house with just boys.
23:25And they were all about the football and being rough and I was none of that.
23:28I had very femme energy and was interested in theatre and music and they just didn't get me.
23:33And I felt like such a loner in that house and kind of forced myself to become my own person
23:38and be really independent and have spent my entire adulthood like still doing that
23:42when it's completely unnecessary because I do have a beautiful family.
23:45And it is time that I start letting them in.
23:49I've never met my dad ever.
23:53But when I was about 16, he tried to get in contact with me.
23:56And then so I sort of started reconnecting with my dad.
23:59And then a few months later, he found out I was gay and never spoke to me ever again.
24:08I had a similar thing that happened with me and my biological father.
24:12We regained contact during my teenage years.
24:15And then I was on the front page of the newspaper.
24:18And then he ceased contact with me.
24:21Fuck too.
24:22I laugh at it now because a few years later I'm on national ad campaigns
24:26and he has to hear me on the radio, see me on buses, see me on the TV.
24:29And now we're going to be on national television as drag queen superstars.
24:33I know.
24:34I don't really sleep over it at all.
24:35Neither do I.
24:36At the end of the day, it's his loss.
24:37Yeah.
24:38But this is the reason that we create these hard fronts and these personas
24:42to be like strong in the world because shit like this still happens all the time.
24:46For years I've always seen like asking for help as a sign of weakness.
24:50It's one of those things that's really sort of drilled into us I think as men.
24:53And the thing is, queer people like us are way more vulnerable.
24:57There is a lot more dangerous out there for us.
25:00But the fact of the matter is, I wouldn't change a fucking thing.
25:03No, no way.
25:04Because there's so much power in like realising yourself and who you are as a person.
25:09Yeah.
25:09And no matter what the world thinks of you, if you can own that, there's nothing stronger.
25:14People have gone through some really heavy shit.
25:16These people are survivors.
25:18These people are like people I look up to as great entertainers.
25:20As like funny, fierce, fabulous, gay people.
25:24The shit we go through actually makes us so strong as human beings.
25:29Isn't it amazing though that this experience has really been so much more than I could have ever have.
25:37We thought we were coming in for a drag competition.
25:39This whole journey on Drag Race has been totally nuts.
25:44And now we get to perform all together for one last time on the main stage of RuPaul's Drag Race
25:49Down Under.
25:50Oh my gosh.
25:51Showtime.
25:52Come on gals.
25:53Let's go.
25:59The stage of RuPaul's Drag Race Down Under.
26:02Michelle Visage.
26:03Now what are you going to miss the most about being Down Under?
26:05The smell of sweaty balls.
26:09And of course the people.
26:10The people too.
26:13The lovely and laughable Reese Nicholson.
26:16What will you miss most about us?
26:18Oh Ru, I'll miss your laugh the most.
26:20And Michelle, I'll miss the smell of your sweaty balls.
26:26This week we challenge our queens to write, sing and perform the Down Under mix of
26:32I'm a Winner Baby.
26:33And tonight, on the runway, category is Best Drag.
26:39Racers, start your engines.
26:41And may the Best Drag Queen win.

29:58Woo!
29:59Yes, baby!
30:01Category is Best Drag.
30:04First up, Art Simone.
30:07Oh, her pussy's on Sapphire.
30:09On the runway tonight, I'm serving me to a tee.
30:13Oh, I've got Swarovski crystals.
30:14I've got 75 metres of chill.
30:16I've got beautiful tinsel in my hair.
30:18I am channeling confidence on the runway.
30:22I'm so fucking excited.
30:23It feels right.
30:24It's right to be here.
30:25It's my time.
30:27Let's do it.
30:29You know, she blew me earlier.
30:30Did she?
30:32That's one way to win the competition.
30:36All right, up next, Karen.
30:39Oh, it looks like Karen from Finance is up for a big promotion.
30:43I'm feeling so confident walking down the runway.
30:46This look is so camp.
30:47I am the camp queen of Drag Race Down Under Season 1.
30:50I can taste the crown.
30:52I can feel the scepter in my hands.
30:54There's just a few minutes left on that hourglass.
31:00Up next.
31:02Hey to me.
31:03Hey to me.
31:06Guys, what time is your flight?
31:09I'm serving you clean and pristine, crystallized, angelic realness.
31:13But wait, I've got something in store.
31:17Oh, wow.
31:18Boom, I am hitting them with six-foot articulating angel wings.
31:22Hey to me, now with wings.
31:25He's coming in for a landing.
31:27Never going to make it.
31:28Oh!
31:30Get it!
31:33Up next, Scarlett Adams.
