00:00The second moment that we have been waiting for this morning as we close out our Combine radio coverage on
00:05the Home of America's team with Sean and RJ is our boy, the head coach of the Dallas Catwalk, Bobby's
00:11boy.
00:12The head coach.
00:13We know ball.
00:13That's my dog.
00:14No, we talk ball.
00:15We talk ball.
00:15We talk ball.
00:16Yeah, you know ball.
00:16We talk ball.
00:17We're just getting lost.
00:18Exactly.
00:18Just cut them off.
00:20They don't need it.
00:20Exactly.
00:21Turn this back to me.
00:22You know, baseball's starting to do this.
00:24They call it talk and seam.
00:27No, they don't.
00:27Yeah.
00:28Yeah, because they would have used balls.
00:31They would have used balls.
00:32But football's trendsetters.
00:34Football's trendsetters.
00:35Hoops is fine.
00:36Talking hoops is fine.
00:38I don't know what the hockey term is.
00:39I don't know if there's a golf term.
00:40Talking puck.
00:41Talking puck.
00:41Talking puck is fine.
00:42But golf term, we're talking.
00:44Talking seam.
00:46Brian Schottenheimer here on 105.3 The Fan.
00:48What's up, brother?
00:48Man, I'll tell you what.
00:49I walked in this place and there's freaking ESPN, everybody.
00:53Man, I wanted to get over here to 105.3 The Fan and you got it.
00:56You threw your jacket down like this was your house.
00:58It is my house.
01:00This is my house.
01:01Usually I'm laid up on my couch in my office just chilling.
01:04And now I'm like, okay, I got to do a little bit more.
01:06There's people watching us.
01:07I'm not as relaxed.
01:08You guys can probably tell I'm pretty uptight right now.
01:10Yeah.
01:10We are so proud that when we first came in your office, you had zero idea about any radio.
01:18You thought we worked all day.
01:19You thought we worked all day.
01:21Maybe not all day.
01:22He had no idea.
01:24Work.
01:24And then at the end, it brought us great pride.
01:26We think we opened your insights into how entertaining radio can be with the gold you gave us all year
01:33long.
01:34Well, I appreciate it.
01:35Seriously, I really.
01:37No, I'm taking the credit.
01:38Oh, you're taking the credit.
01:40Yeah.
01:40That's what he's doing.
01:41I'm just saying to me, I really do look forward to it.
01:43You guys make it kind of easy.
01:45I mean, there's some weeks that are a little tougher.
01:47But, you know, I actually look forward to Friday morning to you guys.
01:50All right.
01:51And it's Friday morning again.
01:52I didn't even realize that.
01:53How about you guys are so smart how you guys did this.
01:56A little different time slot, though.
01:57We knew the last possible opening with your sleep schedule.
02:02Let me check my sleep score.
02:03All the rest of your coaches who have blown us away this week.
02:06We got the impressive Clayton Adams, 6 o'clock.
02:09We got the mind-blowing Christian Parker this morning, 7 o'clock.
02:13But we know with old shoddy.
02:15Snooze.
02:16Look at how beautiful I looked at you.
02:18Rested.
02:19Ready to go for interviews.
02:20You know fans are going to be like, hey, he's dying.
02:22He's sleeping in.
02:23He's not watching tape.
02:24He's not doing enough.
02:25He's not doing enough.
02:26Not on the grind.
02:26Okay.
02:27So I got to ask you something.
02:28We showed Will McClay some tape yesterday.
02:31And I want to show you some tape.
02:33How was that?
02:33He was good.
02:33He gave some good review.
02:34He said, generally we say about corners who are making plays at the line of scrimmage.
02:38That means that guy can't run.
02:39So he said that looks like a cover two corner to me.
02:42And so I'm curious.
02:43Would you recommend Dak take on a 275-pound defensive lineman like Chuck Wiley here?
02:49Yeah.
02:50Yeah.
02:50So we got here.
02:51Watch this block.
