00:05cakes that she had ordered and she was shocked by what she found when she got to the bakery
00:11falling prices no oh um so diane has stage three breast cancer oh and as you can imagine over the
00:21past several months of getting treatment she hasn't been able to work so she's you know
00:24scraping everything to get by and worried about her health right um but she had placed an order
00:32for two cakes from the walmart bakery worth 50 so that she could take them in
00:41and thank the workers at the hospital who had been taking care of her over the past several months
00:46wow yeah so when she arrived to pick up the cakes she saw that they were marked as paid
00:52and she was like what i didn't i didn't pay for them yet like i placed the order but i
00:58never gave
00:59you a credit card or anything and it turns out that somebody in that bakery in walmart
01:05knew what she was going through they knew what those cakes were for and an employee anonymously
01:12paid for the cakes for her an employee yeah that is incredible yeah somebody in the bakery saw this
01:20and was like not today diane you can celebrate but it's on me wow this is amazing and i i
01:28the extra
01:28special part is this isn't walmart big big company picking up the bill right which wouldn't even
01:35they wouldn't even hesitate because it wouldn't even matter to them it's an employee making god
01:39knows how much an hour yeah who says this is incredible so diane still has a road to go right
01:45so she's going through uh she's got surgery coming up in a couple of weeks followed by six weeks of
01:51radiation she says this act of kindness inspired her to pay it forward uh she continues to express
01:57her gratitude for the recognition of uh or you know like the people that have helped her along in
02:02her cancer journey so this is what she's carrying with her as she's going through probably the
02:08scariest time in her life which just fills her heart with with joy
