00:03This morning we were compelled to seek a short adjournment on the grounds that
00:10that in Sri Rosma is unwell. We produce the medical certificate as well as a
00:18letter from the court. She's been given medically from yesterday until the 28th
00:23of February, five days MC, going to an injury she sustained on Monday. So the court, the
00:36prosecution were kind enough, they didn't object. The court was also kind enough to grant us an
00:41adjournment. So it is now scheduled on the 3rd of March. We did raise a second issue that
00:50two of the three judges who had previously heard some, one in the court of deal and one
00:57in the federal court, relating to matters affecting the applicant, the appellant, that they should
01:07be recused. But the application was rejected by the court. And they will proceed to here.
01:15The same panel was proceeded to here. Early on, we were asked to provide names of judges who
01:21should not be on the panel. I must confess as oversight on our part, particularly by me, in
01:28not informing the court of that. So we informed them today, but they were not, it was not well
01:36received. So they said they will sit on the panel. So we have to leave it as it is. They
01:41said they will proceed to here to be on the panel as well. So we'll have to proceed as per
01:46direct,
