00:00Well, be-beow, be-beow, be-beow!
00:02Playing with your toys again, Chuck?
00:04Yeah! Cotton Candy 5-Hour Energy Flavor is back.
00:07It makes me feel like a kid again. You should try it.
00:10Akhbogosh and begorn, wait, David's here!
00:12Oh, there he is!
00:13Give me that!
00:23You're not making enough.
00:25Working in the Rocky Rococo drive-thru window.
00:30Oh, I don't think so.
00:31To get pepper sprayed.
00:33No.
00:34I don't even know what a Rocky Rococo has anyone been to.
00:38Is that a restaurant?
00:39It's a restaurant called-
00:40I thought it was a neighborhood.
00:41No, it's a restaurant called Rocky Rococo.
00:43I thought it was an arcade fire song.
00:45Pizza in Italian Kitchen.
00:48Huh.
00:49Anyway, they got a drive-thru at this place, and yeah, someone was pissed off,
00:53and pepper sprayed the 18-year-old worker.
00:56Here's the story out of Milwaukee from Fox 6.
00:58Arrested.
01:00When getting food on the go, the drive-thru
01:03You can order one, you ready?
01:04Is usually a safe bet.
01:06433.
01:06But right now, it's probably the last place Veda Fedokovich feels safe.
01:11What the f***?
01:12That's her.
01:13Wow.
01:13Getting pepper sprayed by an angry customer.
01:16Felt like cayenne pepper to the eyes, and somebody just rubbed it all in,
01:19and my face was just burning.
01:21The 18-year-old says she's worked at Rocky Rococo on South Howell Avenue since last summer.
01:26But this past Wednesday, she got a customer like no other.
01:30She was like, I've been sitting here for 15 minutes saying, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey.
01:34Fedokovich says she closed the window to go get a clipboard so she could take the lady's order by hand.
01:39But when she came back, she turns around and then she sprays me with a message before speeding off.
01:49Telling me to learn my manners and says the B word.
01:52She says she ran to the back, covering her face.
01:56She later called police and says they went looking for the vehicle, but so far, nothing.
02:01Veda tells me the aftermath of this happened so fast.
02:04She says after reaching out to police and seeking medical treatment,
02:07she came back here the next day and called it quits.
02:11I turned in my key and I was like, I'm sorry, I can't do this anymore.
02:15Now, Fedokovich says she wants the customer caught.
02:18Nobody should go through something like this.
02:19Nobody should be pepper sprayed for working at a job where teenagers work.
02:24She's hoping putting her story out could lead to an arrest.
02:27Hoping this customer's bad behavior at the drive-thru will also be through.
02:32Durante Matthews, Fox 6 News.
02:35Get better manners, bitch.
02:38I don't know how you get upset when you've decided to go get their pizza.
02:43I'll look at her.
02:45Oh, yeah, I know, I know.
02:46Like, she is one of the scariest Wisconsin.
02:48She's wearing, like, an angry pumpkin sweatshirt.
02:51Oh, boy.
02:52I mean, you can see how angry she looks just in the face.
02:55Oh, yeah, in the still shot.
02:56She's like mean mugger.
02:57She's got that resting bitch face for sure.
02:59Oh, my God.
03:00So upset.
03:03No, that's bad.
03:04Yeah.
03:05You're just working at the Rocky.
03:07I mean, what do you expect from us?
03:10At Rocky for Coco.
03:12At the Ro-Coco, Ro-Coco.
03:15She waited 15 minutes and no one took her order, I guess.
03:18Is that it?
03:19Yeah, that's it.
03:19She was waiting or something.
03:20Yeah, so probably the speaker was down.
03:24She was trying to do it by hand.
03:24Yeah.
03:24There's not a lot of pizza drive-thrus.
03:26I think there's actually one right here.
03:29But besides that, I don't really see a lot of pizza place with drive-thrus.
03:33You know what happened here?
03:34It's the same thing that happened to me when I went into that Timmy's where there was actually
03:40no one working, even though everything was turned on.
03:44So everything was turned on and then someone was like, no one else is showing up, so I'm
03:47just going home.
03:49And I sat there at the machine, like at that speaker, like, hey, hey, everybody, what's
03:54up?
03:55Hello?
03:56Hello?
03:57But there were workers here.
03:58There were people working.
03:59I know, but what I'm saying is, like, sometimes you just stay at that speaker when you should
04:04just pull up.
04:05Yeah, like you've waited too long.
04:07Like something's wrong.
04:07Like, obviously something's wrong.
04:09They can't hear me or something.
04:11Right.
04:1115 minutes at a speed.
04:12Never in my life.
04:13No, never.
04:13With no response?
04:14Right.
04:15No, come on.
04:15You got a minute.