02:51Coming right back around.
02:52Oh, we get the freeze frame.
02:53Chuck Wiley.
02:53Boom.
02:54Right in the gut.
02:55Now, the only problem is I went on the ground and he didn't.
02:58But you stopped him.
02:59He didn't make the play.
03:00You stopped him.
03:01He didn't make the play.
03:01That's a third-round pick, Chuck Wiley.
03:03Now, would you recommend Dak throw himself into a 275-defensive lineman up 45 points?
03:11Young Dak.
03:11Young Dak.
03:13Not Dak today, but young Dak.
03:16Feel the game a little bit.
03:17Yes, feel the game a little bit.
03:18And that was probably pretty late in the fourth quarter.
03:21Because I was in the game.
03:22Let me be honest.
03:23If I was in the game, it was pretty late in the game and we were up pretty big.
03:26You were coming off the field.
03:27They were all hyped.
03:28They were hyped that you threw that block.
03:30And what you guys didn't see was a little elbow pad I had.
03:33Yeah, I had a little tendonitis.
03:35Yeah.
03:36It was a whole heart shell, right?
03:38Hey, it was from this, so.
03:40No, so you can spur your advisor.
03:42You said that, too.
03:43You said that, too.
03:44Give us an area or two, Coach, where you feel just way more comfortable this year than coming here last
03:51year as a rook.
03:52Yeah, man.
03:52I'll tell you what.
03:54Probably where I am with all the draft prospects.
03:56You know, last year it was like, literally it was just crazy, man.
03:59From getting the job to hiring the staff on both sides of the ball, trying to get in contact with
04:04all the players and everything.
04:05I came here with a much better knowledge of the draft class.
04:09And now I think sitting through these meetings and interviews with these guys, which I love, by the way.
04:13I love this time.
04:15I just, I'm leaving here when I leave here with a much better sense of this draft class and then
04:20how certain the puzzle might hopefully fit together for us in a great way in April.
04:24How do you weigh, because, you know, we've been talking defense all offseason, right?
04:29Talking ball, yeah.
04:30So how do you weigh, like, hey, we want to improve the defense, but we don't want to be complacent
04:33on offense and just assume that the offense is going to be as great as it was last year?
04:36Yeah, well, number one, we have to evolve.
04:38I literally, I said this to Clayton Adams the first week that we were actually leaving exit interviews and all
04:44that stuff.
04:44I said to Clayton, I said, hey, look, now you know the deal, right?
04:47I said everyone's going to study us.
04:48We're one of the best in the world at what we did on offense, and everyone's going to study us.
04:52And so if we don't evolve and if we don't find ways of complementing things we were good at or
04:56taking out and adding things that maybe didn't fit and adding things that do fit, then, you know, we'll be
05:02very average.
05:03We're not going to let that happen.
05:04And so with Clayton's mind and with the chance to go and look at the cutups and get most of
05:09the pieces back, which is why Javante was such a big get for us, right?
05:12You know, everything with GP, like we should be able to hit the ground running when the guys come back
05:18in the spring, but we will evolve and there will be new wrinkles that we can show people.
05:22When you get into the interview process with these prospects, what's like the go-to, obviously, player-specific, you'll have
05:30different questions for different guys, but what's like the number one that you're like, I want to hear this from
05:33everybody, like, let me just throw this question out to you.
05:35What do you typically like to hear from prospects?
05:37You know, man, there's really not, the way I do it's different.
05:39So, you know, when we're always installing something, so they come in the room, you know, hey, high-five, what's
05:44up, ba-boom.
05:45Well, when they sit down, we start installing something to them because we want to be able to quiz them
05:49because all these guys are very well-trained right now.
05:52And literally, I mean, we could be watching film together.
05:54We could be talking ball.
05:55Talking ball, yeah.
05:56And you could be like, hey, what's this formation?
05:58Oh, we call it vanilla.
05:59It's not called vanilla, but he just, I mean, they can lie on their film.
