00:00If you really want to know what I'm wearing in the van, it's a pair of Buc-ee's sweatpants
00:03That are the softest things I've ever owned. I love gothic stuff and things that I can layer
00:09I don't know where half these pieces came from
00:12I'm confused
00:39Hi, I'm Izzy and I play guitar in Chokecherry and these are my clothes
00:44So we just released our debut album. It's called Ripe Fruit Rots and Falls and it's a ten songer
00:49And we had three producers our friend Christopher Grant Chris Cody and Zach Tush
00:55And it was really fun to make and now it's out in the world, and we're playing it live for
01:00the first time
01:03And a lot of the themes in Ripe Fruit Rots and Falls, it's like girlhood and feminine rage. So I
01:08feel like we try to
01:10Exemplify that in our stage style as well
01:13I actually wore this dress that I'm wearing right now in the album photo shoot
01:18Which was shot by Whitney who's over there. She's touring again. Hi
01:23She's doing photos, and she's awesome. She can do it all and
01:27So this piece was made by Liv
01:31Handmade by Liv
01:34Or by Liv Handmade on Instagram and she creates one-of-a-kind pieces and she's incredible. She's based in
01:41New York
01:42So I bought this I bought this from her at our Warsaw show opening for waves this summer and
01:49And yeah, I could show you the rest of my clothes, too
01:53So this one I just got this is just a fun little button-up. That's inside out my bed
02:01But we got this in a pile of clothes at our Dallas show and
02:05Sometimes I like dressing masks and I didn't really bring I only brought one pair of pants and like a
02:11bunch of tiny little dresses on this tour
02:13So, um, we had to go to Ross and get some winter clothes, but so I wear these jeans almost
02:19every day
02:19There's a little bit of water damage because we've been in the snow
02:22My my boots are also really cooked, but I got these at the Silver Lake flea
02:29And they don't have a tag. So they might be custom. I don't know tons of pockets tons of little
02:34loops. I
02:36Actually accidentally wear these almost every time I go through TSA and it flags every time because of all the
02:43metal
02:43So I get I get a really embarrassing pat down when I wear these so that's about right, but really
02:50cool pants and
02:53These this I don't really remember where I got this one actually, but I've layered this with other stuff
03:00I think it's just like a cheap piece, but a
03:04lot of my stuff is
03:05inside out because I'm a mess but
03:08I also don't really remember where I got this
03:11the brand is
03:13Current mood so I like wearing this one. I think I I like to layer it and
03:19It's definitely a staple
03:22This guy
03:24I'm not gonna lie to you. I don't know where half these pieces came from
03:28I'm confused but this appeared in my closet one day and I wore this for the secrets music video
03:35All my sister gave me this one. Oh my god. It's attached to a bunch of other stuff. Oh
03:40my god, all these loops
03:42loops and hooks
03:46Yeah
03:47Corset
03:48run-of-the-mill
03:50Oh, this one's fun. Actually
03:52I actually made this one. This is the first course that I ever sewed
03:57And it took me like actually there's some definitely some mistakes like I don't know what's going on there, but
04:03I sewed this with my grandma
04:05Earlier this year when she was ill so she loved to sew and she she sewed my mom's first wedding
04:12dress and
04:14She was a badass lady and this is actually really special to me because
04:19We got to spend a lot of time together and I would
04:22It definitely like is a little cooked like this is very amateur, but it reminds me of her so shout
04:28out dodie
04:30um
04:31Oh, here we go
04:33This corset is from wasteland and I got this when our friend tessa ray styled us
04:41Uh, for I believe it was the gold mine music video. Oh, no, it was the
04:46Our friend tessa styled us for our roxy show in la
04:50I picked up this piece and I wear it all the time. This is one of my going out shirts
04:54as well. So i'll wear this to shows
04:57Um, I actually definitely busted open one of these things in the pit. So I need to get that fixed,
05:02but
05:03What else do I got in the pile?
05:07We know her
05:11I
05:11I have this little guy, uh, it's like a fun long sleeve situation
05:16I love gothic stuff and things that I can layer. So i'll layer this the corset
05:21Um, I love wearing this with my baggy pants to kind of I love the juxtaposition of
05:28masculine and feminine
05:29In my style. I think if I go to hyper femme, I can start feeling a little weird. So I
05:35really like having both elements
05:39Oh
05:40Dude, I got this from goodwill, but I wore this
05:43For the major threat music video. It's just a little satin dress
05:47um
05:48Um, yeah, I think this was like five dollars a lot of my stuff is thrifted
05:54um, oh, I love this one. This is
05:58um, friend riley and jake's band blouse
06:01They're sick. They're from sacramento and this is actually one of a kind merch
06:06And this actually really inspired a merch line that we uh, just put out, which is
06:11uh, in collaboration with our friend meridian
06:14Uh, at sleepy baby bed on instagram and they have screen printed all these custom slips for us
06:20Which has been really cool. Yes, these are my boots. So
06:24They definitely need they've been cooked through the ringer. I wear these all the time. So they're pretty cooked
06:31But these are also going out boots. These are from jeffrey campbell and they very graciously gave us some samples
06:37So the these boots came with that
06:41That haul
06:43So a lot of my going out stuff and stage stuff do overlap. Um
06:47Um, this you know, I stuff like this I would wear every day. Um, this is a thrifted corset. Um
06:57I really like her. I just got her but
06:59Yeah, a lot of my stuff unless it's like super, you know, like a piece like this. That's definitely an
07:05occasion piece. Um
07:08A lot of this is very interchangeable
07:12Um
07:13Yeah, this skirt a lot of my I just got a lot of my clothes from my friends, which is
07:18nice keeping the family, you know, but
07:22This skirt I got from my friend emma at her garage sale
07:27And she was actually my very first bandmate and we were in a band called the girls and
07:32That was fun. We were in high school
07:34and
07:36this is my
07:38This is my belt and necklace
07:40Uh amalgamation. I don't know how these earrings got on here, but I think it's cool
07:45Um, so I got these earrings from actually from a fan in austin last year
07:49At unofficial south by and then this chain thing
07:53I got on a family vacation and it's falling apart. This thing's so cheap, but
07:57It's just fun to have little pieces to accent if you want to do shit like that, but
08:03A lot of my stuff is yeah interchangeable with
08:08Stage versus day to day
08:10um
08:12If you really want to know what i'm wearing in the van, it's a pair of bucky's sweatpants
08:16That are the softest things i've ever owned and also yeah a lot of shit from ross
08:22Ross is great. I love ross
08:24I did try to go and buy winter clothes and I just ended up with a bunch of skincare so
08:28that I had to go back
08:30But I got uh, I got a fun jacket there. So these are my rings
08:35Um, I wear them almost every day. These are very special to me because they were made these two were
08:40made by my friend quinn mckinney
08:42And she is an incredible silver smith and she started
08:46Smithing during covet and just immediately was really good. So a lot of my favorite rings
08:51Are made by her and I love her. Hi quinn and
08:55Everything else actually I got
08:57I just got this one. Dude, where did I get this? I got this in baltimore
09:02Just a few days ago
09:04This bad boy. I want to say I got it at a
09:08Like a shop in croatia. I think these are all from croatia
09:13um
09:14Yeah, and you can't forget the wristband. This is this is what ties it all together
09:19The cobra lounge wristband
09:22But yeah, thank you for coming to my
09:25To my closet and I'll see you soon
09:28Bye
