00:17fewer bedroom at the Cheshire Road House. Neighbours have previously submitted petitions
00:22and objections, saying parking is already difficult and a larger shared home would add disturbance.
00:28The property is already registered as a 5-bed house in multiple occupation
00:33and could become a 6-bed home without planning permission.
00:37The council will now consider the revised application, but no decision date has yet been set.