06:03So we install something.
06:05Then we go to the film to kind of distract them.
06:06But during that installation, I'm kind of looking at some of the character thoughts and their background and things like
06:12that.
06:12And so I make it very specific to each individual player based on one of the corners we were talking
06:20to last night.
06:21It talked about his practice, pre-practice routine.
06:24So I just went right to it.
06:25I said, hey, tell me about your pre-practice routine.
06:27And he started, you know, he knew it very well.
06:29And I said, well, who'd you bring with you?
06:31You're doing very, well, yeah, I mean, like, you know, it's just in a good way.
06:35But I was like, look, you've got to be bringing people with you.
06:38You've got this great routine.
06:39Then share it.
06:39And so I just try to do it very individualized.
06:42I think that's important.
06:42Where do you find when you are installing the play and you're working with them, where do you find guys
06:47coming out of college,
06:48this current crop of college players, are most like, okay, we're going to have to bring them along a little
06:52bit in this area.
06:53They're not as sharp on that area.
06:55This is something where there's still a gap from college to NFL learning.
06:58I do think that two things.
07:00One, fundamentals are always going to change.
07:02They're always going to be different.
07:03They're always going to be developed.
07:05College football, especially with the portal and guys moving and stuff, these guys aren't getting – they're great athletes,
07:11but the development of how important each individual step and hand gesture and things like that matters, I would say
07:17that's one.
07:18And then the other thing that shows up is situational football is so big in our league.
07:23I mean, two-minute, four-minute, end of half.
07:26You know, and most of those guys, you know, they've been maybe exposed to it, but not at the level
07:30that they have to be to be good at our league.
07:32When the game counts the most, it's the fourth quarter games on the line.
07:35Can you go and execute this at a high level with a guy like Dak who's all over it?
07:40Right.
07:40Can you tell the difference in a development of a player who's been in the same system for three years
07:45in college versus one that's jumped around then?
07:47I do.
07:48I think you can.
07:48And I get it.
07:50The NIL's the NIL.
07:51I don't blame these kids.
07:52I mean, hey, I can go here and make a million, and I can go over here for a million
07:56and a half.
07:56Like, why wouldn't you do it?
07:57But I do think that there's something to that.
07:59And I also think it's a much more pure evaluation of them from a character standpoint, learning standpoint,
08:08when they are one place because they've been exposed to the same people for two, three years.
08:14And so you're getting the true stories when they jump around.
08:17It's like, well, I talked to this guy at this school.
08:19I talked to this guy at that school.
08:20And then I talked to this person.
08:22And it's like, okay, well, it's pretty consistent, but it's not the same.
08:26Brian Schottenheimer here on 105 Through the Fan.
08:28You want to do it or you want me to do it?
08:30On what?
08:31Oh, on.
08:31I'll do it.
08:32I'll do it.
08:33No.
08:33Oh, no, no, no.
08:34I'll do it.
08:34Yeah.
08:35Yeah.
08:35Because there is.
08:35Don't twist it.
08:36I'm not going to twist it.
08:37All right.
08:38Because this is a question we actually asked about during the year.
08:40So there's a lot of talk about Brandon Aubrey right now.
08:43Okay.
08:44My biggest concern with Brandon Aubrey is that.
08:47Why'd you just cross your leg?
08:47You're getting very defensive.
08:48No.
08:49Because he is the body language.
08:50That's the stuff I don't see when we're doing that.
08:53I don't normally.
08:54I don't normally.
08:55All right.
08:55All right.
08:55I want you to relax.
08:56No, I'm going to be relaxed.
08:57I'm going to cross.
08:58All right.
08:58All right.
08:59Cut them off.
08:59Yeah.
08:59All right.
09:00All right.
09:00All right.
09:00All right.
09:00All right.
09:01So here's my thing.
09:04Brandon Aubrey is so good and such a weapon that I think that it can when teams cross the 50.
09:11And I think that we talked about this during the league.
