Dave & Chuck the Freak talk about how dangerous it must be for drive-thru workers to tell customer they're closed, after a woman complained to Taco Bell customer service she didn't get served at four o-clock in the morning.

00:12through at 4 0 3 a.m and that includes flipping out on taco bell for refusing to serve you

00:19at 4 0 3 a.m why is anyone in there there is a viral tiktok video that was posted by a taco

00:27bell employee which captured a woman's anger at not being served the location she went to closed

00:34at 4 a.m oh but she showed up at 4 0 3 a.m and was pissed they wouldn't serve her she demanded the

00:41phone number to taco bell corporate but the employee just gave their personal cell phone number

00:47so when she called they pretended to be the corporate taco bell office which she believed

00:53to be open at 4 0 3 a.m yeah and clicked away on a computer as if they were taking down all the

00:59information she was giving them that's hilarious here's how it played out here she is like a a 4

01:07a.m taco bell karen oh man yeah i know i've been sort of erased their eye because i go in there

01:14every single night around the same line and i mean it's just the fact that they couldn't even take

01:20my order they didn't take at all at all all they had was drinks i mean you guys

01:27she wanted to be compensated she wanted to be because she used so many of the karen lines oh

01:45yeah like she's a regular customer they're losing business because she was going to order 20 maybe

01:50even 30 bucks worth of food oh yeah she's going to take her business to another location and she

01:54wants to be compensated for being wronged like typical karen script now i know how i sound when

02:00i call the taco bell customer care there it is every single line out of my book as well yep

02:06in your case it's true yeah well yeah i'm not lying i am on my way to a different taco bell i am furious

02:11and i do want to be compensated tell me you've never called the taco bell customer care oh he's

02:15called i've called i've tweeted james you have yes he has yeah i'm sorry but when your employee

02:21tells me i'm limited to three items per car load i'm a little upset about that because i need at

02:25least five items yep there was a three items per car load yes this was like a covid thing and they

02:31they did me a huge favor and let me order a combo and add one item who orders three things

02:37that's what i said i'm like who only orders three items yeah you pull up at 403 to a taco bell and

02:44expect them to still make food so now they're going to stay around to make the food and clean up after

02:49you you're insane here's a question though like have you ever been inside of like a drive-thru line

02:55as a place is kind of getting ready to close down yes and i always assume that they finish the line

03:02and that if another car pulled up in line they're they're in that line oh i see i would assume that

03:09yeah if you pull up if you hit the speaker after four like as long as you placed your order by four

03:14they're going to serve you but if i hit the speaker at 403 or you know even though i've been in line they

03:20can't see that yeah speaker is off yeah i think someone would have to go outside and almost put like

03:26a cone down and be like it's that's it it's done but i almost wonder if maybe we just don't realize

03:32how not busy it really is at 4 a.m right so you might not have to do that because in my mind i'm like

03:38how do you shut down the taco bell drive-thru constantly people are going to be coming in

03:41getting in line they're never going to be able to close and go home yeah i would imagine at 4 a.m

03:45there's not a line right so they could probably be like okay that blue car it's you know it's 358

03:49that blue car just pulled through that's the last one kill everything once we get their order

03:54right so i guess they do go outside and uh in certain drive-thrus uh there's a white castle

04:01they'll put a cone down our taco bell puts a cone or the employees go tell people to turn they have

04:05to turn around isn't that risky what kind of riot gear do they got to throw on to go out there and

04:09talk to us get the taco bell back give them a gun with hot sauce put your hurt locker suit on

04:15put your hurt locker suit on and get out there and close the line

04:20no close the line i have to do it yeah get on out there now jimmy

04:29jimmy the line's closed it's one of the most dangerous jobs there is

04:35i'm the guy that goes out there at 4 a.m and tells people stop ordering tacos

04:40as you can see i got this sweet hurt locker suit that's supposed to protect you from bombs but also

04:47psychopaths in the taco line at 4 a.m i've been a costed shot stabbed i've been beaten with bats i've

04:56been just jimmy how'd you get that job though i was just a new hire that said that's how i got to

05:02start they said maybe in six months i could be a manager oh so wow oh look out look out that was

05:08the bullet that was three that was three different yeah those are guns we gotta go inside

05:26oh yeah i almost die every night

05:29they start this promotion with the doritos loco tacos and eat people

05:43two weeks ago a guy we know named timmy he just got killed

05:46that's right shot right in the face

05:50yep died right there outside the speaker

05:52there was a girl marybeth she was run over by a gigantic pickup truck

05:57yep guy just ran right over you so full of taco hunger

06:01we served him too we didn't realize it