31:37Princess Grace in your face!
31:40For this runway, I am serving you big, classy drag.
31:44I look like a hundred bloody bucks in this dress.
31:47I'm showing the judges that not only can I be sexy and slutty, but I can also be refined
31:52and glamorous and gorgeous and classical.
31:54I want the judges to see that I am a versatile former.
32:00Two in the pink.
32:04Here are queens.
32:08No matter what happens next, know that I am proud of each and every one of you.
32:16Now it's time for the judges' final critiques.
32:19First up, Art Simone.
32:21You are looking absolutely spectacular.
32:24Such a gorgeous dress.
32:25It's blue and puffy like me.
32:27Yes.
32:28Your performance was really fun.
32:30I think it was really true to who Art is.
32:32I was living for that rainbow ponytail.
32:34Often people that come back to the competition don't stay in for very long, and you broke
32:38that mold.
32:39You come back swinging with the challenge today.
32:41It was so clearly you, and you pour yourself into everything, and it's just been such a delight
32:45to watch you throughout the competition.
32:47Art, you are such a perfect representation of what this area of the world has to offer.
32:52Your sense of humor, your perfection, your costumes.
32:55You are the future of drag.
32:59Karen from finance.
33:00Watching you in the number was like Karen from Graceland.
33:04I loved that purple Elvis-style jumpsuit.
33:08I hope you're proud of yourself.
33:09You know, they say don't dress for the job you have.
33:12Dress for the job you want.
33:15And that's what you've done tonight.
33:17You look like a billion dollars.
33:19You started off with finance, and now you have been promoted to the global office, and
33:24I couldn't be more excited for you.
33:26Keita Main.
33:28In the performance, your voice is amazing.
33:31When I first saw you, I put you in a box.
33:34And I feel like I've gone on a full frickin' backpack through Australasia with you, Keita.
33:39This is a proud moment for me to see you standing here.
33:43You gave a different silhouette every week, a different look every week, and all the while
33:47keeping who you are consistent throughout.
33:50And I think very much like Ketamine itself, you are very Moorish.
33:54Wow.
33:55You are the total package.
33:57And when we spoke with you, there is such a sweet soul there.
34:01Mark my words right now.
34:02There is a man in your future who is going to love you like nobody's business.
34:10And that man is you.
34:14Thank you, Keita Main.
34:18Up next, Scarlett Adams.
34:20We're going to start with your performance tonight.
34:23Wow.
34:24Just tie me up and call me daddy.
34:28Performance today was mind-blowing.
34:30Again, I think there's so many layers to what you do without throwing any kind of glamour
34:34under the bus.
34:35Tonight, such a classy, dusty rose fantasy with the flowers in your hair here in the final
34:41four, looking like the superstar that you are.
34:43You know, I love Perth so much I married a guy from Perth.
34:46And I'm a little extra proud of the fact that Perth could produce something like you.
34:51You know the looks.
34:52You know how to dance.
34:53You can perform.
34:55You are someone who belongs on this stage.
34:59Ladies, our viewers look to Drag Race for inspiration and guidance.
35:05With that in mind, Art Simone, what advice do you have for little Jack?
35:12As you grow older, a lot of people are going to depend on you for support and help.
35:18And you're going to find so much joy in that.
35:21However, it's not a sign of weakness to receive help.
35:27And if you don't, you won't be able to continue doing what you love.
35:33And listen to that bloody lady when she tells you to wear a retainer because your teeth are going to
35:36move.
35:37She wasn't lying.
35:40All right.
35:40Thank you, Art.
35:41Karen from Finance.
35:44What advice do you have for little Richard?
35:48When you're a young boy, life is beautiful.
35:51But it's not always going to feel that way.
35:54And when you get older and lose the things and the people that are most important to you,
35:59it doesn't mean that love is gone from your life.
36:03You go on to be a great, great independent guy with an amazing, amazing life.
36:08And the love that you felt when you were younger, you're going to feel it again.
36:12And it's going to come back bigger and better than ever.
36:16Up next, Ketamine.
36:18What would you say to little Nick?
36:23You're going to go through life and you're going to have a really weird relationship with yourself.
36:28And you're going to go through some things and you're going to get pretty unhealthy physically and mentally.
36:36And you're going to paint some pretty dark pictures for yourself.
36:39And it's going to feel like it never is really ever going to change.
36:44But I'll tell you one thing now, little man.
36:47You don't give up.
36:48You do get through it.
36:49So I love you so much.
36:52And let's fucking do this.
37:02Scarlett Adams.
37:03What do you have to say to little Anthony?