09:13When you get past the 50, the offense may be tightening up a little bit.
09:18And it's like, all right, hey, we're within range.
09:19We can score.
09:20And so because we're kind of within this Brandon Aubrey range that most teams aren't used to,
09:24we don't have to take as many risks.
09:26We don't have to just say, got to get in the end zone here because we feel like there are
09:30points on the board.
09:31Do you think that's something that you have to guard against at all?
09:34Is the idea of Brandon Aubrey being such a weapon that it causes you to call things a little bit
09:38more conservatively once you cross the 50?
09:40He's saying that it's a crutch.
09:42Translate it.
09:43Yeah.
09:43He's saying that you use a Brandon Aubrey's crutch.
09:44Thank you for taking a very wordy question and saying, I'm explaining the whole thing.
09:49Brandon Aubrey's your kicker as a crutch.
09:51See, thank you.
09:51I appreciate that.
09:52That's what we're going to try.
09:52Well, let me say this.
09:53I will say this.
09:54Let's talk ball.
09:54Let's talk some ball.
09:55Let's see what's going on.
09:57I will say that there is times, based on the situation of the game, where you're like, okay, hey, we're
10:03at the 50.
10:04Feel okay.
10:05What's the D&D?
10:06But for the most part, I think that what the rhythm we kind of found as the year went was,
10:11because Feeder's up there wearing me out about going for it all the time on fourth down.
10:14I'm like, dude, stop.
10:16I hear, shoddy, fourth and 19.
10:17Let's go for it.
10:18Shut up.
10:19Like, we're good.
10:20I'm punting the ball.
10:21But with Brandon, it really is, it's not a crutch.
10:24It's, he's a weapon.
10:26He's a great weapon.
10:28But the big thing that I love is, you know, like, it doesn't matter whether it's the long one, the
10:33short one.
10:34The other thing about the guy that you guys haven't talked about is, I mean, his ability to run.
10:39I mean, the fake.
10:40He did.
10:40Did you see him prancing?
10:42He's like a deer out there just prancing around.
10:45So this guy's a weapon anywhere on the, we might actually put him out there in like the minus 20
10:49and, you know, attempt to fail.
10:51The goal of 90 yards, and maybe it's a fake, maybe it's not.
10:54I'm curious.
10:54So there was a clip from about 10 years ago.
10:57Matt Rule was doing a coaching clinic.
10:59Okay.
10:59And he was describing his first year at Temple.
11:01And he said, I got to Temple.
11:03He said, we were 2 and 10.
11:04We were awful.
11:05And he said, our kicker quit first week of practice.
11:08And he said, it was the best year of my life other than going 2 and 10.
11:11And he said, it wasn't because it had anything to do with the kicker.
11:13He said, it just, it forced me to get out of my comfort zone.
11:15I had to call 4th and 2 when we were at the 30.
11:17I just had to do it.
11:18I had to go for 2 consistently.
11:20How much do you feel like being able to execute certain things, whether it be at the end of the
11:24season when you guys were eliminated from the playoffs already or certain situations when a kicker's out or other things
11:30like that, how often do you find yourself in game going, hey, this is a good situation for me to
11:34get live reps on something that I don't normally get because we're in a bad situation with this instance or
11:39that instance?
11:40The harder instance is when it happens during the game.
11:43You lose a player during a game.
11:45It's a lot more mental gymnastics.
11:47Going into a game in a situation you're talking about with Matt Rule where you know, hey, this is the
11:51issue.
11:51I don't have a guy that I trust.
11:53It makes it very, very easy.
11:54The harder thing is, though, when you're in the game and all of a sudden somebody comes over and says,
11:58hey, so-and-so pulled a calf or so-and-so's out.
12:00And you're like, okay.
12:02It affects multiple things.
12:03But at the end of the day for me, I do try to be pretty consistent in whatever the preparation
12:08was during the week, try to stay as consistent with that.
