02:42guy that closes his eyes he's got his legs spread and someone's just kicking him in the pills over
02:46and over again that's what i felt like that's literally what it felt like but you know this
02:49this is the interesting thing we didn't know for certain that we could close trey but we knew that
02:54there was a good possibility of it especially based on the fact that he was still available
02:58um and the idea of being able to get him get the lamar deal done and retain our first round

03:04i mean i think a lot of things have happened in in the it was it was destroyed um and

03:10rebuilt again so i i think we should all be really happy about where we are at this moment and

04:13know what happens with max crosby moving forward uh if the story is true that the raiders intend on
04:19uh asking for two first round picks after the news and the rate i don't see how you get that

04:50issue it's not about this surgery it's about where his knee is going to be in three years and the
04:55likelihood he's going to need another one or that he's just a diminished player you know what i mean and
04:59once again you know i'm always going to be a player's player like but i'm just being honest about
05:03the potential here you know i had a a real bad it didn't start out bad but i had i
05:07needed
05:08micro fracture surgery i ended up getting a scope but my knee was never the same after that it's not
05:12the meniscus it's actually the knee the the cartilage right behind the patella uh which is
05:17actually a little bit more dangerous and micro fracture you hear that word that's almost like
05:21career threatening career ending type stuff but the knee is not something to play with you know all
05:25balance power moves uh your agility comes from the the big toe the ankle um and the knee and when
05:33you have problems and i've had issues with my knee and my foot i know exactly what can happen and

05:38it's not something to play with when you're going to make a hundred million dollar commitment and give
05:41up first round draft picks i actually tip my cap to eric on this one it's probably the hardest thing
05:46in the world to do knowing the you know what storm he was going to have to deal with but
05:50to make the move
05:51make the decision and then to recoup the the picks and then to get trey hendrickson which to me he's
05:56just a step below max um he he is not the run defender but the overall pass rush i mean

06:48literally cut off your other four toes and if you have your big toe you'd be fine but if you

06:56athleticism is improvisation like you really don't know what you're going to do until you do it right
