00:07This is an I-94 and 9 mile and as you can see it is absolutely packed for the grand

00:15Not a spot can be had in the parking lot and cars and people were actually lined up this morning
00:20before the store officially opened
00:22looking to be one of the first customers and get their hands on a gift card and other prizes.
00:26Now some people are concerned about this Sheetz.
00:29They're worried about all the traffic right here on 9 mile road where it meets I-94 as you can
00:34see in front of me.
00:35They're also worried about the fate of the old Speedway gas station next door.
00:39But it's a party here this morning.
00:41People getting their hands on 24 hour food and beverages, pumping gas as well.
00:46No one's been here yet.
00:47This is the official grand opening ceremony for Metro Detroit's newest Sheetz.
00:51In the next few years they look to open 50 to 60 locations in Michigan.
00:55Chances are you already have one in your neighborhood.