12:11And like I say, I mess with Fieter all the time, but he's great for me with that because whatever
12:15we talk about is what we feel gives us the best chance to win the game.
12:19The sports radio gods are blessing us with breaking news with Brian Schottenheimer on the official morning show of the
12:27Dallas Cowboys.
12:28Do you know what this breaking news is?
12:29I don't.
12:29I'm sure you do.
12:29Todd.
12:30No, I don't.
12:31All right, it's from Archer.
12:32Oh, Todd Archer.
12:33Tad's looking over.
12:34Yeah, what do you think it is?
12:35Hey, is Tad nervous?
12:37Why is Tad cross his leg?
12:38Why is Tad cross his leg?
12:40Tad, get on the headset.
12:41Confirm.
12:42He knows where it's going.
12:44He says he knows.
12:44Hey, guys, it's been a great show.
12:48The Cowboys are hiring new head coach.
12:50No.
12:52Hey, who wants to go to the bar?
12:55With the 11th sound out.
12:56Is Prime 47 open yet?
12:57Is Prime 47 open yet?
12:59George Pickens is getting the franchise tag to secure his rights to at least 2026, according
13:04to Todd Archer.
13:06Your reaction to the breaking news, coach?
13:08Man, I tell you what.
13:08Wow.
13:10I've got to call Todd, see if it's true.
13:12I'm just here for this for the first time.
13:14Yeah, Clayton Adams on the other.
13:15By the way, you're coordinators.
13:16Yeah, seriously, I know you guys want to talk to me, but how did the guys do, both Clayton
13:19and Christian?
13:20They did good?
13:20Clayton, Christian, Will, they were all great.
13:22Brought us as already.
13:23I didn't ask about Will.
13:24I didn't ask about Will.
13:25Christian smelled fantastic, too.
13:27Did he have on the glasses?
13:29Did he have on the cardiac glasses?
13:30And your cologne is good, too.
13:32Yeah.
13:33I don't have it on right now.
13:34It must be just my natural aroma.
13:35Really?
13:36Coach Wells?
13:38Is Coach Wells going to join us?
13:39Yeah, Coach Wells has come through, too.
13:40All right.
13:40Yeah.
13:41And he couldn't stop smelling Linda Wells yesterday, either.
13:43You guys have a superstar lineup, but I'm like at bat ninth right now with what you guys
13:48have been able to do.
13:48No, it's just the closer.
13:49No, Brought us already has your coordinators taking head coaching jobs because of how impressive
13:53they were.
13:54Thank you, Brian.
13:55I appreciate that.
13:55That's great.
13:57Might as well start over right now.
13:59Christian Parker sat down here, and him and Brought us locked in for about three minutes
14:04of football euphoria that blew everyone.
14:07It reminded me of what you said in the presser about just getting lost in all the football terminology,
14:11and we just sat back and listened to, like, it was music.
14:15That was ball.
14:16Yeah.
14:17I can say that was ball.
14:18CP starts talking about attack fronts, a gap and a half, and Brian just almost had a heart attack.
14:23Yeah, he's a stud.
14:23He loved it.
14:24He's great.
14:24He really is a stud.
14:25He's a great person.
14:26And like I said, I think I said at my press conference with CP there, what's been so cool
14:30for me, man, is to see the excitement about our players.
14:33Like, our players, when they're around them, when they talk to them, like, I get the text
14:37or they come into my office, they're like, yeah, that dude's a G.
14:40Like, they just, they think he's awesome.
14:42I'm going to be honest with you here about GP, my concern.
14:47When I hear some of the personnel, to Clayton Adams, we said, I'm always trying to figure
14:51out George Pickens.
14:52And he said, so am I.
14:56And last night, someone gave me a quote, said, that's George being George.
15:00When I hear that stuff, I worry about, like, the wide receiver stereotypes, and I'm like,
15:04let's get him on the tag, let's see one more year of, like, great behavior, even though
15:08you guys and the teammates are loving him and talking about his love for football.
