02:02would make a place that I can bring my clients to we want a place as a big expensive windows I just want
02:08a place that will be our forever home and also the kids will flourish in a place that has nature and
02:13peace and just be able to be themselves definitely agent Justin Conoco will be working with Wayne and

03:23that it's big enough for all 11 of us my biggest issue though is that it's not bright enough for me
03:28I like something a little bit more modern what I would do is I would paint all these walls white I

03:39inspire you okay wow look at this big windows obviously the first thing you're gonna notice are
03:47those big beautiful windows granite countertop real wood cabinetry the kitchen is truly the
03:55heart of the home it's big enough the only thing for me Justin is I'm not liking the aesthetics at
04:00all what if you replace this with a white marble lighter appliances you whitewash the cabinets and this
04:06wall okay I see that but what would the cost be I hear what you're saying but this kitchen is
04:11really special because of the dining space wow this is a huge space tall ceilings beautiful windows
04:19gas fireplace you can have everybody around one table this will fit like all our family members

05:35oh yeah I could see that but I'm not sure if a hundred acres is a little too much land let's go inside and
05:42let's recap the property Abby and Wayne we just looked at a house that is 3200 square feet on 100 acres
05:49six bedrooms five bathrooms located on 900 feet of lakefront property the price of this property is
05:582.75 million dollars you get a lot of land for that price I'd love to know what you guys think of this
06:05property when we walked into the great room the height of the ceiling is really impressive
06:09but it was too rustic when we walked into the kitchen I couldn't get over the huge windows however I think the
06:17price to replace the countertops is going to be a bit expensive Justin when you took us into the dining area I
06:24was absolutely blown away by the size of it but the primary bedroom was too small and I just wasn't impressed
06:31however the ensuite really showed Abby and I what this house could be oh my god when we stepped out of the
06:38house I felt like I was in an oasis as beautiful as the outdoors is do we really need 100 acres for the next property
06:46I would like to see something more modern and a smaller lot I'll see what I can do we love the
06:52outside of this property but the inside I need a bit more work

09:55you're looking at about 10 by 100 feet you have an entire dining area with a barbecue the fact that
10:01I can do different things on this deck it's a big plus for me the only thing is that doesn't have the
10:08view of the lake but it's only about a 60 second walk and trust me it's going to be worth it so guys
10:14what are your first impressions wow this is really beautiful this is a getaway from the everyday this is
10:21your private beach and this is not open to the public I just wish it was outside of my house you
10:27know when you're purchasing a property like this you're really buying into the community you got
10:30me there so I can go get some paddle boards or we can go back and recap the property okay we'll go
10:35back and recap but I would love the paddle board so Wayne and Abby we just saw this beautiful modern
10:41home it's just over 4,000 square feet five bedrooms four bathrooms and access to a private beach
10:48the price is 2.4 million dollars for the quality of this home that's a fair price when I walked to the
10:58great room I love how bright it was and the size of the windows my biggest issue was there was no view
11:03of the lake this kitchen is actually incredible and I love the white countertop I like the primary
11:11bedroom I like how it was really similar to the great room but I wish it had a walkout deck because I
11:18really liked how big the deck was I thought the answer was very beautiful and very spotlight but
11:24I'd have to put a second shower in when we finally got to the beach I thought I was on a vacation it
11:29was so awesome but the big question for me is do we want to walk to the lake Justin I love this house I
11:37love out more than it is but I'd like to see one more else with the lake front we love this house
11:42the only thing is is not as close to the lake as we would like Wayne and Abby are on the hunt for a
11:53large waterfront home for their nine children to enjoy the first property had a private lake on a
11:59hundred acres while the second home had a sleek modern design and a private beach tiered views is
12:05a 4500 square foot three-tiered home with five bedrooms and four bathrooms the main floor features
12:12an open concept design and black frame windows that overlook the water the third floor comprises the
12:18private primary suite complete with a spa like ensuite the lower level houses a second kitchen outside
12:24there's an outdoor entertainment zone with a hot tub and access to 50 feet of water frontage good

13:32walk-in closet and those black framed windows honestly I kind of feel guilty you know to have all this
13:40space to myself and my husband and the kids are sharing bedrooms I don't feel that guilty well why don't we
13:46walk into the primary ensuite what in the world you were asking for a setup with two shower heads you
13:53have it you have a floating vanity dual sinks with beautiful black accented hardware and lastly I know
13:59you guys aren't fans of bathtubs but I feel like this one is going to win you over I know I said that I was
14:05feeling guilty but after seeing this ensuite guilt is gone why don't we go downstairs I have another surprise
14:14for you both oh wow this lower level is built for entertaining the kitchen itself has a full bar top
14:24with a large fridge and it leads right into a beautiful bar it has me written all over I love
14:30everything about it why don't we go check out the outside okay you have a recessed hot tub
14:44a full lounge area with a huge TV and then you actually have a secondary lounging area where the
14:50outdoor kitchen is this is my vibe right yeah yeah yeah I can see it and you have very quick access to
14:56the gorgeous lake my only concern is are we too close to the neighbors Wayne and Abby we've seen this
15:04amazing modern property it's 4,500 square feet it has 50 feet of water frontage five bedrooms and four
15:12bathrooms the price is three million dollars it is a beautiful house but for that price I want my land
15:21when we walk into the house the first thing that I noticed was the great view of the water I love how
15:26the living room had a mix of modern and industrial I just think it's too small when I walked into that
15:32kitchen I thought I was walking to a magazine that was the most amazing primary bedroom I've ever seen in
15:39my whole life as soon as you show me the closet boy was I blown away that ensuite was so beautiful I
15:45loved the his and hers showers I do feel would that be a little bit selfish to have my own floor
15:51walking down the stairs that I could see as my space you wish outside I love the fact that there was a hot tub
16:02and a barbecue space my only thing is that we're too close to the neighbors Justin you've showed
16:08us three incredible properties oh we're just gonna take some time to think about it take your time guys

18:29walking into the great room I loved how bright the room was and all the windows my only issue is that
18:36there was no lake view I absolutely love the kitchen and a big dining area it's perfect for our family the
18:44primary bedroom I loved how similar it looked to the great room it had the beams it had the fireplace it
18:49was really amazing I love the outdoor deck but I just wish there was a walkout when I walked into the
18:56ensuite I thought I was walking to a hotel spa the only thing is I'd put a second shower I gotta say

19:39of water frontage tiered views is priced at three million dollars walking into the main room I loved the
19:47views of the water my only issue is maybe that living room was too small for our family Justin when I
19:53walked into that kitchen I was like oh my god I was in my dream kitchen that primary bedroom was a great
20:00size and I really loved the vaulted ceilings I don't know if I want to spend more time in the bedroom or the
20:05closet the ensuite was a really great size I really liked the fact that there was two showers I love the amount of
20:13space that it downstairs has there was a lounge zone there was a bar there was access to the outside I loved
20:20it that exterior of the property was really impressive my only concern is with nine children are we too
20:27close to the neighbors and we also have to think do we want a river as opposed to a lake so of all the
20:33properties which one are you guys going to eliminate tiered views I'm concerned about the privacy and I don't
20:39want to disturb the neighbors either so what did you choose modern oasis Justin at the end of the
20:47day the house had everything that we needed and it's so beautiful that house was so nice that I
20:53don't mind walking to the beach I'll get the paperwork started for you right away we are so excited we love
20:59the house it's just everything that we asked for and it's all about the memories that we can have with
21:05our kids and the next chapter of our life
