00:10Ashworth Pharmacy on Queen's Road would be extended, with a new two-storey rear and side addition creating accommodation across

00:19The pharmacy would remain open under the proposals. A neighbouring gift shop would be demolished to make way for the
00:26development.
00:26In a planning statement, applicant Pranav Gupta said the design would reflect surrounding buildings and support local housing need.
00:35He added that the site offers good access to parks, shops and public transport links. The council will consider the
00:43application in due course.