15:11So, how much, what does George being George mean?
15:15You know, George being George is being authentic.
15:19Like, literally, you know me, I'm the same guy every day, win, lose, draw, whatever it
15:22is, and that's who George is.
15:25The one thing that's cool about George, I talk about George's love for football all the
15:29time.
15:30I want to talk about George's love for being in Dallas and our players.
15:34You go in that locker room, which I'm in there a lot, and they never let me play ping
15:37pong, kind of pisses me off, I don't know why.
15:39I mean, I'm going to have to...
15:40Because you beat him in basketball.
15:41Exactly.
15:42I'm going to have to put my name somewhere, like, where's the sign-up sheet?
15:44But they're like, no, shoddy, get out of here.
15:45You're not playing.
15:46But, like, you watch George in our locker room, man, and, like, he is working the room
15:50talking to everybody.
15:51And that's what...
15:53People don't want to talk enough about that, man.
15:55Like, he loves it in Dallas.
15:57We love him.
15:58I love coaching this guy, but whether it's him and Dak, him and CD, him and the defensive
16:01guys, man, like this guy, there's a brotherhood that he's built there, which I think is really,
16:05really special, that not enough people talk about.
16:07Yeah.
16:08We want to bring that out.
16:09Who did you get to and bribe in these player report cards that came out with the survey?
16:14Do you know your grades?
16:15Well, I do.
16:16And I got...
16:17We're going to call an emergency team meeting tonight.
16:19I want to know who the hell gave me a minus.
16:21Oh, my God.
16:21Oh, man.
16:21How in the hell did I get an A minus?
16:23Let me tell you what it...
16:24Was it you?
16:24Let me...
16:25No, I...
16:25No, you're going to like me.
16:27Do you know who it was?
16:28We walked off the elevator yesterday.
16:30I said...
16:30Brock Hoffman, if you're listening, man, I'm coming for you, bro.
16:33I'm coming for you.
16:33All about...
16:34I said...
16:34Just kidding, bro.
16:35I said, the grades came out.
16:37This man, he...
16:39I said, you're such a shoddy ass kisser.
16:40He goes, someone gave him...
16:42Who gave him an A minus?
16:43He goes, I'm surprised he got an A minus.
16:45I said, why did he get the minus?
16:46He said, I'm surprised he got an A minus.
16:47And I was like, really?
16:48Why are you surprised me?
16:49That's great.
16:49He goes, that he got the minus part.
16:51He was being dead serious.
16:52Me and you both.
16:53Yeah.
16:54Emergency team meeting to all you Cowboy players listening to the show.
16:57About one o'clock today, there'll be an emergency Zoom.
16:59And I want to know...
17:00We ain't getting off until I figure out who gave me the minus.
17:02You better hope you're not a free agent, too.
17:04Exactly.
17:05Probably all Georgia, Tennessee, Florida State players are doing it.
17:08It could be that.
17:08I do have a concerning aspect, though.
17:10Oh, man.
17:10And it's probably...
17:11You're going to direct me to Jerry.
17:13We keep hearing that the training room got a D, and we keep hearing it's not the people.
17:19It's just a numbers game that maybe more are needed.
17:22Is that a legit thing that we hear, that there's not enough in the training room to help out?
17:29Because this kind of shows up consistently, not about their quality, but a numbers game.
17:34Well, here's what I would say about those.
17:35Number one, I think that's great.
17:37I mean, our players should have a voice.
17:39But here's what I would say about that.
17:41That's great.
17:42What's more important to me is the five days when the season ends that I spend hours and
17:48hours and hours talking to these guys.
17:50So there's no grade up there, other than mine, being a minus.
17:54Yeah, your offensive coordinator got an A.
17:58See?
17:59Well, you guys just sang his praises.
18:00But anyways, my point is, like, all those things in all those areas, those guys, because
18:05we have real conversations, we're equipped to go and handle those things and make some
18:10of the changes.
