Hannah Anhag stands as a principled leader in the evolving field of residence and citizenship by investment, where lawful mobility, due diligence, and institutional trust converge to shape secure, equitable opportunities for individuals and families. Operating at the intersection of private advisory, government relations, and regional economic collaboration, she consistently upholds the highest standards of compliance, transparency, and ethical practice—core pillars of strong, accountable institutions.

Since October 2025, as Country Manager – Philippines for Arton Capital, Hannah has played a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s global mission to empower global citizenship through carefully structured investor programs. Arton Capital, a trusted financial advisory leader with offices across more than 15 countries and a track record of attracting over US$4 billion in foreign direct investment, relies on Hannah’s expertise to guide high-net-worth clients toward compliant, efficient second-residence and citizenship pathways. Her work ensures that every recommendation aligns with rigorous regulatory frameworks, protects client interests, and contributes positively to host-country economic development.

In parallel, Hannah serves as Head of Philippine Government Affairs & Media at the Malaysian Chamber of Commerce and Industries Philippines (MCCI), the pioneering ASEAN-member business chamber established in the Philippines in 2017. Since assuming the role in February 2026 (following her appointment as Vice Chair for Membership in March 2025), she has led strategic engagement initiatives that bridge private-sector leaders with Philippine government counterparts. Through structured dialogue, policy advocacy, and media coordination, Hannah strengthens bilateral and ASEAN-level collaboration, promotes mutual understanding, and promotes governance-aligned economic partnerships that benefit both investors and local communities.