37:06You're going to make a lot of mistakes in your life that you're not proud of.
37:09And it's important to own up to them and apologize and learn and grow every single day.
37:14You're going to go through a lot of hardships because you feel like no one in the world loves you.
37:21But you do deserve love and you are worthy of love.
37:25And I'm so proud of you.
37:27And lean on your sisters and your community to get you through the tough shit because you don't have to
37:32go through it alone.
37:37All right.
37:38Final question, ladies.
37:40Why should you be crowned Down Under's first drag race superstar?
37:46We'll start with art.
37:47I believe I should be crowned Down Under's first drag superstar because I've been championing for Australasian drag my entire
37:55career.
37:56With that crown, I will be able to continue reinvesting into our community.
38:00And I fucking love drag.
38:01Oh, like I cannot explain to you how much I bloody love drag.
38:05Thank you, Art.
38:07Karen from finance.
38:08Same question.
38:10People often talk about the next drag race superstar being the future of drag.
38:15I think that I do represent the future of drag and the things that I could do with the crown
38:20and the legacy are amazing.
38:22And having a little bit of extra money would just mean a world of difference.
38:30Ketamine, why should you be crowned Down Under's first drag race superstar?
38:35Everything about drag has molded me to become the businesswoman that I am, the artist that I am, but most
38:45importantly, the person that I am.
38:47I will do you proud and I will represent the world and art of drag to absolute perfection.
38:55And I will not take anything less.
38:59Thank you very much.
39:00Scarlett Adams, same question.
39:02Out of all the girls on the stage tonight, in this competition, I have shown you that I am extremely
39:09versatile.
39:10I have won the most challenges.
39:11But outside of this competition, I work really, really, really hard.
39:16I push drag into mainstream places where drag isn't seen.
39:20And winning the crown would just validate all of the hard work that I put into my own community over
39:25the last decade.
39:27Thank you, Queens.
39:28I think we've heard enough.
39:29While you untuck in the workroom, the judges and I will deliberate.
39:35You may leave the stage.
39:40Okay, now, just between us kangaroos, what do you reckon?
39:44Michelle, let's start with Art Simone.
39:46Art, for me, represents nerve.
39:49She went out week two in this competition.
39:52And since she came back, she really has been a joy to watch.
39:57And I think Art is a perfect example of someone who has learned so much about herself, at the same
40:03time as being a pretty incredible drag queen.
40:05Art is a contender.
40:08You know, we discovered yesterday that there was a lot of control issues.
40:12By unloading that, you would offer us and the world some much-needed vulnerability.
40:17Just let a little more vulnerability in, and she is unstoppable.
40:21All right, up next, Karen from Finance.
40:24Michelle.
40:24So you want to talk about uniqueness.
40:26I mean, Karen from Finance, in and of itself, is a character.
40:29And I think the first one of its kind in the history of RuPaul's Drag Race.
40:33She thinks about every part of her drag.
40:35I think throughout the competition, that has gotten in her way, though.
40:38And there was a moment, I think, where she kind of did shake off.
40:41And from then on, we saw great things.
40:44Karen from Finance is the epitome of what Down Under Queens do and what they are.
40:49I can't wait, like in a year or two years' time, to see where she's gone, because I have
40:54a feeling it's going to be everything we wanted her to be, and more.
40:58All right, let's move on to Kita Mean.
41:00Kita Mean's got charisma.
41:02From the beginning, I did chalk her up to be the party queen, if you will.
41:07And about halfway through the competition, something clicked, and Kita Mean kicked in.
41:11She had a different presence about her.
41:13It's almost like she shed a skin.
41:15Even at the start of this competition, when you'd ask her a question, we'd all have to
41:19kind of lean forward.
41:20And by the end of it, she's confidently standing there, saying how she feels.
41:24And I think that is a really beautiful thing.
41:26After her business partner, Anita Wiglet, left, she was able to emerge.
41:31And boy, did she ever.
41:33She has really just excelled in this competition.
41:36All right, last but not least, Scarlett Adams, Michelle.
41:38Scarlett Adams puts the T in talent, and you knew right away, that bitch came to win.
41:45She is multifaceted and so well-rounded.
41:48Scarlett is fantastic, and there is so much joy and confidence in watching her.
41:54You know, I think some people kind of glide through a competition, and then some people
41:57just stampede through it.
41:59And just the iconic looks.
42:01She's so smart and so full of references, but she was just so exciting to watch every week.
42:06All right, silence.
42:07I've made my decision.
42:10Bring back my girls.

42:55to do it one at a time.
43:00What?

43:07of looking at all these other girls.
43:09One queen stands before me.