18:11And they're minor changes.
18:12But I love the fact that our players have a voice.
18:15But, like, that's great maybe for other teams.
18:17I don't think it's as important for us with the Cowboys because I'm having these conversations
18:21with these guys, not only throughout the course of the year, but literally five days straight
18:27of meetings where we're talking about equipment, training room, coordinators, head coach, practice
18:33schedules, all those different things.
18:34And I love it, man.
18:35They shoot us straight.
18:36And that's really, really cool.
18:37I want Brian Schottenheimer's draft vote in the room.
18:40We gave this scenario to Will McClay.
18:42He was talking about scenarios.
18:43So I said, we're going to give you scenarios.
18:45The offensive player on the board is an eight.
18:49The defensive player on the board is a seven.
18:52Who are you voting for?
18:54Well, it's a trick question, but I'm going to answer it.
18:56I'm a best player available guy.
18:58If the guy's at eight and he's the better player than the seven, then you go with the
19:02eight.
19:03And schematically, we figure it out.
19:05Certainly, you know, there's resources that we need on defense.
19:08We're aware of that.
19:09But now, if it was an eight and a five, you know, and it was flipped, you know what I
19:14mean?
19:14But I think you've got to go best player available.
19:16That's what I believe.
19:17Brian Schottenheimer, head coach of the Dallas Cowboys right here on 105.3 The Fan.
19:22Have you gotten settled?
19:23No more plagues at your house?
19:25Nothing's hit you?
19:25Well, the weather, you know, the weather is...
19:28Were you afraid during the freeze?
19:29Yeah, would you have wolves?
19:30Did wolves come in?
19:31Did you honestly think that we were soft in DFT?
19:33Actually, you shouldn't answer.
19:34Can I wrap myself out on something?
19:35You got me to do it?
19:36Please.
19:37Let me just...
19:37So, true story.
19:41The freeze was coming.
19:43Hey, I've not been in Dallas too long, but like, Dallas, like, we don't handle weather
19:47very good.
19:48You know?
19:48Like, it shuts down.
19:49So, I made a brilliant Stephen and Will kill me over this.
19:53So, I made a decision because, hey, I'm trying to hire a defensive staff.
19:56Yeah.
19:56So, hey guys, you guys stay here in Dallas.
19:59I'm going to fly to Nashville because they deal with weather, right?
20:02So, you know, I'm going to go north.
20:04Okay?
20:05Ding, ding, ding.
20:06Idiot.
20:06Idiot.
20:07I'm going to go north.
20:07There's a lot of weather.
20:08So, Nashville gets hit with ice.
20:10Yeah.
20:11So, it's actually championship game Sunday.
20:14And I wake up, turn my lights on.
20:17Don't work.
20:18Wow.
20:18We ran out of power.
20:20So, I had to move, my wife and I had to move to a hotel in Tennessee with our four
20:27dogs.
20:27And I'm running Zoom interviews with Christian Parker trying to hire a defensive staff.
20:31And I'm talking.
20:32I'm like, shut the dogs up.
20:33Shut the dogs up.
20:35I'm trying to mute and stuff.
20:36And then she's like, it's your turn to take the dogs.
20:38I'm busy.
20:40So, when Steven and those guys get a chance, they're like, north?
20:45North over south.
20:46You know, normally it's colder in the north.
20:48So, sorry, Cowboy fans, but that's what you guys are dealing with.
20:51A guy that goes north when he should probably stay south.
20:54They got like the bomb cyclone up there.
20:55They got some bad weather.
20:56It really was bad, man.
20:57That decision making is probably why you got the minus.
21:00We figured it out.
21:02Brian Schottenheimer, ladies and gentlemen, thank you so much as always, man.
21:05We appreciate it.
21:06Keep crushing it.
21:07You're the best.
21:07Appreciate you guys.
21:08Brian Schottenheimer on the home of the Dallas Cowboys.
21:11Brought to you by Yori Pet Care Connector.
