00:08Well, good afternoon, everybody. My name is Chris Berger, and it's time for Berger Point.
00:12You know, buying a foreclosure or something that you would fix and flip is a challenge.
00:18But what you have to do, you have to get your money in order first.
00:23Second, you have to get the contractors lined up.
00:26And then third, of course, you have to get ready for reality.
00:30And what I mean by that is that the actual construction of the home is a challenge.
00:36So with this home, the outside siding has been completed, and it's absolutely beautiful.
00:42But now I'm going to take you inside to show you exactly what needs to be done and the challenges
00:48that are there.
01:00So, you want to do a gut job, huh? By a foreclosure.
01:05Well, you just got to put the time and effort in.
01:08Still lots to do, but the outside is pristine, nearly perfect.
01:12However, they have gutted the inside.
01:16And what I mean by that is that they're going to actually tackle the floors first.
01:21But this was the kitchen.
01:25So, we'll see what happens.
01:29And as we go down the hall, all right, again, all the door jams are out.
01:34They're going to be all new, brand new doors.
01:37And this was the infamous bathroom.
01:40That's gone.
01:41And again, all the floors will be refinished.
01:46And about six weeks to go.
01:48And it will be pristine.
01:51So, do a foreclosure or a flip and hang in there.
01:57You know, tonight's a special night for me as actually I'm going to see the Fab Four.
02:02And the Fab Four, of course, represent the Beatles.
02:06And I have seen them before.
02:08They put on a fantastic show.
02:10And when you know the music, it's a great night out.