04:16A minute.
04:17I was like fourth or fifth in line and everybody was waiting, like, what seemed, I'm like,
04:22oh man, they're just really slow today.
04:24That's what it seemed like.
04:26So you were all waiting for nothing?
04:28We were all waiting for nothing and everyone just left and that's why I went back and I
04:34went to the whole line and I was like, no one is there.
04:37I'm like, there's no one there.
04:38And they're like, sure, whatever, man.
04:41No one's there.
04:41You told everyone you took the time.
04:42I tried.
04:43I tried.
04:44You're like the William Wallace of Arby's.
04:46I was like, there's nobody in there.
04:49They may take your line.
04:52You never take the time.
04:53It's on you.
04:53I don't care.
04:54I would not.
04:55No, I just.
04:56I can do it.
04:56Yeah, there's no one here today.
04:57Well, the thing is, everyone just made it seem like it took about five minutes for you
05:02to put your order in and they all went around the thing you were stuck in.
05:07They all went around and then disappeared behind the building and then just left.
05:11And so it was like, no one is letting anyone know.
05:15The line was so long.
05:17Did you stay there all day and let everyone know?
05:19No, I just told that one group.
05:21Hi, welcome.
05:22Yes.
05:22Unfortunately, this appears to be closed today.
05:24So I wouldn't hang around and wait.
05:25Just figured I'd stick here.
05:26I was like, listen, everyone.
05:29Listen, everyone.
05:31Pay attention.
05:32Hello.
05:32No, put your gun down.
05:33Chuck the Freak.
05:34Fast food.
05:35My name is Chuck the Freak.
05:39I was waiting for a Boston cream donut.
05:42That's what I wanted.
05:44That's what I wanted.
05:45I wanted a Boston cream.
05:46I had a hankering for a...
05:49I'm going to be honest with you.
05:50I was going to get two Boston creams.
05:53That's the truth of it.
05:55But I waited just like you are.
05:5715 minutes.
05:58About 15 to 25 minutes.
06:01I talked to the speaker for at least 15 minutes.
06:05Hello.
06:05You talked to the speaker for 15 minutes.
06:07They did not answer me.
06:09I watched.
06:09As you can see, the menu is activated.
06:11Hello.
06:12That was me.
06:13That was what I did.
06:14Hello.
06:15Please.
06:16Hello.
06:16Trust me.
06:17There's no one working here.
06:21Thank you, fast food warrior.
06:23No.
06:23And honestly, no one really left the line.
06:26No, they didn't believe you.
06:27They didn't really believe.
06:29I'm like, run!
06:30And they really wanted that donut.
06:32Follow me.
06:33No, like unbelievably, like most people are like, sure, bud.
06:37Yeah, man.
06:38Okay.
06:39That guy just wants all the donuts for himself.
06:41Yeah.
06:42Okay.
06:42Yeah.
06:43A chubby guy's like, leave!
06:46No one here.
06:47Hang on!
06:47I think they just thought I was trying to steal their spot in the line that had gotten pretty
06:52long.
06:53And I'm like, no.
06:54Like, I'm trying to see.
06:56You like argued with some of them.
06:57It's wild, man.
06:58No, I didn't argue.
06:59I didn't argue.
07:00I just tried to save some people.
07:02There'll be another donut shop a minute away.
07:04The other one, it was run by complete crackheads.
07:07You couldn't even go to that one.
07:10So you're going to wait at the empty one?
07:11The empty one.
07:12Don't stay here!
07:13Don't waste your time!
07:15COVID was a hell of a time.
07:18It was a hell of a time.
07:20I thought you were at the Boston Cream Warrior.
07:22I tried to be.
07:23No one really left the line.
07:26No, they didn't leave the line.
07:27You did no good at all.
07:28No, it was.
07:29I really tried to do.
07:30It was like a good deed that just, you know, fell flat.
07:35I guess good for you.
07:37Part of me was like, should I go make a sign?
07:40A sign?
07:41I didn't know.
07:41Yeah.
07:42Like what?
07:43Closed?
07:44This place is closed.
07:45I was like, yeah, no.
07:46It's not your business.
07:48I'll be right back.
07:49I gotta go make a sign.
07:49I was not horrible.
07:50There was 10 people in line.
07:53There was a person that was 10th in line.
07:57How long were they going to be there?
07:59That was going to be like an hour of their life.
08:01That's on them.
08:02Yeah, maybe they would figure it out.
08:04Maybe they didn't know what there was.
08:05It was literally the way that that place is set up.
08:09It would be impossible to realize where you're ordering that there's no one in that store.
08:15You have to order and then go all the way around to where there's finally windows.
08:19And you just would have no idea.
08:21When I got around, I was like, you sons of bitches.
