00:25on. But even the EU is not united about what they need to do. You have Germany who's willing to
00:30go in. France has been kind of on both sides. It says that it will enter the conflict with the
00:36US and then it won't. And UK has said it doesn't want to enter into the conflict.
00:41So actually, at this point, the importance is individual countries. And if there is not enough support for individual countries,
00:50then organizations cannot work together.
00:53So the EU is not united. So therefore, because the individual countries have different ideas of whether they want to
01:00enter the war, and therefore they cannot act as an organization per se. So it's the same with the UN.
